Fantastic experience: One of the best establishments i’ve ever stepped foot in. Thank you all, especially Anita and Hannah. I have always been a nervous wreck at the dentist and after visiting 3 in 1 week, only Richmond Dentist could solve the issue. From a warm welcome, a thorough check, identification and dealing with the problem, along with healing advice. My mouth and mental state has been restored.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisaline, composite bonding, permanent retainer fitting and whitening done. By Dr Gil, Eleanor Montalbano which was all organised by the lovely receptionist Laura. All procedures were done fantastically and my teeth have been taken from very crowded to a flat straight wide smile that I always dreamed. The Richmons Dentist were the only dentist that guaranteed to offer me this and before I paid a penny they had set up a whole PowerPoint presentation of exactly how my treatment will go and how it will look like. I was so happy I painted the practice a painting that they have put in their office. Since then they have helped me with hygiene visits, more whitening and even signed my passport photos for me. I can't thank them enough and I will be a lifelong patient of there. Do not hesitate to use them they have a great reputation for a reason.

Fantastic experience: In a world with 7-star hotels it's a shame I can only leave 5 for The Richmond Dentist. An emergency appointment (to heal a stupidly self-inflicted wound) was squeezed in at next-to-no-notice by the wonderful Anita for whom nothing could be too much trouble. Brilliant comms and brilliant service backed up by always-brilliant dental care.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I chose The Richmond Dentist as my new dental practice. Anita, in reception, is very efficient and very friendly. I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! Hannah is someone who I now trust completely with my teeth. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice for very nervous patients. From the moment I made contact due to an emergency the care and compassion I was shown was second to none . Lizzy on reception was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns prior to my arrival there. On arrival Lizzy helped calm me when I burst into tears with the nerves. She is so kind and is a credit to the team. Dr Hap Gill is amazing his calm, gentle, professional approach made me feel I was in good hands and I sure was . He spoke to me about my fears and gave me the best treatment I was calmer than I have ever been. Lorna the kind gentle dental nurse really looked after me chatting and reassuring me I felt so looked after by her I just felt so understood and cared for . She is very experienced and professional she just knows if you need to take a break. I came to this dentist as a stranger and felt like a friend when I left there. I have started my journey with the Richmond dentist team and if anyone reading this is as nervous as I am then please do not hesitate to make an appointment with this wonderful team.. you will be surprised at how kind they are and you will be so well cared for. Fantastic experience: I’ve always felt anxious about going to the dentist, but with Dr. Hannah Massey, that completely changed. From the start, she’s made me feel at ease, she explains everything step by step so I always know what’s happening and why. Fantastic experience: Super professional service. My dentist and hygienist take time to explain treatment and I feel perfectly comfortable in their care. The only thing I would suggest to potential patients that drive to the practice is that parking is tricky and it is wise to arrive early as you may need to park in nearby public parking.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist appointments have never been one of my favourite pastimes (unsurprisingly, I suppose) but Alice and her colleagues always ensure that my half hour in the chair is as comfortable and stress-free as is humanly possible! Definitely 5 star treatment and results - thoroughly recommended!

Fantastic experience: After many many years I finally found the most professional, experienced, compassionate dentist and cosmetic dentist; we had a comprehensive consultation and I have tricky dental background issues, despite all this after an amazing hygenist appointment with Laura, I started my Invisalign treatment. We have a long way to go, but I could not be more re-assured and relaxed with Hap Gill he has a magic touch. The supporting team are all outstanding in their knowledge, interest and care too. could not recommend more highly -

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend more! I saw this originally on TikTok so thought it might be one of those influencer vibes / celeb places but it was the most genuine nice place. All the staff working there are so sweet and my dentist Hannah was amazing. I had invisalign and Hannah was so caring and persistent through all the things I threw at her (like a 7 month travelling break from invisalign and my moaning about trekking to Richmond from Clapham). She was so kind and understanding throughout. It was reasonably priced as well and she also randomly gave me free treatments to make my teeth that much better like an Xray, gum reshaping and some small bonding on a cracked tooth. I am so grateful for her. My teeth look so much better now! She also remembered so many details of my life and really felt like she cared about me which is so nice. We hugged when I finally finished invisalign yesterday - I will miss her! Thanks Hannah and team :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently visit the clinic for a hygienist appointment and I’ll recommend it to everyone. I’m not the best with dentist but Dr Kim made me feel at ease at all times. Coming back next month!

