Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Neil at Grove Hill for must be 15 years. He is always efficient and effective, always explains what needs doing and gives you options but doesn't try to push you into anything. The nurses too are very good. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: hemel smile studios is a really good place if your looking for a check up or if you want to go for a clean or anything oral. The receptionist are very nice and kind they’ll let you know all you need to know before having your appointment and everything. On the 5th of July i got my braces fitted by Dr Shamir Shah and he is a very good orthodontist being at the practise for over 30 years and my recent check ups always ran smoothly and my braces came off in a year and a month which is incredible and i absolutely love my new smile it had made me so much more confident which is amazing the lady who also scans teeth is also very nice and helped me scanning my teeth before and after my braces so i really recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Highly professional experience, I arrive, wait a minute or two and then have my appointment. The team here are highly skilled. Dr Kapoor is knowledgeable, fun to chat to and takes the time to talk through options and possibilities. There has never been a push to sell me something I don’t want. I wish more services industries were like Hemel Smile Studios. Park in the adjacent car park for the retail shops, it is free and a short walk 1 minute to the practice.

Negative experience: very displeased with my experience with this dental site/service. i get treated as a atm for private services which on the website provide NHS fair prices for it dental services and also private but dentist mostly pushed their prices first even though i can provide proof to have free or nhs dental care. even though i bring this issue i certain looks and attitude behaviour from these so call professional. to conclude i won't bring business or attend anymore appointment to this practice whatsoever. I pay to have dental care and most importantly have decent service which comes in any hand to hand business.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kapoor and his team are amazing! I have had dentists before going to Neil and he is just fantastic. Whilst working he would also watch my shoulders/ hands and feet and as soon as he say me tense or stress, he would stop, check I'm ok to carry on. Fantastic experience: Have never looked after my teeth so well since going to smile studios. I am using denplan and feel its good value for money, have never needed to use the insurance and all the other emergency benefits. Neil and the team are excellent and make me feel at ease, it can be nerve wracking when you know you need work done, (injections and all that!!) Everything is explained in the highest detail and i never ever feel like im forced to do anything that may be recommended, be it simply cosmetic or otherwise. Really happy to visit for my 6 monthly checkups (which i never thought id say!!) Thank you to every one at the Grovehill studio!

Negative experience: Horrible dentist, unkind and rude he has given me a fear of dentists, I can't even get a filling now without getting sedated. I strongly discourage taking your children here as he will traumatise them for life!

Fantastic experience: Firstly I need to make anyone reading this that I am in no way related or connected to this dental practice I have now been with Neil the dentist at Grovehill for over 10 years in that time I have had a friendly and warm professional relationship with him . My treatments from check up to implants crowns and fillings . Each time my treatment has been provided with a kind understanding and amazing professionalism. Today I visited Neil as a private patient to have a old fashion grey filling taken out and replaced with a new white filling , resulting in the tooth not looking grey grey through the tooth so mainly cosmetic. My concerns of it cracking and then needing a crown were up wavered due to Neil’s skill as a professional dentist and all round fantastic guy . The finish was nothing less than amazing and even cheaper than first quoted . So if you are not sure or concerned about having some dental work done rest assured smile studios grovehill is truly a fantastic dentist offering all services with a professional touch you may not find elsewhere. Fantastic experience: After previously attending and not wanting to return, I had the most positive appointment. Dr Erona and Nurse Duying were both friendly and reassuring. Explained everything and made the appointment relaxed and dare I say enjoyable. So much so that I have changed to Dr Erona as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental check last Friday morning by my chosen dentist Mariam who was very pleasant, professional and caring , as always. Her nurse Anamana is equally praiseworthy. My compliments also to the warm, welcoming and ever smiling reception staff, in particular to John and Phoebe whose client liaison is comparable and not short of a five star hotel reception. Highly impressed and recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a crown and was in quite substantial pain, a call to the surgery put me in touch with a very nice and pleasant young lady who told me a dentist would call me back soon, a little later Mr Kapoor rang me and gave me great advice over the phone and an appointment for next day. I attended the surgery and was met outside by a lovely dental nurse who put me at ease and reassured me. 2 mins later after a Covid 19 procedure I met the lovely Dr Neil Kapoor. Neil sorted out my problem within minutes and I found him to be very friendly and chatty. His dental work was excellent and he was happy to discuss and explain further treatment I may need. I was ever so impressed by everyone I met at the surgery and in particular the dental nurse,( Im so sorry I forgot her name ) and Neil were excellent, so friendly and chatty, I felt like an old friend. He is friendly, clear with his explanations of the treatment options and most effective with local anaesthesia. I have been very pleased with the treatment I have received which has included fillings, extractions and referral to the Harpenden Smile Studios for two dental implants. The whole practice team are helpful and efficient.

He took an x-ray and explained to me why it can not be capped and has to be taken out. I had very bad experience in the past of having tooth taken out and was dreading the pain that was to follow. As I was preparing myself, to my surprise, Neil turned around and said all done. I was shocked as I did not even notice him taking the tooth out. I must emphasis, Neil is very friendly and extremely competent .
