All administration was quickly updated and my first appointment made with reminders. My appointment was with Grace , a very professional, friendly dentist who explained all procedures of the appointment and carried out to an extremely high standard. First class service, 5 stars.

They are a wonderful group of dentists and staff, always friendly, courteous and professional. Have never had an issue with them and of course David himself is a gentleman. She explains everything in a professional manner and helps understand any treatment needed and always offers advice to help maintain healthy teeth and gums! Fantastic experience: Carleton dental practice in my opinion is the best dental practice in Portadown. They are always so pleasant both dentists & receptionists & if I ever need an emergency appointment time they go out of their way to fit me in asap!! Dr Sinead Dougan is a highly skilled dentist who makes you feel at ease from the moment you step into her surgery. I’ve been with a few of their dentists & they’re all equally as good as each other. I would without reservation recommend Carleton dental practice as one of the best there is about.

Fantastic experience: I have had multiple family appointments for my four children and husband with Dr Grace. She has been so kind with any treatments required, explaining everything so that my children understand and are comfortable with what is happening. More importantly she has shared so many tips with us all; my children are now so proactive in maintaining their dental health and take pride in having a healthy smile. More than this the reception staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, they have facilitated arranging appointments for our family of 6 on multiple occasions, which is incredible for such a busy practice.

This was my second check up appointment with Dr Adam and I found him to be knowledgeable and thorough. He put me at ease throughout my visit and kept me comfortable and informed. Fantastic experience: An excellent and highly recommended Dental Practice.All staff are excellent and great at their job.Had a tooth removed by Conor.He made me feel totally at ease.Explained exactly what was happening and why.Removed tooth with no complications.If anyone is considering on joining a Practice go for this one.David McKinney has an excellent Practice and is a real gentleman.If anyone is experiencing pain or tooth ache this practice deals with the problem straight away and won't leave you to have to suffer it for days.Reception staff also are always very pleasant and helpful.Naomi deals with problems in a fast and efficient manner.David has been my Dentist for a vast number of years as well as my wife and daughter.We hold him in high esteem and he always takes time for to have a conversation with you.If you don't join this practice you are missing out big time and unfortunately it will be your loss.I had further dental treatment carried out by the practice this year 2023 by Conor that required a tooth extraction and a bridge.Once again I was made to feel totally at ease during the process and the work carried out in a highly and professional manner.I attended the practice this morning Wednesday 14th August 2024 and was greeted in a friendly manner by reception.The dental assistant then brought me up the stairs for the appointment with Conor.Once again I felt totally at ease and Conor took the time also to have a chat which was nice.Everything was explained to me in simple terms that was easy to understand.I had to have a tooth out today 02 Apr 2025 with Conor so had two appointments.One in the morning and the other in the afternoon.Conor was extremely well skilled in removing it.He was kind and considerate asking throughout the process how I was keeping.To be honest he had the tooth removed before I even knew it so he is a credit to the practice and profession.Everything again about aftercare was explained in a simple and easy manner to understand.Both dental assistants also were kind and considerate.Grace and Bernie.This is a highly recommended practice.

I was running late for my appointment this morning because of traffic hold ups but the staff were very understanding and were able to fit me in even though I was quite late. Conor completed the appointment as efficiently as ever and was very courteous regarding my late arrival, he didn’t rush the appointment even though I must have disrupted his schedule for the day. The premises in Carleton Street are modern and clean and the dental surgeons are extremely professional.

I am just 75 yrs and have had several Dr's from Carleton Practice looking after me, over time, and found each and every one friendly understanding staff. More recently I have been treated by Dr Adam King and nothing is too much trouble to him and he listens to any concerns I may have. I am very happy with the service they provide.
