Fantastic experience: I really appreciated the promptness of communication with the Oatlands Dental Lounge. Although they had no availability, they rearranged other appointments that were non-urgent in order to see me. I had full consultation and treatment the next day and they were of great support as follow-up, with regular check-ins to make sure I was ok. Service was beyond expectations.

Fantastic experience: Just over a year ago I finally plucked up the courage to visit a dentist at Oatlands Dental Lounge (thoroughly researched online) for the first time in over 30 years. I had no choice any more, my upper front tooth had fallen out. My gums had been receding for a few years but, because of my fear, I had kept putting it off. I needn't have worried. Neil immediately put me at ease and over the next few weeks outlined the options for treatment, to be taken at my own pace. I now have full dental implants in my upper mouth as well as a crown and a bridge in my lower mouth. I can honestly say that throughout the treatment I have never experienced any pain - discomfort, swelling and bruising from the extraction of my upper teeth and insertion of implant placements for a couple of days, but never any pain. Dentistry has certainly moved on from when I was a child!! It has been a long process but the result is totally worth it and can smile confidently again. I now enjoy my (less frequent) visits to Neil and all the whole team, the receptionists, hygienist, who are all very efficient, friendly and calming. If you are nervous of the dentist, I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Caring, friendly and attentive service! I had a dental emergency and they saw me almost immediately, it was incredibly reassuring! I was not a current patient and this was my first experience with dentistry in England as I am an ex-pat. Dr. Paryani called in the evening to acknowledge my urgent message and saw me the next morning. He worked quickly expertly to temporarily fixed my front tooth. Then a week later, it broke again and I called in and was seen by Dr. George who squeezed me in and also worked a small wonder to fix the tooth again! I have found them to be very efficient and always ready to even see you out of hours if needs be. I find them also to have the very latest of equipment and they keep abreast of the most up to date treatments.

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of help when a tooth at the front of my mouth came out just before I was due to leave on a trip. Becky was amazingly empathetic and helpful. Incredibly she managed to get me an appointment the same morning with Dr Neil Paryani. Fantastic experience: I, like many others have a deep phobia of dentists and dentistry. As a young child I had a succession of poor experiences. In later life, I underwent a medical procedure involving my mouth and throat that left me with flashbacks and nightmares. As a result I couldn’t bear any treatment to my mouth and so, gave up going to the dentist. I first visited Oatlands Dental Lounge as the result of an emergency appointment for another member of my family. It was here that I was introduced to Dr Neil Paryani and his team. From the outset, he was calm and friendly and extremely supportive and as a family, he saw us through a very difficult time. The result of which was a very positive outcome and experience. It had been more than 15 years since I had seen a dentist, when I finally “plucked up “ the courage to make an appointment. It was just as well that I did, as after so many years my teeth and gums were in a very poor state. I had developed severe gum disease which had left my teeth loose, crooked, painful and twisted. I had continued to ignore it. Since then Dr Neil and his colleagues have managed to stabilise and restore the appearance of my teeth. Dr Neil is very patient and calm and empathetic he also has great sense of humour. He has a great attention to detail and has always ensured that any treatment I have had, is carried out with minimal discomfort and no pain. I have been able to undergo a number of long and complex surgeries without the need for sedation. Over the years I have had to see a number of specialist dental colleagues who have been equally as kind and effective. All of the staff, nurses, receptionists and the lovely practice manager have a ‘can do’ attitude and nothing is too much trouble. I consider it an act of fate that brought me to the doors of Oatlands Dental Lounge as I have always felt well cared for and to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. It has certainly changed my overall health and given me a smile that now, I don’t mind being photographed with.

Fantastic experience: As a long time Dental- phobic patient, I can wholeheartedly recommend Oatlands Dental Lounge. I first came to Oatlands as I was in Agony with a cracked tooth. I had put off removing the tooth for 10 years out of fear for the procedure and the pain. Having met Dr Neil Paryani, my worries were completely settled and I was happy to proceed with the extraction. To say it was pain free would be an understatement, I did not even feel the local anaesthetic injection. Dr Neil has completely changed my opinion of Dental treatments and I cannot recommend him enough. I have since had a fantastic and very thorough hygiene clean with Alexandra, which I had also not had for years due to fear of discomfort. My wife and I will be back again soon for our routine appointments!

