She was very honest and upfront with me regarding some concerns she had and told me exactly what I can expect. I was quite nervous for the cleaning but she calmed my nerves and was quick and fastidious. I am very comfortable with her and she has a warm, friendly and professional manner.

Unfortunately the clinic itself is quite dated and could do with a complete refurb hence the 4stars. Krishna my dentist was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all my questions. Her gentle approach and expertise made the entire procedure smooth and painless. I truly felt like I was in great hands. If you're looking for a dentist who prioritises patient care and provides top-notch treatment, I highly recommend Krishna. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits!

Fantastic experience: Visit to a dental practice is always nerve wracking for anyone. Once you have seen the attentive reception staff, who are always helpful and polite, I met Dr Krish with a smile and a welcome. She was thorough with the symptom prognosis and explained to me what needed to be done with the reassurance of the procedure. During the procedure she communicated with me at all times and made sure I had no discomfort at any stage. After the procedure she explained clearly the aftercare procedure/meds and if things don’t heal then to contact her. It was very reassuring that she cares for her patients throughout the the whole process. I recommend her and the dental practice to anyone.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service I recently experienced at your dental practice. I called to confirm the time of my appointment and was placed on hold at queue position 1. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes, no one answered my call. This lack of responsiveness left me without the information I needed, which is very concerning for a professional healthcare service. As a result, I went to the practice in person, only to be told that I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I was informed that my deposit had been forfeited and that I would need to rebook for another three weeks, with the requirement of paying a new deposit. This entire situation was frustrating and felt incredibly unfair, especially as I had made every effort to confirm my appointment time. I believe this situation highlights a serious issue with communication and customer service within the practice. Patients rely on being able to reach the team for assistance, and policies around forfeited deposits should take circumstances like this into account. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter, explain why my call was not answered, and clarify your approach to customer service in such cases.

The dentist was also very rude telling me I should go to another practice. My wife is disabled, they refused to see her when she was in a lot of pain. Negative experience: This has got to be the WORST dentist in the whole of Luton! Impossible to get an appointment & even after calling at 8am no-one even answers the damn phone! If you leave a message, don't expect to get a call back because that will NEVER happen! The staff have time to do TikTok but no time to answer the phone or even see you! RIDICULOUS!!!

Negative experience: I booked appointment with marsh house dental on 20th June got the appointment on 15 July. Just before 4 days of my appointment they cancelled it by saying doctor is off on 15 July I said to them I been waiting nearly one month the receptionist said very rudely do you want another appointment or not. Just because of NHS I had no choice they gave the next appointment on 9th of august. Today 9th of August right before 2 hours they cancelled it by saying nurse didn’t show up again same rude behaviour and rebooked my appointment for 1st of October. They are doing it on purpose to humiliate nhs customers. If they don’t want nhs patients why don’t they so it’s not fair for people who can’t afford private treatment and there is no accountability at all.

Negative experience: Today 04/07/2024 at 14:00hours I had an appointment worst experience ever I recently lost my dad and due to this I was going through so much in my life this dentist he started to personally attack on myself by his harsh word oh how could you not look after yourself and this is absolutely lazyness and so many personal things you wouldn’t say to your patients in front of everyone Furthermore, not just that he made also some racist remarks which I can’t ignore I don’t know his name but he’s black man in his 40 or 50 How could you treat someone like this without knowing what this person has gone through i tried to make appointments numerous times but been told no appointments available other than urgent appointments I felt so humiliated, heart broken and I was fully shaken up , Horrible horrible person I have ever seen in my life
