Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve ever been to! Really comprehensive dental examination. I felt listened to and well informed regarding current issues and treatment options. The waiting area and treatment room were spotlessly clean, and everything felt fresh. All the staff were welcoming and professional. For the first time in my life, I think I can now look forward to going to the Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Margarete was brilliant. So welcoming and friendly. Really focused on each individual tooth and also kept any spray under control. Felt like each tooth had had a proper clean. Spent the full 20 mins cleaning too, unlike others where you're lucky to get 10 mins.

I always used to dread going to the dentist at previous places in the past, until becoming a patient here. Kalpana the dentist is amazing. She really makes you feel at ease with her calmness and professionalism. She is so good at her job in every sense. Many thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called the clinic they have been great, I spoke to Benice over the phone to change my appointment time and she was so lovely and kind. She was great in person today too. Dr Oliver and his nurse were fantastic and made me feel at ease straight away and dealt with everything amazingly. Probably the nicest dentists I have ever attended!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to Yeadon Dental Centre this afternoon. I got a lovely welcome when I walked in, the dental nurse was very nice. The dentist was brilliant, he explained everything clearly. Very thorough check up. On the whole all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely calm atmosphere. As someone who gets quite nervous at the dentist I felt at ease.

Negative experience: Charged £95 for 15 minute hygienist appointment and another £65 for dental check up without x-rays. Used to be a lot more reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Recently had an excellent experience at the dental surgery. Reception staff are always great. Had my appointment with john for the first time, and I was really grateful for what a kind, professional and friendly experience i had. He put me at ease straight away, I didn't feel rushed, he talked through all he was doing in great detail which as a nervous patient I appreciated. He gave great advice on preventative measures, after needing a filling i felt genuinely well informed as to the reasons, how the procedure would go and an upfront and transparent approach to costs. Again during my treatment everything was done with a clear explanation, care and a gentle supportive approach putting me at ease. I wanted to acknowledge what a positive difference it made to my experience having someone who genuinely seems to care about their patients and puts the effort in to really explain everything and make you as comfortable as possible. So a real thanks to john, I wanted you to know your efforts don't go unnoticed.

Negative experience: Great staff and very experienced in what they do, but i cancelled my direct debit due to loosing my job and finance issue’s so i rang and told them i will no longer be paying the direct debit as i cannot afford it.. they did not tell me i have to pay or occur any charges and 4 months down the line they are whatsapp me demanding me for money within 28days.. i have rang them to explain everything lady on desk said the department will ring you back & its been 2 days now.. not good service at all….

Having finally plucked up the courage and explained my fear when booking the whole staff were nothing but lovely and understanding, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease throughout.

Today, I went in for some work and I was so amazed that one of the receptionists came to help settle my crying baby whilst the dentist was completing the work. They are all so accommodating and kind. Yes, you pay for the services but to go above and beyond is really lovely and humane.

Fantastic experience: Deep under gum clean today with dental hygienist Chantelle and trainee dental nurse Emily. Best experience I’ve ever had for this procedure. Chantelle took great care, explaining everything as well as making sure I was numbed properly with minimum jabs that I didn’t even feel. Emily was amazing and didn’t once suck my tongue or cheeks yet provided enough suction to not make me feel like I was drowning in my own spit. Highly recommend both ladies for their extremely diligent work. It’s not the best procedure but should hopefully stop my teeth falling out. If you’re a bit scared ask for this fantastic duo. Thank you both

Positive experience: Lovely practice , reception wonderful , dentist a lovely young man , my only issue with him was he didn’t tell my mum what he was doing all the time which due to her anxiety issues was hard for her . He tried several times to get the best impressions he could do as she doesn’t have issues with the new dentures . The dental nurse was also kind and considerate . Well done Yeadon

Having not been to a dentist for some time what impressed the most was the fact they didn’t say you need this/ you need that, just a couple of fillings and a clean and polish, very honest and not long waits for appointments, very happy I chose Yeadon Dental Centre.

I know he was difficult but even trying sitting the chair up etc and trying would have been better. My main concern is the cost of private teeth care. The prices are extremely expensive. I really do understand why people have bad teeth nowadays

Fantastic experience: Have been with the practice a year now and honestly receive the best care here. All the staff, reception, hygienists, assistants and dentists are lovely (I actually enjoy just chatting to the ladies on reception!). It's easy to get appointments both early and late in the day and in my opinion you get a more thorough check than with NHS of your overall mouth/throat health as well as teeth. They also don't rush you so there's time to talk through any concerns and get helpful advice. In terms of paying private it's not too bad as they have plans you can go on and it's absolutely worth it to look after your teeth.
