Enanee Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: My daughter (8yrs old) has always been scared of dentists, many that we've tried in Southend or through the NHS, just don't have the skills to be able to talk to kids and make them feel safe. We heard about Enanee through a friend that took her own daughter there and she gave it high praise. When we arrive for our daughter's appointment, the staff were very welcoming and reassuring to our daughter, which made a really nice change as we could tell they were actually trying to make a rapport with her. They would answer all of her questions ( there were a lot of questions) , make jokes with her, and let her know that she was in a calm and safe environment. other dentists we've tried, my daughter wouldn't even let them see inside her mouth, but at Enanee, because they were patient, made an effort, spoke to my daughter directly, they actually managed to get her full treatment done. I can't stress enough how good these guys actually are. I would recommend them to everyone, 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: My dentist and her assistant are everything you could hope for. Friendly, Professional. Made me feel completely at my ease. They are so friendly and made me feel at ease with the procedure, explaining very clearly what was going on along the way.Dr. Eugenia is an amazing dentist. My daughter says Dr. Eugenia "is her friend". I appreciate that she speaks in plain terms since I’m not educated with medical terminology and that he discusses options. She respects my decision as a mother, but she also gives wonderful advice. She truly understands kids and gives them this feeling of care and importance like I’ve never witnessed before,she know how to give a chance to chose... I'm so thankful to see my daughter happy and smiling again. It was a pleasure to visit Enanee Dental Practice. Dr Eugenia and her angel Lulu are very friendly . Fantastic experience: I was originally very nervous to go to the dentist. However the staff here are amazingly nice. And explained everything with process, what they was doing. The booking process was simple, and I was able to book in a time and date all online. Which was straight forward . The previous medical history was simple to fill in aswell. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Enanne for ear cleaning, as this is no longer providedon the NHS. Using a microscope to inspect the ear for a more precise and accurate procedure, I was confident that my previous ear surgery would be considered with care, particularly as I have a large mastoid cavity. As the cleaning took place, I was reassured and informed about what was happening. I will be happy to go back next time.

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache and as I was going on holiday needed an emergency appointment. I was unable to get an appointment from my regular dentist, I was given an appointment with no fuss, I was met by a lovely friendly dentist and dental nurse. The dentist was extremely thorough and explained everything very extensively for me. I would definitely recommend.

This Dentist gave me an early appointment, After discussing all the options, the tooth was removed at my request, the pain eased over the next few hours, now less than 24hrs later I am pain free. Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient due to a dentist drilling my nerve in my younger days, but I can say, the minute I walked into the dentist, I was put at ease. Not once was the service rushed and no treatment was started until I was fully numb. Apart from a tugging feeling, my back tooth was removed without any pain and a call from the dentist later that evening was nice and not expected. I would 100% recommend this dentist practice!

Fantastic experience: I went to Enanee dental practice today hoping to have my back tooth removed. I am extremely anxious at going to dentists and would go as far to say quite fearful of dentists to the point I avoid going when possible! So please bare this in mind when I say I honestly cannot recommend this dentist enough. From start to finish I received excellent care, and was put at ease every step of the way. Everything was explained to me beforehand and during each stage, the price is very reasonable and it was double checked I understand the price beforehand, which I liked. I managed to have my tooth extracted with absolutely no pain and aftercare was explained to me in easy to understand language, I also got given a leaflet incase I needed to refer back. The place is spotlessly clean, the dentist herself was very calm and kept me talking and smiling to ease my nerves. The dentist practice was really calm and quiet so it is perfect for anyone who is anxious like myself or who maybe has other sensory needs etc. I also managed to get an appointment for the next day which was not charged as an emergency as it was in usual working hours which I thought was very reasonable. This is a very good dentist, fairly priced, very clean and also she’s very good at her job having gotten the tooth out despite it breaking. I will definitely return here and this is a massive thing considering my phobia of dentists. I don’t have a bad word to say about my experience today.

