Fantastic experience: I am at the beginning of my dentist plan so can only review on my first extraction however Dr Phillips is professional, precise and his delivery is excellent from the start. You pay for what you get in life and this dentist provides top class dentistry from first experience. For anyone having issues and not knowing we’re to go I recommend at least a consultation with this team! Poppy is also an excellent hygienist using top of the range technology to get you clean and fresh.

Fantastic experience: Have used Phillips & Co as our family dentist for many years now. Having made a significant investment when taking over Scott has created a modern state of the art surgery. Most importantly is the welcome and the professionalism of everyone who is part of the team there. Having had traumatic experiences a child I know the importance of making the trip to the dentist a normal and comfortable experience for my son. Scott and his team have a fantastic patient ethos take the time to discuss your treatment and make you feel comfortable and relaxed while carry it out. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a warm friendly and professional environment. Updated 20/11/25 Just had my third appointment with the new Hygienist Poppy who puts you at ease the minute you sit in the chair. Their holistic approach to dentistry is fantastic. The practice has started to use an EMS Airflow system for cleaning your teeth which is a massive improvement and a lot more comfortable than the traditional scale and polish.

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice for a consultation re dentistry and facial aesthetics, I was recommended Dr Megan McCann for this. I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease with any anxiety's I had about procedures and everything was explained in detail, no questions were made to feel silly as I had a lot of questions. I'm pleased to say I will be going ahead with some procedures that We discussed in time for my wedding in January 2026

Fantastic experience: Another 5 treatment Dr Scott suggested a treatment plan, which made me pain free, after 18 months of pain, he suggested 2 crowns to be fitted to protect my teeth, the crowns are been fitted tomorrow. Also a big thank you to Dr Megan who referred me to the ENT department after discussing a few issues I was having, I originally had an appointment for toxin but came out with great advice and a plan! Thank you both, and what a great team you have behind you.

Fantastic experience: I received treatments from Dr McCann and, more recently, from Dr Phillips. Both are highly skilled dentists, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The entire team is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: I had the start of my dental implant procedure on Thursday 4th September 2025 which included extraction of root (tooth) and bone graft which, I admit, I did have some trepidation but Scott, Abi and there rest of the team were assuring and calming which helped. I had conscious sedation and the first part of the procedure finished in just over an hour, not that I remember too much about it. Scott e-mailed me today Saturday as to how I was feeling and if I understood all of the post dental procedure advice information I was given when I left, which replied I did. He finished by saying the team would contact me this coming Monday 8th September to see how I was and if needed anything else. It was very pleasantly assuring that he took the time and concern to personally contact me over the weekend and l will certainly recommend Scott and his practice. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Philips & Co for around 4 years now, seeing Dr Megan each time and have had a number of treatments during that time - a complicated tooth extraction, filling, general hygiene appointments and Invisalign. I used to be petrified of going to the dentist and it showed but Megan has changed that as well as my smile which has given me a lot more confidence. If you’ve had bad experiences at a dentist before, I can’t recommend P&C and Megan enough to help put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: After loosing my NHS dentist I joined philips & Co. Not being a huge fan of visiting dentists myself ( just personal passed experiences) I visited scott for my consultation about a year ago. The practice is immaculate and welcoming. Ive also never had such an in depth detailed appointment with a dentist before. Actually for the first time in a long time enjoyed a visit to the dentist. I have since been visiting for hygiene appointments which is the one that I always dreaded the most in the past and purposely avoided. Poppy, their hygienist is amazing. Again, I now enjoy the visit and as a bonus the cleaning is done with some high pressure water spray. Painless!! This dentist has converted me. Ive stayed on track (mainly) and always look forward to visiting. My partner is now joining and will 100% have our daughter there.

Every question and concern I ask is answered in a way I understand so that I can make my own decisions. I recently tried the new Microneedling treatment and was blown away at how quick it was, and how little downtime I had. Very little redness and I could go back to work straight after. I recommend Dr Megan for all your tweaks and treatments!

I have had a lot of dentists in my time whom never seemed to care about saving my teeth and just pulled them out, leaving me with a low self-esteem and unable to smile. With a lot of work from Scott and his team they have restored my teeth, restored my self-esteem and most of all, I can now smile with confidence .
