Fantastic experience: I am currently undergoing Invisalign Treatment with Dr Kate Rowe who has been nothing but outstanding since day 1, she most definitely is the best person for this treatment. Everything is going so smoothly and Kate and the staff are always on hand to answer any questions. If you are considering Invisalign then I would highly recommend getting in touch with Hanham Dental. I also attended my first hygienist appointment with Dr Kiran Naheed, and she was amazing, this was the most comfortable hygienist appointment I have ever been to. Each member of staff at Hanham Dental are so polite and approachable whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism, Sam and his team are doing a great job :)

I always recommend Hanham Dental when someone is in need of a dentist and I’ve had no one better than this team. After putting the dentist off for over 10 years I finally built up the courage to book in with Hanham dental, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had multiple check ups now and some repairs after I cracked a tooth, and every time I go I’m put at ease. Really great practice for anyone who is anxious about go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: The dental check up with Deirbhle Deehan was both thorough and quick and done in a friendly and cheerful manner. This was followed by Neave the Dental Hygienist who was not only very good along with her assistant but made the time to have a friendly talk as well.

I could book appointments that suited me and the after care support was excellent. I can’t praise this practice highly enough. The Star Wars Lego displays were also epic and I am extremely jealous!

Fantastic experience: I've had very positive experiences at Hanham dental practice, the admin team are always helpful and supportive and my dentist is very quick and thorough at assessing my dental health and hygiene, recommending further appointments as needed and without unnecessary visits. I was particularly impressed by the practice's approach to desensitizing the experience of visiting the dentist for little children and I will be bringing my baby daughter to future appointments to encourage positive reinforcement of dental health.

Negative experience: My husband and I have been patients of Hanham dental for 19 1/2 years, we have never been treated so badly in the past. The owner Simon returned my call and was very aggressive and defensive from the start. My question was how can you justify trying to force us as a couple to pay £468.00 a year for £198.00 worth of treatment, he said it was to basically keep his business/ practice afloat, he tried to invent procedures we would be paying for but have never received in the past. He said all lists were now closed and every patient had been given 3 months notice NOT TRUE. Anyway I don't usually review but I was outraged at his attitude. I'm sure when they reopen their lists he won't want me as a patient after our conversation but to be honest I would never want to be a patient of his again. At least going private I have a choice of what practice we go to.

Fantastic experience: Just to say I am very happy (my wife more so) with the new MSi snore inhibitor device – this one is so much more comfortable to wear than previous versions & my wife didn’t hear a peep out of me, and didn't look at me with daggers this morning!! Also woke with zero jaw pain!!! Worth every penny & I truly thank Sam & the team for sorting this so quickly.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Hanham Dental for Root Canal treatment on the recommendation of my friend (and member of staff) Hannah Birkinshaw. Samuel and the team provided excellent service, and I was made to feel very comfortable from the initial pain management and also during the procedure which was quite time consuming. I have had no issue with the tooth since, and my dentist commented on the quality of work and the condition of the tooth in the aftermath. I would be very pleased to recommend this practice to anyone needing specific treatment on a slightly restricted budget. Excellent results and no lack of quality. Many thanks

Negative experience: Very misleading. I queried a Invisalign appointment with Hanham Dental which I had, to only see a few weeks later that they run Smile Invisalign events where a large amount of money can be saved. After seeing the event posted on their Instagram, I contacted Hanham Dental to ask more about the event and if I could save money on my treatment if I attended the next one (as I hadn't gone any further with my initial Invisalign appointment). I was then told that I wasn't eligible to attend the next event because I already had an appointment (of which I was never made aware of in the first place when I first contacted them about Invisalign.) I explained what happened to the team, where the receptionist then passed me onto management where she said "ugh she's not getting it" before passing the phone over. Overall, my experience with the reception team and management has been very disappointing with very poor customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: Before my first appointment, I felt incredibly anxious of the dentist as I hadn’t been in 8 years, and the last time I had been to a dentist I had IV sedation. During my first appointment with Samuel, he made me feel very relaxed and calm about the treatment I needed. During my 2nd and 3rd appointments where I had my fillings, I felt very relaxed and comfortable and was fully aware of what was going on. I felt confident enough to do my 3rd appointment without sedation thanks to how supportive the team are and how calm I felt as a result! Fantastic experience: I have just been to see my dentist Deirbhle for a filling I am a nervous patient but I needn’t have been as she did such a good job I didn’t feel a thing and the nurse Lucy put me at ease, all in all a great experience at the modern and efficiently run Hanham Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had the best, most modern experience at my appointment with Erica (Associate Dentist). I cannot believe I had an anesthetic injections and felt nothing of it going into or her removing it from my gum, I only knew she had something in there by her moving it around the gum. That’s definitely not been in my past experience! She listened to my fear and was able to alleviate it. Hannah (Dental Nurse) and Erica makes a great team. Fantastic experience: I've been with Hanham Dental for several years now. This is not my first dental practice in Bristol, but it's by far the best. The staff is friendly and helpful, the practice is conveniently located close to a free car park and local shops. Mr Samuel Labib is the best dentist I have ever worked with. I had huge problems with my teeth few year ago, I met Mr Labib when he worked in the different practice and he managed to fix all my issues in good time and for a really good price. Since then all I really have been doing is routine check ups, no more work is needed. Bottom line - Hanham dental is an excellent practice. I don't know any other dentists there apart from Mr Labib, but him and his team are the best one's around in my honest opinion.

Negative experience: Awful, still hiding behind Covid as an excuse to give bad service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice, I’ve been seeing Sam Labib for a couple of years now. He did a brilliant job straightening my teeth with Invisalign, and more recently fitted me in for a last minute appointment when I had cracked a tooth - all was fixed perfectly with the best injections I’ve had, didn’t even feel them! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist that has been brilliantly modernised in the last couple of years. My son see's Sam and Stacey and in the past year has had to have the same chipped tooth repaired twice due to his own clumsyness. He was a bit nervous as this was his first dental work that wasn't a check up. Sam and Stacey were able to reassure him and have done a fabulous job at his repair. Would definitely recommend. My daughter was due her first check up when covid hit so will definitely be making her first appointment when I can.