My check-up was through with feedback, afterwards and I book to have my teeth cleaned the following week. For my first visit I was impressed and I've only been here twice. Fantastic experience: Managed to fit me in at very short notice after suffering terrible pain. I knew they were awesome because they have treated my Wife a few times and made her feel so relaxed and she really fears the dentist. They repaired her tooth to as good as new, and whipped out my wilted wisdom tooth with no pain. All the ladies who work here are wonderful, I even got a follow up call later to check on how I was doing. Cannot recommend Enanee enough, if you need a dentist please give them a ring. Fantastic experience: Had issues with ear wax ongoing for a few months and had micro suction performed here at this clinic upon the recommendation of my GP. Performed by a qualified specialist. Painless and very quick. Will certainly use this clinic again for this particular procedure if needed. Not just a dental practice!

Needed extraction on Monday morning, called dentist, most had had no appointments until 2023 but Enanee Dental Practice managed to fit us in before lunch, within 1 hour the tooth was out. Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous to go and see the dentist but this experience was so much better than I imagined. Not only was Eugenia fantastic and took time to explain to me what was happening she also helped me through my anxiety in the chair. She went through a thorough examination and was not like most private dentists. She really wanted the best for me and my pocket, as well as her angel of an assistant lulu. The complimentary touch at the end made it for me too and assured me that I was a cared about as a patient. Will be returning and would highly recommend. Fantastic experience: I’ve not been to a dentist for 15 years, too scared! Having had a tooth crumble on me I phoned this dentist and was seen the following day for a consultation, then a day later in for extraction of the tooth. Usually I’d ask to be sedated but I felt I was able to put all my trust in no sedation and wow I can’t believe I done it, no pain, tooth out, care leaflet given. Absolutely fantastic service, will no longer be afraid of dentist and I didn’t realise that she’d removed it! My partner is now in there for dentures - amazing service would highly recommend and may even get my ears cleaned out next. Thank you so much for restoring my faith.

Fantastic experience: A Good Dentist! I had some trouble with a particular tooth some time ago. This was repaired by another dentist but only after three visits. When trouble started again I went to Enanee to see if they could help. They fixed it first time! Happy with the service and speed at which it was done. She also kept me involved with all that was going on throughout the procedure. As i said, A good Dentist!

Sometimes you can see they don't have to do this as its not in their job description but they do it to make you calm. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience and lovely staff! A family member recommended Enanee to me. I was desperate to see a dentist as I was suffering from severe toothache from an infected tooth for over 3 weeks. Enanee was very professional explained everything to me and was happy to extract the tooth for me. Considering the complexity of the extraction they did a fantastic job and I now have relief from the dreadful pain. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Its been a while since I have been to the Dentist as I was always scared, However the 2 very lovely ladys that took out my toothe without really any notice done a fantastic job and made me feel really comfortable. Also heard if you pay extra they punch your toothe out for you (A joke obviously) Thanks ladies and BLESS YOU!

Negative experience: Booked a quick and simple £80 extraction (and paid a £25 deposit), which is the price quoted on their website. As soon as I was seated I was told that the an x-ray was essential for an extra £60 - and that was despite the surgery having x-rays of my teeth from just a couple of months ago. The dentist (who was very difficult to understand due to their accent) rudely refused to even examine me without me agreeing to paying the extra. It's plainly a ripoff as I'm sure that the majority of patients just agree to pay whatever is demanded once they're in the chair. Needless to say, they refused to repay the £25 despite refusing to do anything. Just avoid as there's plenty of decent and fair private alternatives in the area that don't blackmail you.