Over the years, we have found that each member of the team is welcoming, attentive and thoughtful. Every four months we visit our hygienist who monitors our dental health and helps us to maintain our teeth to a high standard. When a course of treatment becomes necessary, Neil provides advice on the most appropriate plan, discussing the options in terms that are easy to understand and addressing any concerns. When your booking comes around you are immediately put at ease and the treatment is carried out in a gentle and professional way using the latest methods. The follow-up service is exceptional too. We are both very happy with the service provided by Oatlands Dental Lounge and we both plan to continue with them for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: Having a history of nervousness as a dental patient I have only had 2 previous dentists over the the past 45 years and both had now retired. Finding Oatlands came about by accident when Neil answered an emergency dental need for my wife who was due to undergo an invasive operation. From that first point of contact, we have found Neil and his team of dentists, hygienists and admin staff to be professional, considerate and caring in everything they do. Since that first point of contact nearly 2 years ago, both my wife and I were given dental plans indicating what treatment was required and the approximate cost. With nervousness no longer a problem, we have now had 9 implants between us and my wife in particular is so happy to have her teeth back. Neil always puts us at ease and talks through what treatment he proposes to carry out. Neil is always ready to accept the challenge of restoring teeth where possible and appropriate using state of the art equipment and latest techniques to overcome any situation. We are very happy to consider ourselves as part of the Oatlands Dental Lounge family.

Fantastic experience: The best Dentist in Surrey because I have been going to the dentist for nearly three years + l have never had problems with my teeth and they will always ask you for Tea or coffee when you arrive for your appointment l would recommend to anyone and I live in Southampton but I don’t mind travelling thank you Oatlands Dentist

Fantastic experience: I went to Oatlands Dental Lodge as an emergency. Previously, under the NHS I had a filling in a molar tooth that was deteriorating and crumbling. The filling lasted 6 months but I was unable to chew hard food on that side of my mouth. Neil explained what had happened and told me my treatment choices. He took out the old filling and rebuilt my tooth! He and his team took care of me. The dental lounge experience is so much nicer than that of my NHS dentist from being greeted by the receptionist to sitting in the lounge waiting for Neil to see me. Fantastic experience: The best ever hygiene experience. Chole was brilliant and the dental nurse, too (sorry I have forgotten her name). In addition to the whole painless procedure, I learnt things there I really didn't know – like the angle at which to hold the brush to best avoid plaque, and how whitening toothpaste can erode your enamel. Chloe and the nurse worked really well as a team and I walked out with a smile and much cleaner teeth! The reception staff were nice, too and offered me a tea, water etc. That's a first in my years of different dentists! Lovely environment. Definitely going back!

Negative experience: Just over a year ago, I moved to Walton-on-Thames and joined this dental practice. The first time I went for a check-up, I found the experience a little surreal, but I put it down to experiencing a new practice. I recently attended for another check-up, and it was an experience that has led me to post this review and seek an alternative practice. I checked in and was told to take a seat. At this point, I should have asked for a book and a serving of afternoon tea, as unbeknowst to me, I was going to be waiting a while, which was not communicated! How it is when waiting for ages and ages to be a fly on the wall and experience firsthand the dysfunctionality of Oatlands. The reception staff and another woman spent the next near hour slagging off the dentists; I got the distinct impression they were not liked by the admin team and I got the impression it was a toxic place to work. From time to time, a couple of stressy and abrupt dentists emerged, the tension between them and their staff could be cut like a hot knife through butter! Altogether, not a reassuring experience for the patient and is wholly unprofessional as you sit and wait. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was called into see Yasmin. I have never been greeted and spoken to like I was an inconvenient lower lifeform in my life, as I was by her. No apology for the wait, just a rude and abrupt attitude, which I thought bordered on the weirdly psychotic. After a few minutes, I was ejected quicker than an ejection seat leaving a fighter plane and was sent on my way! Could I recommend Oatlands? Yes... if you enjoy long waits, an awkwardly toxic setting, being spoken to like you are an inconvenience, or being made to feel anything like a valued patient, then this is the practice for you! Should you, like me, wish to be treated like a human being in a professional environment by a healthcare professional who actually cares, then go elsewhere. Which is exactly what I will be doing!

Feel I was treated really well and excellent clinical care- I was explained after a detailed examination what the problem was and how to treat it. Pre appointment I was sent a questionnaire to give my health details & to confirm my appointment, this was really cool! Fantastic experience: I visited today for the first time on New Years Eve 2024. I had been unable to obtain an emergency appointment with my existing dentist but my son found this practice and arranged an appointment for me (the practice has multiple excellent reviews) I was in very severe pain and had a large infection in my lower jaw that quite frankly was becoming unbearable. I was seen by Sunie who with the aid of an x-ray confirmed a potentially life threatening abscess. Sunie was very knowledgable and experienced with the right contacts to arrange emergency abscess drainage at Royal Surrey. He helped out with new antibiotics and pain relief. I am so much better after that. I simply cannot thank Sunie and the great staff enough. I could not recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you and very best wishes for 2025 PS the fish tank is pretty cool too!

