Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Dr Gatrad very kind and great!

Negative experience: This dental practice have deleted so many 1 star reviews - they cannot be trusted. They provided a service to someone i know many years ago but who still struggles with the outcome to this day. The director, who completed her treatment, did a very bad job leaving her with SERIOUS implications. He then provided a dishonest account of what treatment he carried out, followed by fabricating allegations against her, which led to nothing. Avoid this surgery at all costs. They are really bad. I have no doubt this review will be deleted so have screen shot it.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Allsopp and his team for all their work on my tooth implant and restoring my smile. I am really pleased with the results, I only wish I had known about the practice sooner. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Allsopp to anyone who has a fear of the dentist as I was treated by him and his team, with kindness right from the start, and I found the actual procedure was surprisingly quick and painless which I really did not expect.

Fantastic experience: I and my family have been with this dentist for 45years, and have always had good treatment. Over the last year or so l lost a family member and also had major surgery, unfortunately my teeth took a bit of a back seat. I knew l needed loads of treatment and made an appointment, still quite anxious at the possible cost etc . However, Dr Holder was so kind ( as she always has been) and put me at ease straight away, talking me through what she was doing and making sure l was comfortable . It means everything to me to have good teeth and due to losing most of my top teeth l found it difficult to talk face to face with anybody really. My last appointment was yesterday and had my upper dentures fitted. It’s less than a day and l already feel so much more positive already. I just want to say Dr Holder has given me my smile back and l know this is the start of getting my life back. Thank you Dr Holder.

Fantastic experience: Hi just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Jonathan Allsopp & his staff. I recently had a tooth implant done, it was a difficult decision to make as I suffer from anxiety. Dr Jonathan talked me through the whole procedure and made it so comfortable for me. I have now completed my implant and very happy with my new tooth. I would do it all over again. Fantastic experience: Visited Allsopp Dental Practice with view to having a dental implant. Met with Mr Allsopp and his team and immediately I was put at ease.A few scans etc and I was given news that I was very suitable for implants. Finance sorted the day arrived for my treatment. Maryland brace removed,tooth root extracted and implant drilled all within 1/2 hrs but what makes it better is that I felt nothing. 6 wks or so later after healing another scan and info sent to lab for my tooth to be made.2 wks later tooth fitted again painlessly and I was good to go. Can not thank Mr Allsopp and his team enough for a painless but absolutely brilliant job and result.Highly recommend. Many thanks Allan.

Fantastic experience: I had an unfortunate accident with a dog’s lead that knocked one of my front teeth out. I was recommend Allsop’s dentist by my own dentist. I contacted them and an appointment was arranged. I can say the whole process was well explained and detailed in what I could expect and my predicted outcome. Jon put me at ease and the staff were very helpful. All has gone really well and my implant is now in place and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I would happy recommend Allsop’s dental practice to my family, friends and anybody finding themselves in need of implant treatment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional and empathetic is my summation of Dr Holder. Problem identified and addressed with a plan moving forward for longer term treatment. Felt forced to seek a second opinion following treatment at my NHS dentist. Had two emergency appointments at Allsops the second one a day before a planned holiday abroad. Dr Holder despite having a full diary found space (which ran over into lunch break… sorry!) treated my cracked tooth which was causing excruciating pain and gave comprehensive care advice until I return. She explained the issue, possible causes and treatment with permanent solutions identified for me to consider. I’ve had orthodontic treatment at Allsops in the past but this was my first personal experience of dental care. It really was five star. To be relieved from pain is priceless. My advice if you’re in pain or just not confident with your current provider give Allsops a try.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was so professional and patient with me, I had a lot of anxiety around my procedure but I was made to feel relaxed and calm and supported by all the team. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for future.

