Fantastic experience: I initially went out of necessity after many years of no dental care due to being extremely nervous. I needn't have worried. Colleen at reception always smiling and welcoming. Avinash and Adrienne being so patient, explaining everything clearly and always taking account of my fears and seeking to minimise and manage these. Dental nurses all equally as friendly and supportive. While my fears remain, the team got me through the treatment I needed and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I can not speak highly enough about this dental practice and its amazing staff. From the second you enter the practice you are greeted with warm friendly respectful staff. Coleen has guided me through my appointments and is always very accommodating. My dentist Avinash has restored my smile and advised me of the best treatments without pressuring me to make any immediate decisions. Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Colleen enough! My appointment was scheduled for the 20th Oct for a cavity filling but I was really suffering. I spoke to Colleen yesterday and she managed to work her magic and get me seen today. Fantastic experience: I've not seen a dental appointment in 20 years, have a real phobia, especially the hygienist due to past experiences , during my 2 visits I was extremely nervous but on both occasions the staff made me feel welcome , from the reception to the surgeons amazing customer service & support , I was extremely impressed with the way the hygienist delt with me , explained everything to me , gave me a breather when I needed it , showed understanding of my fear , they are an excellent team , although I still hate the dentist it's less of a traumatic experience for me to go back again.

Fantastic experience: I came to this practice in 2023 i've had a wiseon tooth removed and a filling and i lost a crown it was to loose so i had the rest of the tooth out and now have a false one on a plate i'm so greatfull i decided to choose this dentist as the gentleman i see is so kind and considerate the nurses are lovely and also the receptionist is so kind nothing is to much trouble I'm very happy to recommend this dentist to everyone you won't be disappointed they make me feel safe

This modern thinking practice is full of young enthusiastic staff. You are made welcome from the get go from the lovely receptionist to the front line staff. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this surgery for over 35 years. The staff are wonderful, they are kind, professional, informative and always trustworthy. Every member of staff takes their job seriously and takes care of their patients. The Dentists are of a high calibre and the support staff are equally as good.

Fantastic experience: I Had 2 teeth extracted today, I have previously had an extraction and I do have to admit, despite it being a procedure nobody ever wants, I didn’t feel a thing today, I got treated respectfully and the dentist checked at every stage if I was ok, I wouldn’t want to say it was a pleasurable experience but compared to previous I wasn’t too bad at all.

Fantastic experience: A simple Thank You,doesn't even touch the depth of gratitude i have,for my wonderful dentist , Mr Avinash Matmari,who has given me my smile back & then some. In 2023 i snapped a crown fixing,that sadly wasn't repairable,there was no tooth with a root next to it,only an old bridge that became very loose,very quickly. The only option was an implant to hold two teeth. I also had three crowns replaced. I have high anxiety,so i was stressing about the implant proceedure. Mr Matmari explaind everything thoroughly at each stage,he is knowledgeable,good thing as i asked lots of questions & he was very patient with me. The planning of the implant was meticulous & thorough,above & beyond what i expected. I am pleased as punch with the results. Mr.Matmari & his whole team are wonderful,very polite,helpful & friendly. You can always have a bit of a laugh with them. A lot of dentist can't wait to get you in & out,at Arc Dental Practice you never feel rushed. Thank you all so much xxx

Fantastic experience: Since the take over i can honestly say there has been a noticable 100% improvement on the care and quality from all the staff now at the surgery. I wasnt a fan of ever going to the dentist but I always felt fobbed off, rushed and lack of interest previously but now its actually lovely to know you are in better hands and the staff want to help and improve your dental care of your teeth. Rashmi is an excellent dentist and always gives me great guidance on how to look after my teeth and she always makes me feel calm while I am having my treatment. Reception staff are fantastic and friendly and I always receive reminders of upcoming appointments. The staff are great at putting my children at ease and explain everything to them about what's going on during their treatment. My son has additional needs and he has been treated with the upmost respect, I can't reccomend this dentist enough. Ive been to a few over the years and this one is bar far the best we have been to

Fantastic experience: Iv spent years scared of the dentist, and iv had some horrible ones that didn't help the matter! And I'm not going to lie.. These guys make you feel at ease! There patient and nice all at the same time.. which means your less stressed and the appointment goes quicker.. My praise goes to "the hygienist and my dentist "Mr wiggly toes" both do the surgery credit. And not forgetting the receptionist.. they are very nice too.. Overall they make a scary task pleasant an actually enjoyable ❤️ and I never thought id ever say that about the dentist..