Fantastic experience: My puffy eyes, under-eye pigmentation, crepe skin have always been a source of insecurity for me .I've tried countless creams and treatments, but nothing seemed to work. That's why I'm so grateful to have found Dr.Poonam Paryani. For the moment meet dr Paryani, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the polynucleotide treatment process. I appreciated her honesty when she advised me against certain treatments that wouldn't be effective. The results from the treatments have been remarkable. Day by day ,I see positive changes in the appearance of my under eye area .My eyes look less puffy, the pigmentation has faded, and the skin feels firmer and smother. I trust Dr.Poonam Paryani completely and will definitely be returning for future treatments. If you are struggling with under eye concerns I highly recommend booking a consultation with her.

Negative experience: You guys making advert on your Facebook page, for free or discounted consultation, and over the phone ask for £50 deposit this is not right!

Fantastic experience: I came to Oatlands an extremely nervous patient. Before coming here, I hadn’t had a filling without sedation. It genuinely amazes me how this practice has completely overturned my view of the dentist. Kunal is so patient and gentle. I’ve cried, he’s listened. I’ve asked a thousand questions, he’s answered them all. I’m pretty much confident in saying I’m ‘cool’ with the dentist, and that is hands down thanks to Kunal. Fantastic experience: My experience with Poonam Paryani for a Masseter Botox appointment was outstanding. Poonam was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain me every step of the procedure in detail, making sure I felt completely at ease. The procedure was relatively quick and virtually painless, with only minor discomfort during the injections. After a few days, I noticed a significant reduction in jaw tension and clenching, which had been causing discomfort and headaches. It's a relief and a major improvement in my overall well-being. If you're considering Masseter Botox, I wholeheartedly recommend Poonam Paryani for her warm approach and expertise in the field especially if you’re an anxious patient like me.

Fantastic experience: Just an all around fabulous dental clinic! I have been coming for years for my teeth and they have always been so knowledgeable and efficient with helping with all of my dental issues. And for the last 2 years Poonam has been giving me masseter Botox which has completely stopped my headaches and migraines from clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth! Can’t thank her enough!

Fantastic experience: I had neglected my teeth for some time, being scared of what was required to fix them. I finally got around to acting when I found Oatlands, learned of their reputation, and made an appointment with Neil. Neil talked me through all of my options in detail and helped me choose the ideal course of treatment. The full-mouth tooth replacement was a long process, with a number of ups and downs, but Neil and the team at Oatlands ensured that I was always looked after, often at short notice - and Neil made a point of always being available whenever needed. I am hugely happy with the result - my teeth now look great and work brilliantly. Being able to order from a menu again without having to consider what my teeth will allow me to eat is so nice. I would thoroughly recommend Oatlands for any dental treatment - from check-ups to the most complex surgery. The team are wonderful and highly skilled, and you will be completely cared for.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing by Dr Poonam Paryani for aesthetic treatments and the other dentists for dental treatment for about two years now. The new surgery is state of the art and beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and all of the staff, without exception, extremely welcoming and friendly. All of the team spend time explaining every aspect of your treatment without rushing or pressurizing you to make a decision there and then. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This excellent practice of highly qualified and experienced dentists and hygienists has state of the art equipment and a comfortable space that puts you immediately at ease. I came to the practice just before Christmas in pain and in need of a root canal. Dr Neil Paryani arranged an emergency appointment with an endodontist to relieve my pain before the holidays. After the procedure, Neil fitted a beautiful crown that exceeded my expectation in form and function. Thank you Neil!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent care I’ve received from Neil and his team. I moved to the area a year ago, knowing in advance that I would need extensive dental treatment. Past experiences had left me very nervous but Neil’s friendly and sympathetic manner put me at ease and I’ve felt listened to and cared for throughout. My treatment has included extractions, dental implants, root canal treatments, the removal and replacement of a number of crowns, and the fitting of two bridges. I had previously had dental implants fitted elsewhere and found it quite challenging but my experience with Neil was very different and it was a surprisingly easy procedure. Similarly, I was nervous about the root canal treatments (carried out by Neil’s Specialist Endodontist colleague) but needn’t have worried as I was extremely well looked after. The state-of-the-art equipment has meant, for me, a much improved experience and I am very happy indeed with all the work carried out and the excellent end result.

