Fantastic experience: Good customer service recieved from the dentist and the assistant Helen. Caring, thoughtful, knowledgable and welcoming. A full explanation of what was needed to be completed dental wise and options that were available for next visit explained. It seems that my teeth have deteriorated a lot in the last six months. Furthermore, the receptionist, Shelly was nice, obliging and helpful. look forward to a scale and polish on my next visit. Thank you Lee H

Fantastic experience: I had an hour and a half of treatment yesterday. The team led by Abersheck were kind and professional and I was pleased with the finished work.

Fantastic experience: Implants and bridge fitting. Thankyou to Abishek and the staff at Wansbeck family dentistry on Beverley road. They have been brilliant. The staff were reassuring and very helpful. I expected that after several upper extractions, of that I would be bruised and in a lot of pain - not so, and the work was completed swiftly, infact i hardly realised that the work had finished being well stitched up (and removed two weeks later). After approx' six weeks, I returned for the implants to be inserted. Abisheck seemed very confident in his work and allowed me sufficient rests whist in the chair, between the process. I didn't feel anything, being well numbed up. On returning for the upper bridge fitting I had mentioned that I had lost a gold crown incisor. Abisheck had one inserted into the four tooth bridge, exactly where the old one was. The implant bridge fitting was tried and Abishek not being satisfied, there were return visits making sure of an exact fit. I was a little nonplussed, though was sure these were for a reason. Only then was he happy with the work. Nothing short of perfection itself. On the final return visit, checking that everything was settling down, I was finally dismissed and photos taken for the record. I can smile confidently now and had my first steak last week. Quick & efficient and further appointments booked so I can catch up with my dental health. More importantly, no lectures or judgement which gave me confidence to continue with my treatments.

Fantastic experience: 1st major appointment at this dentist, 6 more to go, only ever been used to emergency dentist’s through 111 and could not believe the quality of care and gentleness yes I was having a panic attack upon arrival but once in the chair I was give the royal treatment :) :) everybody in the building dentist’s nurses and the staff where absolutely fantastic!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, great staff, and shelly is an angel. Patient and professional. Understandably a long journey to get to that end result I wanted, but throughout the patient is their priority. Been to many dentists and as everyone else, going to the dentist isn't something we like to do usualy, here at wansbeck you can be assured they will look after you from the moment you go in, until you reach your goal. Most importantly too is the after care, I must say I always feel I can ring if there is a problem and will be seen asap. They actually care you feel. Ofcourse going to the dentist isn't cheap but when you know they are giving you hopefully the ability to smile without embarrassment, eat without pain and the effect it has on your self-esteem then hopefully it's worth it. I've had root canals, extractions, crowns bridges and veneers, that's alot of work so takes time, but know one thing for sure it will all be painless, they are very good at dealing with people who have any fear from going to the dentist. Because i found it so hard to find a good dentist, and found it impossible to get in in many surgeries, I hope my experience can help someone in choosing which dentist they trust with their mouth! And their money. I've took pics throughout my journey and will post when I get to my final result so you see for yourself. Thank you guys, great as always.

Fantastic experience: First visit to the practice where I was made welcome by the cheerful and friendly staff. Prior to my appointment I was asked to complete, online, my medical history and other information prior to the appointment. The dental nurse was very friendly, patient and thorough in her examination which lasted for almost an hour. Highly recommended should you need to seek treatment. On my follow-up, the dental team were again curtesy’s and respectful. The dental surgeon was excellent and very thorough in his treatment. Upon leaving, I was giving the necessary aftercare requisites and told to call them should I need any further advice or care. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Wansbeck about a year ago and the experience quite pleasant. The team are courteous and professional. Their special approach make all the difference in creating a lovely caring environment. I am looking forward to the treatment plan coming up soon. I will recommend friends. My last appointment was on the 22/08/23 for continuation of the planned treatment. I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't know how I would feel after the procedure. I had another appointment in the evening. Everyone who attended to me were professional and cautious. I was able to attend my second appointment with no setbacks. Fantastic experience: Was referred by my normal dentist to Dr Kabra for a gum graft. From start to finish everyone was really friendly, profesional . I am really happy with the results from procedure and would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: I was going to go with smile but a friend from work said to go with these guys. My teeth look great and they are working on the final few weeks to get my bite correct. I’m an electrical engineer and male enhancement coach so can vouch that the results are good and they use the most advanced scanning equipment/software. Don’t waste money with mail order bs, get it right first time.

Fantastic experience: Following the failure of a 40 year old crown Wansbeck Dental have fitted a dental implant that was quick simple and pain free. After waiting 3 months for the implant to fuse with the bone I recently visited wansbeck again in order for them to take an impression so that a new tooth can be fitted in three weeks time. So far so good and a great service. At last permanent tooth implant now fitted with a confident smile

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Wansbeck for a number of years and have always found the whole team to be very caring and friendly. Dr Kabra is a brilliant dentist and always puts patients at ease and regularly checks if they are ok/ needing a break during the appointment. I would highly recommend this practise.

Fantastic experience: Recently had my wisdom tooth removed and was very nervous of the whole thing, especially the needle to numb the area. Both the Dentist and the Nurse reassured me that everything would be ok and the Dentist explained what was going to happen as well as the risks associated with the procedure. Although not pleasant, everything went well and not as bad as I expected. I was given full aftercare instructions, medication and followed up the next day with a call to make sure all was ok. In conclusion the staff were very professional but also very kind and supportive allowing me to relax in what was quite a stressful procedure. Very impressed and my thanks to the whole team.
