Fantastic experience: My 6-monthly visit for dental check and hygienist went as smoothly as I always experience, from a team who are very friendly and well coordinated, and as is often the case, pre-visit nerves are soon dispelled.

Great with the children and always fitted us in when we have needed to be seen. We have seen all staff and always had really positive experiences. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my regular check up with Clare, who was her usual, friendly, efficient self. This was followed by an appointment with the hygienist, Laura. This was my first session with her. She began it by introducing herself, and what she does. She then took time to talk me through the issues Clare had highlighted, what had caused them, how they can be fixed and why they should be fixed. This is the first time an hygienist has done this and I found it very informative and helpful. I’m actually looking forward to my next session with her. Again, this is a first.

I recently had 2 implants fitted to anchor my bottom plate and a new top plate. It has improved my confidence and I am happy to smile again for photo’s which I hadn’t done for years. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Clare for many years and I have no words for her care, her patience and her empathy towards me. I’ve been through it with my teeth the last couple of years but Clare has always looked after me and never made me feel scared or worried about a thing. I have so much respect for the way she handles everything and even with my anxiety she is careful to explain everything in a way that I can process what’s going on. She has so much time for every patient and nothing is ever a problem. A special mention to Rachael who is just the best dental nurse. She is always on hand to reassure and offer a hand to hold. Together her and Clare are literally the dental dream team.

Positive experience: No problems at all with staff or dental treatment. Surprised that the surgery could not provide a temporary parking permit as permits are now mandatory on the local road. At the time of my visit there was a very long lorry blocking access to the surgery carpark and to my daughter's drive next-door where I would normally park, and I had to find a space on the street. Perhaps this situation should be addressed.

Fantastic experience: Adam is the best dentist I have had by far. His gentle and professional approach is very soothing to the nerves and it is clear that patient comfort is top priority. I have even had my first root canal treatment recently and was pleasantly surprised at the pain free experience. Adam has saved a tooth that a previous dentist was going to extract! The clinic is well organised and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I'm a great believer that clean and tidy premises are an indication of the emphasis put upon both hygiene and efficiency of both personal and business premises. Park Street Dental is exemplary in that respect, both outside and inside the practice being spotlessly clean and apparently frequently decorated. I've been a patient of the practice for about three years and have always been very satisfied with the treatment offered and carried out. Plans for regularity and frequency, with matching payment plans, are explained at the start of the relationship. If anyone's considering changing their dentist, I suggest that they pop into the practice and have an investigatory chat. I consider that the relationship we have with our medical professionals is hugely important and it's vital that we feel comfortable with any change from the outset.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I have had really horrible experience's with dentists in the past. And I just want to say Claire is amazing, she's the best dentist iv ever had. I would recommend Claire to anyone who has dentist phobia. She gives me good information on how to clean my teeth properly and other information about my treatment etc etc , and I intend to stay with Claire for all my further dental treatment in the future. Negative experience: Profit over patient care. Adam doesn’t listen to any of your concerns as he just thinks he’s right. I even have emails to prove it. There are plenty of other dentists in Thame. Trust me, use another.

Negative experience: Rushed dental appointment -less than 5 mins including 2 x rays and left the subsequent hygienist appointment covered in spatters as so messy. Not great. Brief and impersonal.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of the dentist and have been for as long as I can remember. I use this clinic and have Claire as my dentist. She makes me feel calm and is always supportive, so much so that I have attended today and had some work done with out needing an injection which is unheard of.
