It’s safe to say, he’s getting even better with each passing year. Not only is he the best when it comes to dentistry, but he makes the whole experience so chill and reduces any fears you may have. Fantastic experience: I can fully recommend this Dental Surgery. I chose to use their "Practice Plan" for 2 check ups and 2 hygienist visits annually. I found this to be an effective option for helping me to maintain better oral health. I am sure it has helped me to preserve own teeth in later life. I did have had some fairly major restorative work which has been excellent. The Dentists, Hygienists, nurses and front line staff at Old Park Dental Surgery all work to very high standards and they are pleasure to deal with.

During my initial consultation, I was presented with several options, all explained clearly and thoroughly. This allowed me to make an informed decision that ultimately saved me significant cost, time, and effort. The treatment itself spanned a couple of visits and was absolutely flawless—no issues before, during, or after. I’m genuinely delighted with the result. Despite travelling from Scotland for a total of three visits, I have zero regrets. I can’t recommend the team at Old Park Dental highly enough—from the friendly receptionists to the treatment coordinator, attentive dental nurse, and the exceptionally skilled dentist. It’s rare to find a team so committed to patient care at every step.

From the friendly always accommodating receptionists (emergency appointments never a problem) to the lovely sho and exceptionally talented harps. From being an exceptionally nervous patient to now trusting harps to having the just do whatever attitude. The work he has done on my teeth, restoring the perfect smile and my confidence is truly amazing. Oh and there personalities and the laughter is thrown in also. I would never go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Having had my Implant treatment in 2018 from another provider, I recently found that it had developed an issue. I sought out Harps and the problem was quickly and efficiently resolved with no pain, Harps promptly removed my Crown Implant and cleaned it up and tightened the Screw before replacing the freshly cleaned crown back on. I was very happy that my Implant had received a 'Service' due to the treatment required. I would highly recommend Harps for Implant treatment and more importantly any remedial Implant Treatment regardless of where you have had your Implant originally. The Clinic is located in Hitchin and I am more then pleased with my two hour round trip. Everyone I encountered at the Clinic was very friendly and professional and I enjoyed my chat with Shohaib (Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator) following my successful and pleasant appointment with Harps. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful, booking an appointment is so easy and filling in the forms ahead of time reduces time in the reception after the appointment. My dentist, Nav, is always so kind and great with my two young girls. She is really knowledgeable and gentle. I’ve been coming here since I was a baby and I would be so gutted if I had to find a different dentist as this place has always been so good! The hygiene cleans I’ve had have also been really good!! I personally found it to be really gentle but I appreciate that might be different for everyone! I actually look forward to a hygiene clean!!

Fantastic experience: Having selected the Old Park Dental Surgery as a potential provider of the implant surgery I required I have now been through the initial consultation and phase 1 of the implant surgery. I can confirm that my choice has been a very wise one indeed. Everyone I have encountered has provided flawless attention to detail coupled with treatment of the highest order. I was not looking forward to the major work required at phase 2 of the process but I needn't have worried. Every stage of the work carried out by Dr. Harps and his support team ranks as the best I have ever experienced. At the tender age of 77 I have previous experience of implant work and bridgework but my implant related experience at Old Park has been truly exceptional. Dr. Harps's team reflect his values right from the start with the Reception team always pleasant and efficient. Shohaib Saleem - Director of Customer Care who takes you through every part of the entire process is exceptional in terms of support, and then Dr. Harps himself, with his assistants, provides best in class work whilst doing everything they can to provide immaculate surgery and value.
