Fantastic experience: I came to thousand smiles through family and I had my braces treatment there. It’s been over a year and I cannot fault the service- the whole team is so lovely and friendly, always accommodating and happy to help. Dr Nader is one of the loveliest people, always with the best attitude and advising on next steps. He really knows what he’s doing and works with great attention to detail. I want to extend a huge thank you to the whole team for all their hard work and efforts! Really hope to be back for more treatments in the future.

My appointment was originally for a cleaning, but they kindly adjusted their schedule to accommodate an urgent problem they identified – a broken tooth which could have led to further infection. They took the time to thoroughly explain the possible complications and, to my surprise and gratitude, performed the necessary procedure that same day. Thank you for saving me from the treatment of an infection.

Negative experience: I want to rate 0 star If I can . I chose this clinic for my braces after read fantastic review on google . After my consultation appointment , they gave me a quote for my package. I paid almost £3000 . In beginning, they said I need braces for 17-18 months . Now just 12 months and I still have 6 months left , they told me from next appointment I need pay more . It looks like a scammer. avoid fees!!!!!

I went for my orthodontist appointment and it was so good. Dr Nader made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in such clear detail. It was also nice of him to talk to me in beginning just to make me feel comfortable:) The payment options they do is so much better than the ones i have seen at other companies it’s super flexible such as what payment options they offer. They weren’t demanding or anything like that. The receptionist were all so kind and helpful. Esha (apologies for the spelling) broke down the price which made it easier for me. Again she wasnt forceful or trying to recommend me to add more things. She was so gentle and kind. Even when contacting the dentist was easy especially if your a person who cannot take phonecalls they contact through whatsapp messages. 10/10 for their effort. They all deserve much more recognition especially the offers they do is really good. Cant wait to go back soon to get my braces :)
