Fantastic experience: We have visited the practice a few times for regular check ups and the service has always been great, treating my son with kindness and professional care. Today my son needed some fillings, which can be unsettling, but Dr Mohammed has taken great care of him, providing him with reassurance and encouragement. During the check up either Dr Rohini Murherjee she is always very caring and patient, providing excellent professional advice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Went to NHS 4 years ago to get braces or figure out what to do with my teeth and they suggested 4 of my teeth be removed, both sets of canines! All I had was some overcrowding with a tooth behind the rest. I went here and met with my orthodontist Rohini and found an easier approach to my situation. One tooth removed and inviseline. Inviseline has been so helpful and less painful than braces as well as more hidden blending in with your teeth!

My son started with a complex situation that required multiple stages, and from the beginning, Dr. Rohini was open and transparent about the process. We are thrilled with the progress he has made; today, he has a beautiful smile and a newfound confidence. Initially, I worried that the treatment might be overwhelming for him, but he has handled it remarkably well, managing much of it independently. With his teeth now straighter and more spaced out, we've also noticed significant improvements in his oral hygiene and tooth brightness. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the results!

My family is being well looked after by Dr Mukerji and her team through their friendly, caring and personalised approach, treatment and advice. My young children love their interactions with the Dr and are actually happy to attend their dentist appointments. The reception team is also always very professional, friendly and accommodating. I got the timing wrong for my recent appointment and rolled up 30 minutes late, I was quite mortified as I hate being late for appointments. The reception team were most helpful and were able to slot me in, despite my late arrival. My dentist, Anton, was equally considerate in this matter. They are a great team and always look after me well I have had possibly my best dental experiences with this Practice. Yes, I know that sounds a bit weird! Negative experience: I would like to start by filing a complaint against the newer member of staff. Dr NUSRATH PARVEEN, she is a very unprofessional and unpleasant individual who does not have the whit of decency when treating younger and older patients. She made nasty remarks when dealing with an older patient and the same with a younger. I’m sure as she got her degree she missed out on the module regarding offering compassion. The precious dentist was an individual of CLASS. As a family who has been visiting this practice for over ten years it is unfortunate that under her circumstances we will no longer be returning. Please get the training required to be a better human being. 0/10 will not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Rohini Mukerji for over 2 1/2 years, and during this time I’ve always been made to feel at ease and welcomed to the practice with a warm friendly greeting from everyone. At first I was a bit apprehensive, as I’ve had negative experiences with dentists in the past, but at Atlmore, everyone was super friendly and always took the time to answer any questions I had about my treatment. Each procedure was carried out in a very caring and professional manner, and I was always being given good advice and aftercare once I left. I was most impressed by this attention to detail, as it showed they really do care. I’m very fortunate to have Rohini, as she’s very knowledgeable, and an amazing orthodontist. Before I started my Invisalign treatment, I needed to have a root canal on one of my molars. Of course I was extremely nervous about this, and expected to have an uncomfortable painful procedure. But Dr. Vikas Agarwal was very patient with me. He took the time to explain the whole procedure and really made me feel much calmer about it, and allayed any fears I had. So much so, that it all went really well and then I could proceed with my Invisalign treatment. Now that I’ve come to the end of my treatment, I’m very happy with the end results. I can honestly say that my dental health has dramatically improved since joining Altmore Dental Practice, and my smile is so much better, that I’ve been complimented now more times than I can remember. Thank you Rohini & all the wonderful dentists and staff at Altmore.

Negative experience: Today I was seen by dentist Meghna Kapadiya and I was appalled by the treatment I received from her. I arrived a little later than planned for my appointment due to issues with transport which was out of my control, despite leaving enough time to make it to the practice. I’m a KCL university student with a busy schedule and travelled all the way from Waterloo to make it, only to be told I either reschedule or have a quick rushed check up. I agreed to the latter as I came all the way and would rather be seen than not at all eventhough it was not my money’s worth of the NHS banded checkup price. Meghna agreed to see me but treated me with such lack of compassion and interest with no ounce of friendliness during the appointment. I am working towards becoming a healthcare professional myself and we have always been taught that no matter what, patients are put at the forefront of care and treated with respect and kindness. When she decided to scale and polish my teeth, she clearly observed inflammation and sensitivity around some teeth and decided to proceed with her work eventhough she could clearly quite see I was in a bit of pain. It was obvious that all she wanted to do was finish her job with me and move onto her next patient. This is clearly not what patient-centred care entails. I experienced rudeness and attitude from her as she concluded the appointment by saying “next time if you’re late, call the practice” which I did take the initiative to do so as would anyone if they’re late? Overall, I did not like the treatment I received from her and this is just something to consider as we are all human beings and can make mistakes, but this is not the appropriate way to treat someone who has come to see you. I don’t know if I feel comfortable to see Meghna again as she did not leave me with a good impression. I am sure anyone in my position would feel the same.