Fantastic experience: As a parent we live every moment of our young children’s lives. Going to the dentist is no different. I had a few experiences as a child regarding my dental visits that I didn’t want my son to encounter if possible. So finding Dr Yasmin George at Oatlands Dental Lounge was truly amazing. My son needed a dentist that had the experience and insight to be able to provide early intervention to minimize the potential for major dental work in teenage years. Additionally I was looking for a dentist that would provide positive experiences along the way, thus ensuring my son was eager to visit the dentist and was happy to receive the recommended early dental inventions as needed. Dr George delivered on all these fronts and in addition to receiving state of the art dental work my son still asks to go to the dentist regularly. I am super proud of how my 7 year old son has handled his time at the dentist but also know none of this would have been possible without the approach that Dr George takes with each and every child at Oatlands Dental Lounge. Fantastic experience: Many years ago I had a very bad experience at my local dentist. For years I neglected my teeth until April 2022. The pain and looks was too much to tolerate. I found Outlands Dental Lounge online, and booked an appointment to see Dr Yasmin George. Walking from car park to the lounge my thumping heart felt it was going to burst from my chest. The reception welcome was all smiles. The same welcome from Dr George. I explained of my bad experience and why I was so nervous (hence my white knuckles). From then on Dr George set about removing a large back tooth, and all she kept saying was "I promise I will not hurt you". Within a few minutes she was holding up the tooth. I could not believe it was removed. I have since returned many times for further treatments. A few weeks back I said to Dr George I can't believe I look forward to my dentist visits. The exceptional care and attention has left me with a set of teeth that now encourage me to smile. Thank you to my friend Yasmin George and the rest of the terrific staff.

Negative experience: While pleasant reception team, the dentist will over charge and recommend work not needed. My partner had to go to another dentist to find this out. I would recommend alternative dentists in the area who won't oversell.

Fantastic experience: The team at Oatlands Dental Lounge helped me in my hour of need. An emergency same day appointment when I couldn’t find one elsewhere. Everyone, from reception to Dr Neil Paryani who looked after my treatment were exceptional. So friendly and welcoming. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of treatment and advice I received during my visit. If it wasn’t for them I would have ended up at A&E such was the level of pain and anguish I was in at that time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic experience: When our son had a traumatic bicycle accident and the old family dentist let us down really badly after a night in A&E, Neil and his staff were simply amazing. This caring, happy, approachable team rapidly organised emergency treatment and set out a plan of action which produced results we barely dared hope were possible. To say they worked a minor miracle is no small understatement (thank you to you all). From the moment you step into reception you feel welcome and at ease, and that sets the tone for whatever your appointment entails. All of us are moving to Oatlands Dental Lounge, and I can now personally recommend Sarah the hygienist as well as Neil. My only regret is that we didn't find them sooner.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist kept me calm and was super reassuring. Felt NO PAIN at all, not even for the local anaesthetic in the gums. He ensured to answer ALL my questions and saved me from the agony I had in my teeth and headboard have for over a week. He has done what no other dentist has ever done for me. Reassurance, no pain and asked for a follow up. I will definitely use him again.

Neil is amazing and has not only transformed my teeth but restored confidence and professional advice for my teeth. I have received orthodontics and a brace, which I am absolutely over the moon with the results and care from doctor George. Fantastic experience: I had to have a wisdom tooth extraction - the team fitted me in at short notice (same day!) and Omesh was fantastic. He explained what to expect, talked me through step by step and followed up by phone twice to check in on me after the operation. No one wants a wisdom tooth out, but if you have to I can't imagine having a better experience than I had!

Fantastic experience: I traveled to the UK recently on business from the US. My first night there, I was eating cooked carrots when one of my top molars cracked. On the advice of someone at my hotel, I visited the Oatlands Dental Lounge. Neil took a look, explained what he saw, and what my options were. I ended up having a temporary crown put on. Because of my job I have traveled all over, therefore have seen many dentists in my life. This was the most pain free experience ever. These folks moved patients around and worked tirelessly with me to get the treatment I needed. Fantastic experience: Had an extraction recently by Omesh Modgill who was absolutely brilliant. The process was not as bad as I thought it would be. Omesh made sure I was comfortable and at ease and was more than happy to answer any questions.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving orthodontic treatment from Yasmin at her practice in Kent for 2 years, after previously having braces elsewhere meaning I had problems with my bite and 2 gaps that needed correcting. Yasmin is always so kind and considerate the whole way through the treatment and always more than happy to do all she can to accommodate all your needs. Overall I had Damon braces and when these were removed I have had 2 porcelain bridges and composite bonding which look amazing! We can’t thank Yasmin enough!