Fantastic experience: I'm nervous of dentists and avoided going for nearly 20 years, before then I have alway needed sedation. After being in pain I knew I have to go. Allsopp dental practice put me at ease straight away. I have been a few times and each time they helped me overcome my fear. Today I had a filling without sedation, I have been worried all week. I was genuinely shocked how at ease I was and now I'm really starting to get over my fear. Everyone at the practice have been amazing, I can't thank them enough. My teeth are so much better, I have my confidence back and I'm not feeling worried about my next course of treatment.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this surgery enough!! I went there on recommendation from a friend when I broke a front tooth completely off and had decided to have an implant. Dr Allsopp has been amazing!! He's friendly, calm, patient and explains everything so you can make the correct decision re your treatment. He also thoroughly explains every step of the implant process. There is no hard sell or pressure at all, even though I have other teeth that will need attention eventually. I attended the surgery on a few occasions but two of these where when I had different gaps in my front teeth where I'd lost a tooth and a crown. On each of these visits Dr Allsopp recognised I could not leave looking like I did and made sure he temporary fixed my teeth (unlike my previous dentist who left me to look gappy for months! ) All the staff are lovely and friendly. My only regret is that I didn't find this practice earlier!! Keep up the great work Allsopps!!! X

Fantastic experience: Not knowing what to expect I was slightly nervous at the prospect of my implant placement procedure being done There was absolutely no need the procedure from start to finish was painless and so very simple, the dentist was professional from start to finish and the ease at which she put me at was fantastic, the placement of my implant took just under an hour from start to finish Post procedure I didn’t need painkillers just a nap when I got home I have followed instructions for aftercare and everything is great My next appointment has been made and looking forward to getting my implant in place I am so impressed that I will be booking to have a second implant done Thank you Allsopp for a great service provided by a great team Julie

Fantastic experience: Dr Vassel completely changed my smile with composite bonding. I was quite nervous about getting it done because I didn’t want to look like a horse but she was amazing through the whole process. We whitened my teeth first and then did the composite bonding. I absolutely LOVE them. Anyone who is considering Dr Vassel for their treatment, go for it. I’m so glad I did!

Fantastic experience: I am a patient at Allsopp Dental for both routine appointments and orthodontics. As a patient that previously got seriously anxious about check ups and had put off braces in my teens because of the fear; I can honestly say that this Dental Clinic is incredible. I was able to have the 4 teeth removed to accommodate my braces, all in one appointment. Prior to this I couldn’t even consider the injections before any procedure. The staff are so welcoming, reassuring and patient. Dr Jenkins made me feel calm and in control at all times. Dr Allsopp is quite frankly a magician! For years I’ve been so self conscious about my teeth; thinking that there would be no way to “fix” them. His work speaks for itself and I will be eternally grateful. Dr Vassel is my dentist for routine appointments. She is incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain how I could have a filling without having to use anaesthetic given that I had no pain during examination. The procedure was completely painless and done in no time at all. Dr Vassel is the best dentist I’ve ever had, if only id had this experience as a child!

Fantastic experience: Dr Allsopp has completely changed my confidence with my new smile. The results are honestly astounding with how my teeth look now to how they were before, I just wish I did it years ago, which is obviously an old cliché but it’s true! Can’t thank him enough and would recommend him to anybody looking at dental treatment, I had Invisalign and some composite bonding to neaten some chips/bumps that had worn down over the years with how my teeth were twisted together, my Invisalign treatment I paid over time with a payment plan so it’s affordable for anybody, and he even did my composite for free as my Invisalign treatment took a little longer than expected. Fantastic experience: 100 percent pleased with this dental practice. Well informed on every step of the treatment couldn't have asked for anymore from this practice. Will definitely be using Allsopps again when needed.

Positive experience: This service no longer meets my needs sadly as NHS patients no longer required here, so sad as experience was good. They did try to spunk me £19.99 a month if I signed private and wanted 3 months payment in advance and after free checkups included it was then very extortionate for treatment,shock horror. Luckily I'm now re registered NHS in Brownhills, better free parking and situated in a mutant free zone unlike Walsall. Why do people get greedy, why oh why.

Fantastic experience: Having been diagnosed with cancer in 2021 I found it impossible to see my dentist at Alsopps practice, chemo had a terrible effect on my gums and teeth, I phoned Alsopps and explained my situation and they got me an appointment quickly, the staff are very friendly and professional and the dentist very understanding of my situation, this is the best practice in Walsall bar none. Simply amazing!

