Fantastic experience: My recent experience with Newport Pagnell Dental Clinic was excellent. I had requested a review to my mum's dental care plan charges. Sheena McCormick, who handled my request, responded immediately and, with the assistance of my mum's dentist, Mr Davison, were able to offer some alternative options. The speed in which my request was dealt with, together with the professionalism and courteousness that was shown was excellent. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the dentists are always friendly and polite and do an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Newport Pagnell Dental Clinic for a long time, mainly for check-ups. Just recently I had a problem with one of my front teeth and have been attending regular appointments. The receptionists are always helpful and make me feel welcome. I cannot praise my dentist, Dr. Brian Davison, enough. He has always been kind, caring and very thorough in his work. His gentle manner always makes me feel at ease. Following. Dr. Davison advice to have a tooth implant, he recommended Dr.M S Islam, and I'm glad he did. Dr. Islam is very good. He proposed a treatment plan for me that I have been following. My appointment today was for my tooth to be removed and replaced with a temporary prosthesis. I was not looking forward to this at all. However, I can not believe I'm saying this but it was such a positive dental experience! Dr. Islam is very easy to talk to. He explained his comprehensive treatment plan in great detail as well as his expectations and procedures. His friendly and professional manner immediately put me at ease. The extraction went well although it wasn't easy. I didn't feel a thing! The injections did their job!. I am happy with the treatment so far. Obviously it is not over yet and I hope and pray my following appointments are as successful. I definitely recommend Dr. Islam and Dr. Davison. They are both very good dentists in their respective fields.

She explained that it is the surgeries 30th anniversary (not 40?,I thought ) Me and the wife have been there since opening, my parents, my son and granddaughter have followed on. Always been attentive, professional, great advice, caring, listening, fully trustworthy, there if an ‘urgency’ pokes its head up. The apprentices can , and I’m sure do, learn a lot here. Receptionists are equally professional and attentive , no problems or dramas. 100%

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made moving my 17 year old son to this dentist was seen by sia who engaged with him from the moment we walked through the door explaining everything to him and making him feel very comfortable. We have a long road ahead of us due to him being born with some missing teeth, but feel really happy that Sia will be the best person to help my lad through this process

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked back tooth which required an extraction, my dentist (Brian Davison) was amazing and very kind, asking me during the procedure if I was ok and keeping me informed along the way. A follow up call the next day to check I was ok from the reception team was appreciated and subsequently fitting me in the day after as I wasn’t sure it was healing. It turned out I had an infected gum which they then put me onto antibiotics straight away.

Fantastic experience: Recently had my six monthly appointment with Hygeinist Niamh Desmond looked over the health of my teethand gums followed by a thourogh clean snd polish. Niamh is so gentle while using the cleaning equipment that I hardly notice anything happening until shown the gtreat results in a mirror. Niamh is always great fun to talk with and has great professional humour plus always offers great advice on how I can help myself to look after my teeth better at home. I used to be a nervous person at the dentists but Niamh and the otgers in the Team at Newport Pagnell have made this a thing of the past. Always a pleasure whenever I visit. Many thanks Kev

Thank you so much for your help. 18/04/2024 On this occasion I had a tooth extraction. I'm so nervous about the dentists, but Brian Davison is a real gem. He puts me at my ease and when I was totally relaxed he began to extract my tooth. It was over so quickly. I thought it was only half way through, but no Brian told me it was all done. I can't sing Brian's praises enough. He is so charming and quiet and I really admire him for putting up with me.

Was early so I waited outside,then I was allowed to come in for my appointment I waited for 20 minutes before I was seen no word of apology from my dentist,I am assuming that the dentist must know how long the patient before me needed time for her treatment ??? They said Dr Davidson is booked up till October, but they would check for any cancellations and found one for Tuesday. He checked it, cleared the damage and put in a new filling - all at that appointment! That is amazing service - it could be no better! I am so lucky to be with this practice

Fantastic experience: Well this was my first visit since lockdown began, and in that time my regular dentist had retired and I had been assigned a new Dentist,Dr Islam, this guy is great explains everything to you and what the plan is going forward. A good experience.

Negative experience: Very poor, went with infection and didnt get any antibiotics and pain killers, even when asked the dentist for it. She sent me home with nothing. Never come back there.

Positive experience: I'm pleased with the service but had a 25 minute wait beyond my appointment time.

Fantastic experience: I attended the hygienist on Wednesday 16th June. I am a very nervous and anxious patient when I have to attend the dental surgery, however Niamh was so caring and understand. She checked in with me throughout my cleaning process. She was as gentle as possible under the circumstances. I would happily recommend this surgery. Thank you Niamh.

Negative experience: Really over the top checks for Covid before even entering - how long they keeping that yo for?! Then again had to go out the back way, even though was right next to the front door and no one was even there! Couldn't book a check up for my son's due to their major backlog. Service by the actual dentist was great though. Overall wasn't happy being there and couldn't wait to leave.
