Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today at the New King's Road Dental Practice (as usual), during a follow-up appointment and hygiene appointment. Dr Omidi is always thorough and takes care to explain things and give good advice. The hygienist Christina was careful not to upset my sensitive gums and did a great job too. The reception team are also so nice and make you feel cared for.

Dr Omidi has rapidly become "my favourite dentist" (yes, those are his words, but he is so right - I trust him completely). Positive experience: Used to be a really good dentist, unfortunately it’s now very difficult to get an appointment with the hygienists so have had to find another dentist. Only seem to offer weekday appointments which isn’t ideal if you have a job

Fantastic experience: I recently had my session with the amazing hygienist, Narziya. As ever it felt like a treat, rather than going to the dentist. A lot of people said that my teeth were as good as Jurgen Klopp, so that made me happy. After many years of being in those dental chairs, I've finally found a hygienist that doesn't make me grip the damn thing, or lose sleep the night before. I love the music in the background, she laughs at my jokes and I always look forward to going. My teeth are in such good shape now that I don't have to go as regularly, which was the only disappointment! Thank you Narziya.

Positive experience: Good quality hygienist service and practice but not great bedside manner. Quite alarmist, leaving me very anxious only to be told by the dentist the following week that all was ok.

Negative experience: Six months ago, all of my teeth were perfectly healthy, except for needing one filling. I went to New Kings Road Dental for the filling but, whilst there, the dentist poked and prodded all of my teeth over and over. A month later, I had tooth ache and had to have six new cavities filled. A month after this, the dentist said I needed six new root canal treatments in the six newly filled teeth and said it is quite likely that three of the six teeth would need to be removed and I would need a bridge, possibly within the next 12-18 months. These six teeth were healthy before I came here – why are they needing such extreme dental work now?

Fantastic experience: First Appointment at a new practice and found the experience excellent from the point of view that I was learning things that my previous dentist ashore have made me aware of and taken action on. My confidence to transfer practice to the NKRDP. Looking forward to being a new client.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good dentist in West or Central London I would highly recommend this one. I have been going to this practice for the last 16 years. I am 60 years old and I have perfect teeth. I have never lost a tooth and never had a filling. The reason being is because my Dentist, Dr Biljana Sulie and my Dental Hygienist, Narziya Jeewa are VERY good at their jobs and are worth the money.

Receptionist was very helpful when contacting the office for the first time, answered all my questions without hesitation. I was seen the same afternoon with only short waiting time. Dr Amin was so professional yet calming in entertaining way, that he made me completely forgot my phobia of new dentists. He gave me excellent treatment with complete consultation of what my options are for permanent solution. And most importantly, the excruciating pain was gone by the time I left. Fantastic experience: Billi our dentist is simply wonderful - she is ALWAYS upbeat and positive and makes a trip to the dentist feel more like an indulgence then a necessary chore. She is also gentle, thorough and professional- a totally winning combination - my entire family loves her and we trust her gentle hands and thorough care entirely! We also visit Bina as our Hygenist. She is practical - she doesn’t force us to make changes or promise s that we can’t keep but rather looks to encourage a routine that WORKS, as well as being a brilliant tooth inspector and cleaner! It’s always a pleasure to see these two brilliant professionals and despite moving and no longer being local, we make the journey back to this practice with great pleasure!

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling dentist, they only care about the money. They quoted a root canal treatment for my daughter for £2040, i could easily get an implant with that amount of money. I was told a checkup will cost £35 they made me pay £95 because they took 2 x-ray. The only thing they want is money!! Also the dentist himself had a cigarettes on his treatment room table!!DISGUSTING!!!!

I have complete faith in my surgeon Mr Amin Omidi and Hygienist Bina Patel. Both are extremely thorough and inspire total confidence. Fantastic experience: I went there first time with a broken front tooth. Basically half my tooth was gone. I was treated very professionally by Dr Omidi. My tooth now looks even better than it used to be. I thought I have to spend hours on the dentist chair with that tooth. But it was very quick and pain free!