Fantastic experience: I will start with a very big THANK YOU to all of the wonderful staff and Jonathan Allsopp him self, right from the very first meeting I felt comfortable and confident with the care and detail explaining what my journey would entail. After my existing teeth were removed and implants were fixed in place my journey had begun, this was much easier than expected but a little uncomfortable then it was just time required for the process to unfold, After several weeks with no top teeth then a denture for a few more weeks, today was my day for the final fitting you could say the crowning glory, and OMG it was fantastic i just felt so emotional the fit was perfect so thank so much to all of the ALLSOPP TEAM... My summing up of the above process was it painful (Not really) uncomfortable at times yes, great for loosing a few pounds... a little longer than I would have liked, my biggest problem was the mental side feeling about old. Fantastic experience: All staff I have contact with are extremely helpful, considerate, supportive and very professional/knowledgeable. I had two implants on the 25th of July 2024 and was going on holiday on the 27th July, so was obviously concerned that I would be in pain or discomfort and was going to cancel, however Dr Allsopp reassured me that I would be fine, so with his advice went ahead with my implants, best decision I made, the procedure took about 45 minutes for the two implants and after about 2-3 hours was fine no pain very little discomfort and next day was wearing my denture. Fully recommend Dr Johnathan Allsopp and his practice team, Thank You all Nigel Eccleston.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken front tooth under a very old crown and I decided to take the implant option. Expensive but I was assured I would be able to eat an apple following treatment. I had the assessment which was incredibly through and the whole journey ahead was explained in great detail. I had the old tooth removed, incredibly painlessly with local anaesthetic and the implant fitted and was given a denture to wear while the implant healed. It was all a very straightforward process. 6 weeks later I had my assessment and 2 weeks after that I have had my new crown fitted and it looks amazing. I can’t recommend Dr Allsopp and his team enough for their treatment along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any other treatment I needed. Thank you Dr Allsopp and team.

Fantastic experience: Allsopp Associates I’ve had 5 implants in all each carried out by Dr Jonathan Allsopp principal dentist. This included one implant for a single tooth, three teeth supported on two implants one at each end and three teeth on two side by side implants with the end tooth cantilevered. One thing that I’ve always appreciated is that the practice ethos is minimal intervention and will not undertake work that is unnecessary. Extractions are only contemplated as a last resort after exploring other options. Apart from the implants, I’ve had general dentistry at the practice including a number of root fillings one of which eliminated an abscess and enabled the tooth to be retained. I was originally recommended to the practice by a friend and have been more than pleased with the service provided. I’ve always found staff at the practice very professional, warm and friendly. Fantastic experience: Ive just finished treatment to have an implant moler in my lower teeth with allsopps. Before making my decision on where to go and due dilligence in treatments, I looked across the web. I was willing to travel even to london from the midlands. But when i found allsopps, the customer reviews were all so positive about the service it made my decision for me. Ive now finished my treatment, And im very very happy with the results, being able to chew happily on both side of my mouth again is great. This now will also protect the tooth above from desending down and finally growing out of the gum. The treatment was painless for me and easy id say not even as stressful as a filling. The days of having molds made of my teeth have gone. With 3d scanning and state of the art imaging and a professional team of lovely caring, thoughfull people showing me every step of the treatment wile looking after me and reassuring me, I can now give my review. I would advise anyone i know, if they are looking for dental work, read the reviews and try here, Very informative caring extremely professional and the advice was excellent and very honest only giving me treatment I needed. My review is so long because I cannot say enough about the service. If they opened a restaurant I would be there every week. So thanks team and doctor allsopp for your help and advice. Fantastic experience: I received a dental implant from Allsopp Dental Practice about 18 months ago which went very smoothly and caused no problems. I received another implant 10 days ago which is settling in very well. I would definitely recommend this Practice for any dental implants and confirm good value for money compared to some.

Fantastic experience: Allsopp Dentists are Top class Dentists all round i couldn't recommend them enough or give them enough praise, my mother has Parkinson's so she needs a little more time and understanding. Fantastic experience: I've just had my final appointment for getting a front implant and I can't speak highly enough about the whole process! Everyone was so professional and efficient, even rushing through the temporary tooth for me as I had an important event that I really did not want to be toothless for! The implant procedure itself was very quick with very little discomfort! I was so surprised at how easy it was, and I was able to go to work straight away afterwards. Everything healed up really quickly, much quicker than they advised even! The aftercare was great and I felt comfortable and confident that they'd done a great job! And only a couple of months later here I am with a new tooth that is strong, secure and going to last a lifetime. I'm so pleased!