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review while I am in the final stages of recovery from my wisdom tooth extraction :) As a nervous patient with terrible fear and past experiences and I was impressed by the care and professionalism from everyone in the team, from receptionist to dental assistants, the hygenist Libby and Dr Neil who is overseeing my dental rehab haha. Special shoutout goes to Dr Omesh who took great care before, during and after the surgery by checking in periodically and keeping me informed. And so happy with the outcome of the extraction! Fantastic experience: Four years ago I would not even step into a dentists due to my fear and anxiety which was mainly due to previous poor dentistry work I had experienced elsewhere. This anxiety meant I did not go to any dentist for many years and due to this my teeth were in a very poor condition, I suffered from gum disease, had many broken and missing teeth and was in a lot of pain. Neil and his team were very reassuring and kept me calm and within just a few sessions I was able to attend treatments without any fear at all. After many sessions I now have healthy gums and amazing teeth that I never thought possible at the start. I cannot recommend Neil and everyone at Oatlands enough for their friendly, professional dentistry which I thorougly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic practice. I have had a dental issue for the last 25 years and have been to many dental surgery and paid various amounts but have never been satisfied with the outcome. I was recommend Oatland Dental Lounge by a friend and booked an Appointment with Neil. Neil was so understanding of my situation and understood what was needed to be done within the first visit. My situation was unique and very complicated. He made a plan and explained ever aspect, so I knew what was going to happen. He knew I was in a desperate situation as I was unable to eat but did not take advantage. He was patient with my needs and did not rush the situation. When things didn't feel right with my teeth he made sure everything was corrected and I was 100% comfortable before he completed my work. I was made to feel completely at ease at both my consultation and wisdom tooth extraction appointments with Dr Omesh Modgill who was more than happy to answer all of my (many!) questions. Fantastic experience: I visited Oatlands Dental Lounge after struggling with wisdom tooth pain for the longest time. I was seen by Neil who was extremely helpful and was able to explain to me in detail what work needed to be done and clearly explained all of my options. Shortly after, I was booked in with Dr. Omesh Mogdill for my wisdom tooth extraction and he was great from the get go and provided a professional and thorough service throughout. He was always more than willing to answer any of my questions and guided me through both the extractions and even followed up post procedure to check how I was getting on. From the receptionist to the dental assistants, everyone was so friendly and really helped ease the nerves that sometimes comes with a visit to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I am editing my review having had further input with additional members of the team who have all been absolutely fantastic and provided excellent care. I initially began my treatment with Dr Jose Euseibo who strated me on the correct road to finally sorting out a long term problem, he was very understanding and caring. Dr Omesh Modgill carried out excellent surgical work on two teeth, he was very kind through out the procedures and very responsive when I needed to speak with him post surgery. I finally came to see Dr Neil Paryani who expertly pulled my whole treatment together and has been able to ensure the end of my tooth troubles. All the team have always been very kind, knowledgeable and supportive, they are always contactable when needed and always provide support. Priscilla on reception is wonderful and has often been able to make last minute appointments to fit into my needs. The whole team is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and I will most certainly return there for any future dental needs I have.

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review following a wisdom teeth removal procedure by Omesh Mogdill at the Oatlands Dental Lounge. I had been actively avoiding the inevitable extraction for many years and was very nervous about going through with it but after receiving detailed and highly personalised advice from Neil and Omesh I agreed that this was necessary. Omesh gave me a pre-procedure call and was happy to talk everything through in detail and discuss all the options. The morning of the procedure could not have been better; with Omesh being open to any questions I had and as we went through the prep i felt fully reassured at every step. The extraction was as straightforward as I could have hoped for, no pain during the extraction and I was given plenty advice regarding recovery, along with phone calls from Omesh and the practice during my week or so of recovery. A very professional practice.

Positive experience: Not entirely brilliant . Staff were very nice but midway removal of my tooth they couldn’t find a drill and I was sitting there halfway through extraction for about 30 min waiting for the tools that should have been prepared. I also don’t think I got enough anaesthetic.

Fantastic experience: I have found the whole team at Oatlands Dental Lounge to be very professional and kind which is why they whole family now uses them. I would recommend them for all levels of treatment.
