I had my dental implants done here and the results were excellent. The prices are very affordable compared to many other clinics, and the quality of care is outstanding. The dentists are extremely professional and friendly, especially Dr. Shervin Kamyab – he is always very attentive, caring, and takes time to explain everything in detail. The receptionists are also very welcoming and helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care at reasonable prices. Thank you to the whole team for always looking after me so well!

Negative experience: Had my first appointment with Dr hiba Khan being pregnant and has NHs exemption so she took for granted. My gums started bleeding during pregnancy she so she just do cleaning and we have special cleaning costing £95 and that is not included with Nhs. I asked for simple one and she did so Roughly.

From telephone conversations, through interactions at reception, to actual dental work, excellence is delivered in a relaxed and friendly way. Special mention for Yuliya and Chanede, with their reassurring and well informed client service. I feel I am in good hands, for a prolonged course of treatment. Negative experience: First time to the clinic went very nice, fast, and good rezults. The second visit tottaly disappointed. The only good thing was that the doctor let me in even if I was 15 min late. The receptionist had no ideea if i had complete the form, in my opinion she suppose to already have it in front of her and special for the doctor before performing any action on my tooths. Then doctor said she is running out of time and she will do only cleaning, then she change her mind and said she will do the felling as well. No options were given she choose the expensive filling without giving me options which was 150 pounds but at the end the charge was 180 no ideea why. After my visit two of my gums turned purple as they hurt it when cleaning and stayed like that for more then one week. The felling felt like I had half pack of gum in my mouth. I have emailed them few times but they rarely go back to you, unless you call them and tell them about your email. Promised I ll be called next day by the manager it never happened next day it happened one day after. I tryed to get a refund at least for the cleaning as my gums were affected, after sending 3 emails and no response I decided to stop. I will never go back to this clinic as for me they are not serious, professional and they do not care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Total coward as a patient but Dr Alia Johar was extremely empathic during my hygiene appointment. She also suggested a jet wash which I've never been offered before and made my teeth look great. Receptionist and dental assistant were also attentive and friendly. We joked that the water spray, dark glasses and summer heat outside made this like a resort spa ... not often said about Thornton Heath! :-)

Fantastic experience: I am writing on behalf of my Mum. She is a nervous patient and had been braving out but suffering over 3 weeks with gum pain. I was unhappy with the quality of care she was receiving previously and I was advised to try Thornton Heath Dental. After reading the reviews, one stood out in regard to tooth extraction and naming Dr Alia, by coincidence my friend uses the same Dentist and urged me to give it a try. Suffice to say, before Christmas, I made an appointment. Dr Alia was kind, pleasant and professional. She provided my mum with temporary medication and booked an appointment for extraction. Today Mum had her tooth extracted in less than 5 minutes. She is recovering nicely and is over the moon at the fantastic treatment Dr Alia and her Assistant provided. She literally said "I trust Dr Alia, she has such a calming influence". Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alia Johar has always provided me with exceptional dental service over the many years i have attended Thornton Heath Dental Centre since November 1999. The service is very friendly, courteous and seamless. Dr Alia is very professional, provides first rate dental advice, has a nice personality, open to all types of questions and adept at explaining technical dental terms in a clear manner. I always feel welcomed and at ease with my dental requirements. In addition, it is very easy to book a dental appointment by telephone or in-person. The centre is very clean, excellent interior design and uses advanced technology for various dental procedures. Outstanding service! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed treatment at Thornton Heath Dental and Implant centre and can't recommend them enough. Dr Alia talked me through my options to create a more aesthetic smile & carried out the treatment, which included a veneer, composite bonding and a wire/removable retainer. Dr Alia and her dental staff provided a safe space for me to ask as many questions as I needed, in order for me to decide on the right plan for my desired outcome. Now that I've completed my treatment and seen the results, I just wish I'd done it a lot sooner.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken back tooth that needed to be extracted and was not going to be an easy pull. I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and the first point of contact was the receptionist who was so lovely and reassuring. My first consultation started with Dr. Khan who was amazing and she gave me different options in terms of being referred to the hospital (as the tooth was very complicated) or being referred to her colleague, Dr. Alia, who specialises in cosmetic dentistry and was basically the equivalent of going to the hospital. As nervous as I was, I opted for Dr. Alia as I needed the tooth out and couldn't wait up to 4 weeks for a hospital appointment. And let me just say how amazing she is. She is kind, patient and put me at ease as soon as I sat in the chair and she is super efficient at what she does. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but this one is the best I have come across. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hi I highly recommend getting your teeth filling from here . There is an option to get the nhs filling £70 or private one for £110. I chose the private one but after the procedure I couldn't even believe my eye my teeth were looking all good like not a smudge of filling you could see.The procedure done was so neat and clean. Even my husband couldn’t tell if I had filling in my teeth.Dr Alia Johar did a brilliant job for me. She was so professional and so thorough with the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Alia Johar is an AMAZING dentist, she really helped me get my mouth back to full health after over eight years of avoiding going to the dentist due to a bad former experience. Dr Johar has showed me how a good dental practitioner is supposed to care for their patients, I no longer have panic attacks or fear going into the dental chair anymore because she really takes the time to understand the needs and sometimes fears of the patient and explains everything she's doing in detail and making sure you are happy with every step she takes!
