Fantastic experience: Dr Thusha is gods gift to the dental world. She is astounding in her patient care and understanding. She never rushes us. She always gives the best advice. Overall Dr Thusha is a god send. Thoroughly gifted in her profession but also is very humble and softly spoken putting anyone in her dental chair at ease. My mother and myself love Dr Thusha and the whole team, Claudia, Martha and the rest of them are exceptional. Just brilliant. I would always recommend My Dental Surgery to anyone, and for sure recommend Dr Thusha for there dental care. She is simply the best

Claudia is exceptionally helpful, and on two occasions when I needed urgent treatment, she was able to get me appointments. The dentists always take great care of me when I need work done on my teeth. I have recently started using the hygienist who was very professional like all of the staff, providing me with lots of information on how to look after my teeth. Five star service every visit.

Very professional and as I am a nervous patient they took the time and were very patient in addressing all my issues. You are greeted with a smile from when you enter till the end. Even as I went there with an emergency, they managed to find time to see me and sort out my very complex issues and l left the practice with a big smile on my face. Fantastic experience: I woke up on Monday with severe pain around my wisdom tooth. I called the surgery and they managed to squeeze me in as an urgent extra patient during my work lunch break so that i didn't have to miss work. The receptionist was really helpful and proactive and the dentist was excellent and friendly and answered all my questions. She resolved my problem and gave me good advice. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed on the 2nd of August. I was a little scared because of horror stories I had heard about wisdom tooth removal, but thanks to my dentist it was painless, all I felt was a little tuggging and no pain. The day after and I am still feeling no pain and I have only taken two painkillers as a precaution before I went to bed. Fully recommend Dr. Shah. Great manners and everything was explained before and after.

I have also recently undergone orthodontic treatment to straighten my teeth and the experience was extremely professional and nothing was hurried. I now see the hygienist every six months to assist in keeping my teeth clean and this works very well for me.

Fantastic experience: MyDental in North Harrow, Pinner Road have been my Dental Practice for over 25 years now. They very experienced and professional. My Dentist Dr Miraj Shah is extremely good. He always explains the procedure in detail and always remembers my dental history. The Reception Staff are also very friendly and professional, especially Claudia who is always helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extraction today by Dr. Miraj Shah, and I can't recommend him enough! I was incredibly anxious beforehand, worried about the pain and procedure itself. Thankfully, Claudia at the reception desk was fantastic. She patiently explained everything to me in detail, including what to expect and how long it would take. Dr. Shah was also amazing. He immediately picked up on my nervousness and took the time to clearly explain everything before we began. He's a true professional – he made sure I didn't feel anything before he started the procedure; and the entire extraction only took less than 10 minutes! If you're facing a tooth extraction, I highly recommend Dr. Shah. His expertise and bedside manner truly put me at ease.

My dentist informs me thoroughly about the treatment in advance and proceeds with consideration for the clinical needs and with my consent for every operation. I was pleased to see that my dentist proactively follows up with corrective treatment, if required, covered by the agreed cost of the treatment. Fantastic experience: Prior to visiting the My Dental Surgery, my teeth were really bad - lots of tooth infections and many teeth that needed to be extracted. I also had a lot of anxiety visiting dentists and never really visited any dentist for over 5 years. That all changed when I met Dr Miraj Shah. All I can say is that I'm really lucky to have been treated by Dr. Miraj Shah who has been outstanding at treating my teeth and providing me with dentures that now fit perfectly. For those who are lucky enough to be treated by him, you are in safe hands. His calmness, professionalism as well as him being a really genuine and nice person has gotten me through all the treatments - I don't think I would have gone through the treatments with any other dentist - he's that good. I would like to also mention that the dental assistants as well as the receptionists (especially Claudia) have been very kind to me too.

Fantastic experience: I registered with My Dental Surgery 9 months ago for my first Metal Dentures and was treated by Dr Miraj Shah. Before this, I visited 5 different dentists for my requirement but they all were advising on other expensive treatments rather than what were my needs. But Dr Shah understood my requirement & budget and guided me accordingly. During whole process Dr made sure procedure was carried out 100% to precision and when I picked up my dentures they fitted perfectly like made to measure hand gloves, plus it didn't effect my speech either. And finally, they have great support staff. 21/2/2024 Follow up dentures checks going quite well with excellent service as usual.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and thorough. It was easy to book an appointment online and all staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the dentist were very friendly and approachable. Dr Miraj Shah has a great approach, especially with children. It was my toddler’s first trip to the dentist and he was made to feel comfortable and relaxed which allowed for a smooth and effective check up. Highly recommend.
