Fantastic experience: Erika and her team are the best! I am someone who is incredibly nervous of the dentist… Erika has taken her time to get to know me, and work with me so that now I can go to the dentist, receive treatment with support and care. Erika is calm and patient. They tailor things to make the experience personal. They really are the best team and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great Invisalign journey at Elegance Dental. It mostly ran very smoothly and any issues they dealt with efficiently and fairly. I’m very bad at remembering to book in appointments when reaching the end of treatments so a prompt service may be helpful, but that’s just an extra to help with one of my flaws! Fantastic experience: I had my routine check up this morning with Erica. I will say I am a nervous patient and suspected that I would need a filling as I have an ongoing problem with a tooth. The problem with me and fillings is the noise of the drill (which I really dislike) Erica came up with a way of distracting me by playing " Living la vida loca" (other songs were available !) from her phone very close to my ear and very loudly too - it worked !! This is the sort of dental practice you need . Thank you Erica and the girls for being the practice ever - for your patience and expertise . I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Simon lam is a fabulous amazing dentist I went in aged 54 with the wonkiest teeth ever Simon and his team explained that I was suitable for braces and assured me there would be a great outcome and there was ft or the first time in decades I can smile with confidence due to my fantastic straight teeth the treatment was completed in less than 6 months each visit was painless and personal which made the experience worthwhile the aftercare has been of the highest standard and in conclusion the nurses tilly and Louise were super professionals and tilly on reception was always accomdatting with appointments for me Many thanks for all you have done for me

Fantastic experience: I hate visiting the dentist BUT Erika and Lucy have made my whole experience a pleasure. I originally found them through Facebook and although not local to me. The reviews and comments all looked good. I contacted them as my teeth have reverted back since I had them straightened 20+ years ago. The whole process was explained to me fully and I booked an appointment for invisalign to see what I would need to have done. I had a scan and consultation. The option I needed was the middle(moderate) and each stage was explained to me. At no point was I pressured to go ahead, Infact the opposite. I called back in to confirm I'd like to start my invisalign journey. My aligners arrived fast! Erica and Lucy then carefully prepped me for my aligners , again explaining each step as they did them. I have the app where we signed in and uploaded my first set of photos. My aligners were weekly changes so I needed to do this each week. Half way through at 6 weeks, I booked back in so Erika could check everything was well. I was then given my next set of 5 aligners (I needed 11 in total) I went back today after 11 weeks and had the final stages done. I've had my last scan today, and I'm now awaiting my retainers and whitening kit. Both Erika and Lucy have put me at ease throughout the whole process. Even when I thought I couldn't handle the aligners (the first week as it felt so alien to me) they kept me calm and gave me tips of how to push through that temporary feeling. Trust me, it is only temporary. I'm so glad I did it and that they were the ones doing my treatment. They have made my whole experience a positive one and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Most importantly, my teeth look beautifully straight just in time for my wedding in July. Well worth the travel and the money. Thank you Erika, Lucy and the team @ Elegance Dental.

Fantastic experience: Invisalign treatment from Dr Erika Schoeman was exceptional. Erika is meticulous - and I say with confidence, that not all Invisalign practitioners are the same! Her results, expertise and commitment to aftercare have exceeded my expectations. My treatment lasted a little over 12 months and I have travelled 50 miles each way to ensure I benefit from this high standard of care and skill. I am delighted with the result and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Elegance Dental enough! From the very first consultation to the end they have been brilliant! I have always been conscious about my teeth as they were crooked and chipped. I was always nervous about the thought of getting them sorted as i was embarrassed by them, i also never smiled in photos. They made me feel comfortable from the start and reassured me they can fix them! 7 months later my teeth are completely straight, white and chip free as i also had some bonding done. On top of the great work they do it’s also a great environment, they have something special going on in there, all the girls are super friendly and they come across like a little closely bonded family. So happy i chose them and i will always be using them going forward.

Negative experience: Had to change my review due to issues my dentist highlighted. I’ve been with the practice for the hygienist for nearly two years now. The staff are lovely and very helpful and accommodating but the hygienist service is poor. After paying £75 for a clean when I went to my regular dentist I was told there was calculus on some of my teeth. It’s not great when you’re told this after having a clean about 3 weeks ago. I’ve also never seen the same hygienist for the 4/5 appointments I’ve had with them. Unfortunately the clean is what’s the most important - so I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: I am naturally missing my laterals and 10 years ago had my canines veneered to make them look less pointy. I also had some composite on my centrals to close gaps I had. Over the past couple of years I felt like I needed a re-vamp and wanted my teeth to be more in proportion with each other. As a dental nurse myself, I was picky about what dentist to see to provide this treatment as I new it wouldn't be a simple case. I discussed treatment options with Dr Erika Schoeman and we decided that the best way to go would be to have a gingivectomy, teeth whitening and 6 veneers... and I am so pleased with the result! The laboratory used to make my veneers were amazing. They did a 3D model of what my teeth would look like with veneers so I could see what they would look like, before I went ahead with the treatment. The veneers look natural and the colour match and shape are exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with my teeth and feel so much more confident with my smile now. Thank you Erika and the team! If anyone is considering veneers I would definitely recommend Erika Schoeman and Elegence Dental.

Fantastic experience: When I went to see Erika at Elegance I was terrified of the dentist and had therefore not been for several years. Erika and her team immediately put me at ease and filled me with the confidence I needed to begin a lengthy program. This included braces to straighten my teeth along with multiple veneers and crowns to finally give me the smile that I had dreamed of. All of this was done with patience and professionalism and I can now visit the dentist without any of the fears I used to have. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Really fab Dentist! I had Invisalign with Erika and am really happy with the results. All the staff were very accommodating when I had to bring my baby along to appointments and never made me feel like it was a hassle. The follow-up after Invisalign is great too and they want to keep checking your retainers still fit well, so you don’t just get sent away on your own! Would definitely recommend having Invisalign done here and I will be going back for composite bonding at some point too.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign treatment by Erika. I'm so pleased with the results and my experience. The whole process was simple, comfortable and reassuring. Erika and her team made me feel at ease and were excellent at distracting my toddler who had to accompany me one or two times. I'm glad I chose Elegance Dental as do not believe I would have received the same quality of treatment anywhere else. Not just great teeth but just making the whole customer experience a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Erika and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, from the in depth and informative consultation all the way through to the end of my treatment. I did the Invisalign treatment plus composite bonding. I was amazed at how quickly it worked - far quicker than braces such as train tracks which I had many years ago! It's super easy to submit your weekly scans and if you do have any queries they are always happy to help and advise. I don't love visiting the dentist and certainly didn't enjoy going to my orthodontist back in the day but Erika and her team were always so friendly and reassuring, along with great senses of humour which completely put me at ease, not that anything was painful! I can't believe I waited so long to get my teeth fixed - it was truly worth every penny. I also loved the fact they are such perfectionists, they are honest and truly want you to have your perfect smile, they always gave 100%! My smile has been transformed and I really couldn't be happier. At the end of your treatment you are informed of all the aftercare which is essential along with the Viveras. Positive experience: Really grateful that Erika and the team were able to repair my front tooth after it broke in an accident. Their attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. I'm very pleased with what they've done for me! EDIT: The repair failed after a few months and the second repair was done by a different dentist who didn't do as good a job visually, but so far it's lasting longer. I would likely go to a different dentist if I had another problem.

As mentioned in previous post, you know when someone does a thorough and conscientious (with flare) job. Another 5 star experience resulting in not only whiter but a wonderfully sympathetic reshaping of two additional teeth.
