Fantastic experience: Just finished my aligner treatment with euro dental care, me and my family and friends are amazed at the difference to my teeth, smile and ultimately my confidence, i'm very grateful for Dr.A and his team for the hardwork and dedication to make my smile the way it is.

Negative experience: Bought Groupon "6 months smile" for £900. They took them off before teeth had finished alignment and said treatment would be finished in aligners, which wasn't mentioned at initial consultation or included in the signed agreement, just that retainers would cost £160. Final impressions were taken, then while booking next appointment at reception, they said I needed to pay an extra £300 for them. I refused to pay and they refused to let me leave, so I had to pretend I didn't have my wallet on me. Had to go through legal action just to get retainers months later, by which time my teeth had moved. They claimed they "lost" the contract, told lies and denied damaging my teeth. The dentist also tried out a new drill attachment to remove traces of glue, which left my teeth feeling rough with visible scratches/abrasions. Untrustworthy business practices. Also, all the reviews from people with just 1 review, the review being the dental practice? Obviously fake.

Ive has lots of rough dentists in the past who bashed me around when having a tooth out however here, he and the team are so gentle and understanding. 10/10 id give them 10 stars if it was possible!

Fantastic experience: Just had the braces took off my teeth and can’t believe the transformation dr aggarwal has made to my teeth. My bottom front teeth came out and my top upper teeth were back. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Euro dental care through NHS 111 as I required emergency Dental treatment. I have a massive fear of the dentist as I have had so many bad experiences in the past. Dr Argarwal and all the team at Euro dental were great and really made me feel relaxed they seemed to sense my anxiety and work to relieve it. Time and care was taken to make sure my mouth was numb with Dr Argarwal taking the time to check and recheck before proceeding with extraction. I didn't actually feel a thing the tooth was out before I had chance to realise. Dr Agrawal did mention to me that from the trays henhad taken I needed to have another tooth outband re assured me that if I have any problems call and he will get me in and that he did. Third extraction today and again nothing but positivity amazing service and care give. Dr Argarwal has an amazing technique for extractions. Im a convert and won't go to any other dentist. If you are frightened of the dentist this is the place for you. Priced are very reasonable also. Thank you Euro dental

I heard all about dr aggarwal and travelled along way to see him to talk about my teeth. He was a very good dentist and person and listen to me. I’m really nervous and he put me at ease. We then got to do the plan and now my teeth look so good and I am so happy. I travel far to see this dentist and so glad I do.

Negative experience: I’d give zero stars if I could’ve! Just saying, if you need emergency treatment, are in agony & have your hopes up because 111 have advised you to contact this place, I wouldn’t even bother calling them! Especially if you’re an NHS patient! Their customer service was impeccable until they knew I weren’t a private patient! They called me back & were concerned until then! You’ll get told to ring back as all appointments have gone, you’ll call them for days/weeks til they tell you, there’s definitely no appointments but, they’ll take your phone number just incase one becomes available! You’ll be waiting til the end of time! I don’t understand why these people are so scared of NHS patients, is it not all the same amounts of money they’d receive from private or NHS?!! It seems, many other NHS patients have had negative experiences with them! Money talks so have it ready, sit in pain or travel elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Came to see Dr Aggarwal and his team as I was really unhappy with my teeth. I lost confidence in my smile and was very conscious of my teeth for sometime. Dr Aggarwal discussed my teeth in great detail the options good and bad things and put me fully in the picture right the start. Fantastic experience: Really happy with the result for just few months of the treatment. I had a complex case where I was preferring the metal braces in the beginning. However Aggarwal advised and insisted that the Invisalign is right the option. I had number of gaps between my teeth and now are almost closed within 5 months of Invisalign procedure. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist, he was extremely good with our daughters ages 3 and 1, and explained everything in detail, making everyone feel comfortable and reassured with what he was doing. Going to the dentist is not something anyone really enjoys, but if you have to go, then he is the one to go to if you want an all round professional and personal experience as he truly wants to get to know you, which is rare in todays society as they normally want to get you in and out of the chair as swiftly as possible.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for many years now, due to health issues I haven’t been able to book an appointment in the past year or so. Well it was time to finally book an appointment, I called a few times and no one answered, although I did get a call way past closing time but I was ill in bed. I went in person to book the appointment as I live 1 minute away if that, to be told i’ve been removed as a patient! No warning, no email nothing! They said the waiting list for NHS is a year or two, which i’ve already waited to be a patient in the first place, but I can pay and see them today! It’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting, my husband is even a patient there for almost 10 years! I said I wanted to complain, was told the woman ‘who deals with that’ isn’t in at the moment, but she’ll call me. Well it’s been over a month and no one has contacted me. Horrible way to treat patients!

Fantastic experience: Dentist is very well priced and will try he's best to help people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. Treatments are fairly priced and the dentist tries to help those on a low income or those people unable to pay in full with flexible payment options. Although the dental practice doesn't always offer the most convenient appointment times and dates they are a busy practice with many patients both private and NHS. Overall DR.Agraval offers very flexible and well priced treatments with quick and efficient appointments and very rare cancellations . compared to most dental practices this is a very good option. Will definitely be referring many of my friends to DR agraval in the future.

Negative experience: Well .. not good this time. Booked an appointment as Private patient for a checkup and clean. Staff were friendly & excellent, however, the treatment for cleanup was really painful this time.. The dentist accidentally cut my lower lip without even noticing :( £68 for a private check up and clean up.. and a cut is quite a painful experience imo.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking. I went in to make an appointment. The receptionist looked at me before I had a chance to make an enquiry and told me, I’m sorry but we don’t accept nhs only private. How dare she? I am in a very senior management post in the very same nhs and can afford to pay for my treatment. I have a better private dentist now near to Worcester. I’d rather make the 30 min journey to a respectable practice.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I’ve been a part of! Dr Aggarwal and the reception staff are all so welcoming and friendly and have supported me in many ways.