Fantastic experience: Great work at the Richmond dentist from start to finish! Anita was great on the front desk, she made sure I was okay and ready for my appointment. I was then greeted by hap and Lorna who made me nice on comfortable before cracking on with their top work! They worked flawlessly to fix up my retainer and sort out the surrounding issues! I left with a smile on my face, having sorted one of those things you just leave to long! I couldn't recommend enough.

Recently, I had two implants placed on my upper jaw. The procedure was handled with incredible precision and attention to detail using a state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality materials. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at the Richmond dentist. From the greeting at the reception by Ely, being super polite and nice, to a fantastic experience with Kim for a Hygiene appointment. The treatment felt effective and I left with a feeling that my teeth and mouth were clean and fresh. Only downside is their patient form system that I had to fill it twice since they said they did not receive my online form. Other than that, absolutely lovely experience

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Alice for dental hygiene cleaning. I was always frightened of going to the dentist for cleaning before I started visiting Richmond Dentist as I have very sensitive teeth. I couldn't believe I had no sensitivity at all ..completely pain free cleaning from Alice. She uses state of the art technology and provides excellent professional advice and motivation that’s specific to my needs each time I go and thanks to her my oral health is the best it’s ever been . I feel very fortunate that Alice takes care of my oral hygiene and understand importance of it for overall health. Fantastic experience: I had an awful situation where I’d fainted and fractured a front veneered tooth - I looked a right sight! Hap and his team accommodated me at such short notice (and at a weekend). I don’t know how he did it, but in 30 minutes Hap had transformed a nightmare back to a smileable reality - he is so skilled, I was not expecting such a flawless looking interim repair. Fantastic experience: Ive had such a positive experience throughout the whole of my treatment plan at the Richmond Dentist. I initially went to see Laura for composite treatment after coming across her on tiktok, I had an uneven front tooth that made me feel self conscious when I smiled so I would often cover my mouth or not show my teeth in photos, after meeting with Laura she said we could absolutely go ahead and fix this but if I wanted longevity I should opt for Invisalign first, Laura then referred me to Sheideh to have a consultation for Invisalign treatment. I started the Invisalign July 2022 and completed the procedure June 2023, I've since had the composite on 3 teeth with Laura. The whole experience has been brilliant, the team at the dentist work so well together and Debbie always managed to sync my appointments with both Laura and Sheideh on the same day. Sheideh, Laura and the dental assistants always made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what was happening or what to expect. They were very honest about what they could achieve and they lived up to their word, I'm so happy with my results, I smile all the time now, the finished look is very natural which is exactly what I asked for, I just wish I had done it sooner. If you are looking for composite treatment or Invisalign or just regular dental treatment, I highly recommend the Richmond Dentist and the whole team. Thankyou for giving me my smile back :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly neighbourhood dentist practice DR.Hap Gill and his team of dentists and hygienists are some amazing professionals I've ever met till date. My entire family rely heavily on this team doe all our dental needs...whether it is a routine checkup or a oral hygiene visit or occasionally emergency issues where my kids get food lodged in between their teeth and I'd left unattended could cause grief. Team Richmond dentist have handled things very diligently and are very accommodating and patient with their patients. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs even if it's as trivial as whether you are using the right brush head or toothpaste.