Fantastic experience: I arrived 5 minutes early for my check-up at 3.15pm on Thursday, 14th February. I also had a 4pm appointment elsewhere. 25 minutes later, I still hadn't been called in to see my dentist. I told the receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer. She told me that just prior to my arrival, a patient with an emergency came in & that was why my appointment had been delayed. The receptionist kindly changed my appointment to Monday at 2pm & assured me that as my appointment was the first after lunch, I would be first to be seen by my dentist. I went yesterday for my 2pm appointment & true to their word, I was the first to be seen after lunch. No one can help it if an emergency patient turns up, so although I needed to change my appointment, it couldn't have been handled, any better.

Positive experience: Very nice staff and understanding trying to help as much as they can.

Negative experience: Must say first, this is a review of the Bridge Street practice NOT the Birmingham Road one. The “original” premises on Bridge Street appear cramped with minimal patient space and maximum treatment “rooms” which are more like cubby holes. Dentists are professional, polite and efficient but several of their “nurses” are abrupt and unaware of the needs a teen or child might have to be accompanied by a parent. It feels very much like a business rather than a healthcare setting but then I suppose that’s the way of dentistry these days. The Birmingham Road premises are much calmer and create a totally different patient experience. The item of food donated for every review I suppose is better than nothing but also feels like a very meagre offering - how often are they actually reviewed?

My second implant was done with Dr Soorae my treatment completed today.The crown just looks and feels like my own tooth. Fantastic experience: I had a dental implant at Allsopp Clinic @ Birmingham road Ltd. I must say the dental implant was much easier and painless then any other procedure carried in a dental surgery i was amazed of how simple it was. Now I have tooth that im happy with and its doesnt even feel like ive had an replacement feels so real and its hassle free. The experience with the service was amazing, every procedure is explained step by step and very easy guide to get finance help so your not pressured to pay a huge amount all at once. Fantastic experience: I always felt anxious going to the dentist but Dr Allsopp and his team made me feel at ease. I had Invisalign and a dental implant. I was really nervous about getting the dental implant but Dr Allsopp explained everything and I felt so comfortable and felt no pain at all! Really happy with the service and the team are fantastic.

Negative experience: They have had my daughter on waiting list for around 4 years for braces. Now they write March 23 that they stopped nhs work since April 22. It took them 1 year to send letter

Negative experience: My children were referred to Allsopp by my general dentist in 2019. In 2022 they finally wrote to us on 2nd March 2022 saying that my child is still on the waiting list. Another letter was sent to us 2 weeks later saying that a lack of response from alleged letters sent to us in 2019 has resulted in my child being removed off the waiting list. They were unable to provide substantial evidence of any letters sent or any phone calls made. Customer service is terrible and no reassurance is provided to distressed customer, rather a passive aggressive approach is used.

Fantastic experience: Very polite and friendly receptionists, I was made to feel welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. Dr Arpita Sada was excellent, I knew before the appointment the results were not going to be in my favour, which left me feeling a little anxious before hand. But Dr Sada was fantastic, very informative about all my options and answered any questions I had. Excellent service

Negative experience: They are bad because they make up u have no filling or no cleaning problem as they do a short cut.

Fantastic experience: Dr Allsop and his team are nothing shy of professional. Throughout my orthodontic treatment (in the midst of a Pandemic) they were dedicated and committed to giving me the best possible treatment plan. The team are extremely patient and understanding of peoples needs. Dr Allsop is a perfectionist and I recommend that anyone who seeks his service will definitely be rewarded.

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience with a previous dentist, leaving me too scared to book any care. However I urgently needed my tooth out, I booked in with alloosp. I was very nervous, considering my last experience. But, they were incredible, I was registered the same day. The receptionists are lovely, the dentist I had was Dr Arpita Sada, she was amazing! She put me at ease the whole time, and appreciated my worries. I also, had a lovely nurse taking care of me, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Far by, the best dentist! Cannot be anymore thankful, for them.

Negative experience: I missed my 3rd appointment due to a booking with a government appointment that I could not miss . I explained that I had to go to this government appointment and they just said " no its your 3rd late cancellation so I got kicked off the dentist list and cannot go back to this practice, I spent £1000 in private care here and the moment I went on nhs and had appointment I could not miss they did not care and did not want to hear it . They left me in a mess.