Positive experience: ....had to wait for nearly 30 mins for the timed appointment, even though I arrived on time. Large cardboard boxes stored in the treatment room gave a very bad impression....looked very unprofessional, messy, untidy, and gave the 'feel' of the treatment room as a 'storage garage'!!....as well as being disrespectful to any visiting patient. And more importantly, it made a mockery of the 'health precautions', supposedly so important in a place like a dentists treatment room.!! Otherwise, excellent treatment care and attention.

Negative experience: We were extremely disappointed by how unwelcoming this practice was. At our routine check up appointment, we were told we can no longer book anymore NHS appointments with the reason that we declined recall few months ago (as we were undergoing private treatment that was recommended by the dentist here). I guess we could be grateful that they have given us a reason not to be back.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Altmore dental practice. I had root canal which went easy in 3 sessions, I always feel uncomfortable and nervous when it comes to take an impression of my tooth for a crown so during the procedure Dr Vikas helping me by talking to me trying to calm me down. I’m registered with them for a year or so now. Dr Vikas Is so very professional, extremely patient and friendly. His assistant called Christina she is so active, helpful and friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I took my three-year old twins in for elective appointments with the Dental Hygienist, Hiroshi. He was absolutely brilliant with them. My busy little boys were invited to sit on my lap, and he managed to clean their teeth even as they were in various positions throughout the treatment. He explained everything to them before acting, using kid-friendly language and age appropriate motivation (story telling, countdowns, stickers, etc). It was infinitely less stressful than I expected! Fantastic experience: I have used the Invisalign treatment at Altmore Dental under the expert orthodontic care of Dr Rohini Mukerji. My case was complex due to severely misaligned teeth causing a pronounced underbite which had persisted since childhood. I had been informed in early adulthood that this condition could only be corrected by surgery (removing part of the jaw). None of the dentists I saw in the following 30 years challenged or altered this view. Rohini identified that my case could in fact be corrected without surgery by using the Invisalign orthodontic treatment. The treatment has been lengthy (just over 3 years) but now I can finally bite correctly. It has been well worth persisting with this treatment and I can wholeheartedly recommend Rohini and her team for their expert and friendly service.

Negative experience: Incompetent reception staffs took deposits than try to charge again for full amount happen 3x in a row what more annoying they argue. Waste of time going through invoice bank statements etc What a joke for a professional dentist. I got one more treatment require definitely not going back again.

Negative experience: Never experienced a dental practice like it, prepare yourself for a forceful pursuit for your money. Be wary of the pressure tactics and if its not an emergency get a second opinion before committing to any of Altmore's expensive solutions/treatment deposits that will be pushed on you. From the other reviews im not the only one that experienced this uncomfortable pressure that didnt feel like it was in my best interest.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Altmore Dental for many years now for my routine dental check-ups and have always experienced a very professional service from all of the Altmore team. Most recently, I completed my Invisalign treatment with Rohini. After having a poor experience and outcome with previous orthodontic treatment at a different dental practice, I wanted to make sure the orthodontic treatment I received was going to correct my teeth and be done with care and precision. After several consultations with Rohini on the best approach, I settled for Invisalign and to work with Rohini for my treatment. After the treatment I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Rohini took the time to be precise and meticulous in her planning for my retainers, something I believe your orthodontist needs to be to ensure the best orthodontic outcomes. She always took the time to explain what she was doing and answer any questions I had. Overall, I am very happy with the outcomes and the dental service I have received from the team over the last 7+ years.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a few years now and the service has always been excellent, with clean and hygienic facilities. I started my Invisalign journey in May 2020 (luckily I already had the scans done before the lockdown) and Rohini and the team has been amazing throughout the process and couldn't have been more supportive and knowledgeable - readily being available for any questions (especially important during the lockdown), ensuring regular checks are in place to make sure the aligners track and also fitting me in for impromptu scans and additional checks if needed. I've almost completed the Invisalign and my teeth and jawline has been transformed and I'm really happy with how it looks so far. I was a quite complicated case with issues with my bite and teeth alignment, and Rohini was incredibly patient and thorough when talking me through the treatment plans (of which there was quite a few!) before we decided on the best option - which included a tooth extraction, and the gap has fully closed now. My daughter has also been coming here since she was two years old and Rohini and the team are great with her too.