Of course, firstly need to say how incredibly happy I am with my new smile after doing Invisalign with them, the process was easy and weirdly pretty fun, and personally I didn’t find it very painful or difficult. But for me, most importantly, I would recommend the people themselves. Hannah took the upmost care and I looked forward to each of my appointments just to see her and have a catch up. Fantastic experience: Before I got my teeth done, I was not happy with my smile, my jaw used to lock up and my teeth had a gap which meant I couldn’t bite things properly. I was a bit hesitant as I was not sure how good Invisalign’s are but after doing the treatment, I love my new smile, my jaw does not lock up and my bite is perfect. The work Dr Gill did was amazing and the service I got was great. The aftercare is world class and the quality of equipment used in the clinic surpasses other dentists I have visited. I came in to have Invisalign treatment with Dr Sheideh Zarbalian as well as an issue with a crown from a previous dentist. At every meeting, Sheideh clearly outlined the procedure she will be completeing as well as regular updates during the treatment settling my mind (I have to admit that during one session, it was so smooth I actually fell asleep!). My teeth look fu#king incredible. Can't stop looking in the mirror smiling to myself and, with the final whitening treatment being completed now, I know they are just going to keep getting better. Fantastic experience: I visited The Richmond Dentist after being unhappy with my teeth for years. After an initial zoom with Laura we decided on GBT and composite bonding. The GBT was life changing in itself, I even found the incredible clean tickled my front teeth, an experience I never thought I would have at a dentist! Next came the composite bonding which was an absolute dream. I was put at such ease by Laura and the dental nurse who had me laughing and grooving in the chair to a great playlist. My final smile has just blown my mind, I actually want to show off my smile which has increased my confidence so much! If you want personalised dental treatment, an incredible smile transformation and the most pleasant dental experience then you NEED to see Laura asap. Thank you so much again!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend The Richmond Dentist and particularly Laura enough! As a person who has been terrified of dentists for many years I cannot believe how incredible this experience was from start to finish. The initial appointment was very thorough and seamless, creating a 3D scan and discussing all possible options Laura made sure she listened to what I wanted. After the initial assessment Laura guided my expectations towards a more natural look, creating a more non-invasive treatment plan which put the health of my teeth, maintenance and a natural look above unrealistic/ unnatural aesthetics and money. I settled on teeth whitening which i achieved 11 shades whiter a huge confidence boost with no sensitivity! I also opted for composite bonding on 4 teeth to complete the look, covering a calcium deficiency spot and masking a crossover. I had imagined my composite journey would be uncomfortable due to all the sensory aspects of tools, lights and how long the appointment was (2 hours) however Laura explained every step, what she was doing and why which put me at ease throughout the appointment to which i almost fell asleep - a huge difference to any dentistry appointment i have ever had. once again I cannot recommend Laura or the Richmond Dentist team enough, I absolutely love my new smile and new found confidence <3

I immediately felt at ease with Dr Adam White. He was great at explaining what needed to be done and took it very slowly so I was able to go through the procedure. Fantastic experience: Laura is an absolute Tooth Wizard. She is so bubbly but is completely honest. From the start of my dental adventure, Laura was so thorough in checking my dental hygiene and providing me with practical advice. She also took the time to understand what my dental insecurities were and took me through each of the available options. We agreed on the Composite Bonding treatment and Enlighten Whitening treatment. She was upfront about the cost, I was given a breakdown and given payment options that suited me. Laura has loads of dental rocket scientist stuff but she was so good at explaining what she was doing and showing me super close photos so I could see what she was referring to when she provided me with advice. The treatment Laura was very meticulous and explained each step vividly (“Don’t mind me, I’m just going to fill your mouth with sand”). She made sure I was happy with the final results and I believe they were very successful (if I do say so myself!) Laura was extremely patient with me, my questions (literally blew up her DMs). I could not recommend her enough, so much so I’m even sending my partner to see her next month! Thank you Laura! Xxxx