Fantastic experience: I'm a Very scared patient. Managed to get seen the same day. The ladies are very nice. They took their time and really explained everything they were doing. They put me at ease. We discussed treatment options. I will definitely go back.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO! TERRIBLE SHOCKING EXPERIENCE Would give 0 stars if u could. Honestly couldn’t believe how unprofessional this dental practice was! Arrived with my boyfriend on time to his appointment door was locked and told to wait out side in the cold/rain to fill a form which I already couldn’t believe, I said it’s raining can we come in side the worker looked at us with disgust. Then he Sat in the chair and all throughout the lady who I believe was the manager spoke to us so unprofessionally making sarcastic jokes which made us more uncomfortable then we already was. asking us personal information that she did not need to know including our relationship status etc. She asked if my boyfriend wanted to check his gums he said yes do I have to pay for this (as everyone knows dentist is not cheap) and she said for you yes and bare in mind he is nervous and insecure about his teeth anyway! So was confused I replied with so he does have to pay for this she replied no so it was just a confusing unprofessional experience. And just thought it was shocking how she is joking with us when it’s such an important job. Mid treatment me and my boyfriend Actually left as we couldn’t believe the way she was talking to us and treating us honestly shocked she couldn’t explain to us what was going on and we was in the unknown and honestly think she didn’t know what she was doing. We asked for the £25 refund back as we was not happy at all. She replies with okay. To then change her mind and tell us NO NO NON REFUNDABLE. If your looking for a dentist this is NOT the place

Fantastic experience: Needed a dentist quickly when my tooth fell out. Got an appointment next day and within a week had a new nicely fitted new denture. Everyone there was great and made you feel relaxed. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Eugenia and Lulu are a fantastic team. I have had pain in one of my teeth for a while now but have been too scared to do anything about it. The time had come and after looking at the positive reviews I decided to call. Eugina made me feel very welcome on the phone and said I could come down within the hour. She took an xray and told me what was wrong and that the tooth had to be extracted because it was beyond repair. She gave me the courage to have it done then and there. She told me the prices before treatment so everything was transparent. She was able to extract what was left without breaking the tooth. A moments discomfort was all I had to endure and she also told me my other tooth was able to be saved! I felt very comfortable and lulu even held my hand through it! (thank you Lulu!) I have an appointment to go back in a few weeks for my filling!

Fantastic experience: Walked in and the girls put me at ease straight away. We joked and had a laugh which really helped ease my nerves. Spoke to me all the way through so I wasn’t in any pain. Very gentle and friendly would recommend Been back to the dentist as was in loads of pain. Was very friendly and nice over the phone had an appointment in 2 days as they was really busy. Fantastic experience: I previously had work done on my front tooth and I had a composite put on which had come off numerous times, I was getting work done from a different dentist which is NHS but I feel like it was always a rush job. This time I decided to come here and pay for private. My Gosh it was worth it, they booked me in within 2 hours of calling, they made me feel welcome, explained everything, matched the tooth colour perfectly and took their time to ensure the tooth looked as natural as possible. Negative experience: Biggest scam of my life. I paid almost £2000 for my aligners and my teeth have barely moved. Half of the trays were exactly the same, there was no pressure and movement at all!! It looks like scam to me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a dentist since my move to Southend, after a few attempts Where the answer was no new patients are accepted I’ve called Enanee and the lady was very helpful, my appointment was in less then a few days. Fantastic experience: I am one of those who hasnt been to see a dentist for about ... ooo ... 25 years (shameful). Having had no issues with my teeth (well, as far as I knew anyway) I had put off, and put off, visiting a dentist, if only for a check-up. That is, until a few weeks ago, when one of my teeth started to feel `strange' - no pain, just a bit `odd'. After dithering for an age, I finally decided to get my teeth checked. Unfortunately I did not know anyone who might know of a decent dentist in Southchurch so had to resort to an online search. After some Googling, I ended up plumping for this practice in Southchurch Rd (my decision was helped after reading the many positive reviews left for this Clinic which, I am pleased to report, matched my recent experience). Anyway, to cut a long story short, they saw me the same day I phoned, with the problem quickly diagnosed c/o the emergency appointment that was arranged. All the staff I saw were friendly, helpful and professional (Dr Eugenia has a lovely, bubbly manner that cant help but put you at ease) and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone who, like me, has been putting off (and putting off!) a visit to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am so scared of the dentist and having any work done, mainly the injections for numbing the needed area, but the service I recieved was amazing, the dentist was so careful that for the first time I didn't even feel the injections being done, they fitted me in quickly and made me feel at ease the whole time, would definitely recommend their services
