There's always a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere in the waiting room. The nurses are always very supportive too putting me at ease. It was good to meet Lee who was very pleasant and professional. I was in a lot of pain and needed a number of emergency appointments which were arranged. I can't thank them enough for the care and compassion they have shown.

Negative experience: When I first registered my dentist was Peter, he was great. I was needing a lot of dental work done due to health issues. A treatment plan was put in place and then covid struck. By the time covid restrictions were lifted almost 2 years later I was needing more dental work but Peter was leaving knockroon. However he adjusted my treatment plan for Rhona to take over. However then all of a sudden I was refered to the public dental service and I then discovered my registration was removed from knockroon practice leaving me in a sticky situation without a dentist and I had to find a new dentist miles away from my home. I feel really let down and abandoned by knockroon I’m not happy with them

Negative experience: I was a patient here for some years. Realising that I hadn't been invited for my annual check up I phoned them. Turns out they randomly deregistered my whole family over a year ago without telling me as they have gone private. Let's hope the NHS recovers from this crisis while we still have teeth.

Negative experience: Been on a list for nearly 18months for new teeth. Which I desperately need and still can't give me an appointment it's no right but if I was paying it would be different story

Negative experience: Went to get my teeth seen to to get new ones they told me that they were only taking emergency only so I had to go to a different dentist which is terrible because I am a patient with knockroon dental practice they should have a replacement dentist because the other one left I’m not happy about this they need to do better DO NOT RECOMMEND

Negative experience: Worst attitude ever. Phoned constantly for over 2 years for appointments for both me & my son. I was constantly told that the backlog was really bad but they'd get round to him soon. Then I got a letter of deregistration for him. Over 2 years of phonecalls!!!! The receptionist needs sacked, she's a joke! The surgeon is a disgrace, she refuses to speak to clients & quite literally no dentist will take jobs there!! Says a lot to me, everyone's left the practice & noone wants to joint. Get out now!

Peter has rebuilt my confidence to the point I had a tooth out last week, 6 months ago I was scared to get a filling. Would highly recommend. Had emergency appointment for toothache this week, was seen by Rhona within 2 hours of calling. Brilliant service as always. Highly recommend this dental surgery.

Moved from another Dentist, as I wanted a second opinion on what my choices of treatment were. Knockroon was completely different, very understanding and gave me choices, which I was lead to believe did not exist.