Fantastic experience: I found the Richmond Dentist, and dental therapist Laura Bailey after seeing some of her amazing work via her instagram account. After completing orthodontic treatment a few years back, I still wasn't happy with the results. I'd already visited another practice about getting composite bonding for my uneven and gummy smile, but I wanted to get a second opinion. That's when I found Laura. We had a video consultation where I told her what I was looking for. Right from the start she was honest with me about what we could achieve, and very open about the process and how we would do it. Laura sent through a few different options for me, including the costs and timelines, which made me feel like I was in control. I went ahead with the full smile makeover and a date was set in the diary for us to work towards. Every time I came in to see Laura for an appointment, she was so patient, and friendly and answered all of my questions (no matter how silly). Laura and the team made the whole experience great. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! I had quite a lot of work done, including a near 4hr stint in the chair to get 10 composite veneers, but I was looked after the whole time. It's been a few months since our initial consultation, and here I am with a fab new smile that is changing my life every day. My confidence has grown, and the whole process has been worth every penny! The staff at this practice are amazing, but especially Laura. She doesn't have an easy job, but she's doing an amazing job at helping other people live their best lives! I said it once before, and I'll say it again: Laura, you are a blessing to people with bad genetics! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier! From start to finish Dr Gill was amazing, really taking time to get to know me, understand what my concerns were and how important the treatment was to me. I had a consultation elsewhere and they did not make the effort or take the time that Dr Gill did, it was worlds apart. Having the initial consultation on zoom was helpful too, limiting the time spent away from work for an appointment. I am over the moon with my new smile, after disliking my teeth for so long I didn’t think it was possible to actually ever love them! The reception team are all fabulous too and make arranging appointments so smooth. The practice itself is lovely too. Thank you all so much for everything!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gill is amazing. He makes you feel very relaxed in his care. He is perfectionist with Invisalign. A job is never too big or small. I was rejected by so many dentists because my teeth were so wonky! I didn't want any teeth removed. I can't tell you how pleased I am that I was. Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Dr Gill 3 years ago when I decided to invest in finally fixing the crooked teeth I'd lived with for 50 years. It has been a great experience ... Dr Gill is very nice, professional and a perfectionist, not finishing the process until he is completely happy with the 'end result'. Fantastic experience: I came to The Richmond Dentist on a recommendation from my boss who's teeth are immaculate & I travel an hour from Kingswood in Surrey just to see them! On my first visit I hadn't been to the dentist for almost 3 years as I had moved down from Scotland. I was so scared of seeing someone rubbish & I just didn't know where to go! I know it sounds silly, I am so particular about my teeth having spent thousands on braces & Invisalign over the years that I didn't even have them cleaned for nearly 3 years, but I think others will relate to that in a way, as fear is a strong motivating factor for not doing something that you actually really need to do! All of the team make me feel so so welcome & relaxed & I love going to see them. Yes I am one of those weirdos who loves going to the dentist! Haha! Fantastic experience: I recently have had the pleasure of having my teeth straightened and whitened using a Invisalign carried out by Jazz Gulati at the Richmond Dentist. The process was a breeze from start to finish. The reception staff Debbie and Elizabeth was very welcoming (as you can be slightly apprehensive when going to the dentist) you need not to worry when going to the Richmond dentist at all! I am over the moon with the final result! The team are absolutely lovely and a pleasure to see every appointment I had. Thank you guys again for making me feel more confident when smiling! 100% would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was super impressed with the Richmond Dentist, the service, team, professionalism, appointments and most importantly the RESULTS. I had a 2 week whitening treatment and composite bonding with Laura. My smile has been totally transformed. I’ve had to learn to smile again and friends say I look different/more confident but can’t put their finger on what it is! Laura and the team really look after you, explain all the procedures and Laura won’t stop until you have the best smile. I was recommended this place by a friend. Word of mouth is the best form of recommendation and I’m pleased I followed it through. Kicking myself I didn’t do this sooner!

Fantastic experience: I came to Richmond dentist through recommendation... Dr Gill and the whole team were amazing from Lizzie on the front desk through to the hygienist and other members of the team. I do not like the dentist and neglected going for a number of years. Dr Gill gave me a free consultation for Invisalign which led to me accepting to proceed with the treatment. This however meant me needing to have my wisdom tooth removed which had grown at a side angle, meaning it was a tricky procedure to remove, along with a filling to be put in on the very back tooth next to my Wisdom tooth, again a tricky procedure. Both of these were completed with no pain and they were very comforting throughout. After I had finally done this I was now ready for the fun part my Invisalign! It had been a big big (yes I repeated the word) insecurity of mine for many years, so much so I always made sure I got in photos on my left hand side so that no-one would see my tooth so far backwards (Even when out drinking I would still remember to do this!!). I then managed to complete my Invisalign very quickly as I was very strict with it from day one with Dr Gill's help. My Invisalign was completed even through the pandemic, which did delay us slightly at the end due to closures, however Dr Gill stayed very attentive to me along with others during this difficult time. I then managed to finish and with a little bonding around the edges and some whitening I had my end result. I couldn't be happier, I would highly recommend two things to anyone.... Firstly getting an Invisalign as its your teeth that you see every day and secondly using the Richmond Dentist, Dr Gill and the team for the process! They will always be my dentist moving forward and I no longer fear coming to the dentist. Anyway enough of my talking, I'll let the results in this picture do the talking!! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Richmond Dentist for approximately 7 years and I have always received a five star plus service. Dr. Hap is not just an amazing dentist, but also a very kind human being. Nothing is ever too much trouble. During the pandemic last year when visiting the dentist was not an option, he personally delivered antibiotics to my house( just in case I had an infection). I was in the process of having gum reconstruction at the time and unfortunately due to circumstances beyond his control, things haven’t worked out as planned and the whole process has to begin again with even more work. But Dr Hap is never phased and takes everything in his stride. I would personally like to say a big ‘thank you’ to Dr. Hap, Doville, Laura, Debbie, Izzy and Natalie( hope I haven’t left anyone out). You are all truly amazing. I really feel like one of the family and not just a number on a spreadsheet. So a big, big ‘thank you’ again. The best dental practice ever!!!!!
