Positive experience: Unfortunately we had a few cancelled appointments but communication was polite and when we did get there I was impressed with the dentist, Dilawar Khan who was friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse was friendly and the receptionist very helpful. A positive experience for both myself and my children.

Fantastic experience: I usually have to wait a while before being called in by the dental assistant but that's fine. The waiting room is spacious, bright and comfortable. The Reception staff are polite, helpful and professional. I always receive the best care and advice from Kazi. He always puts you at your ease and is patient when discussing treatment options and listens to questions without rushing you out. I would highly recommend the practice.

Negative experience: Do not use! Never ever have I been treated so badly. We rang beforehand to tell them that we would be 6 minutes late due to long delays with roadworks and were told it was over their five minute rule for new appointments. We explained that we had travelled for an hour and a half as we are in the process of moving to the area and had driven from our old house. But they were adament that if we got there 1 minute later then the 5 minute rule would still apply and one of us wouldnt be seen. So we put our foot down and managed to get there 4 minutes late, only to be ignored by both receptionists, one of whom claimed she was busy and by the time they deemed to acknowledge us, we were then told we were 2 minutes over the limit and that only one of us would be seen. After explaining our situation to the female dentist, she showed absolutely no empathy or compassion at all for our situation and just shrugged her shoulders ! Quite frankly a complete waste of our time, these were consecutive appointments, surely one or two minutes could have been made up somewhere !

Negative experience: Not enough receptionists, tried calling to confirm time, couldn’t get through, was 7 minutes late to the appointment had to wait another 8 minutes for the one receptionist to get off the phone to be told I was almost 20 minutes late now in total and possibly wouldn’t make the appointment! So had to wait a further 30 minutes for my original appointment.

The dentist at this practice is very through, takes time to discuss x-rays and offers appropriate treatment and doesn't pressure you into private treatment. I am very impressed with them and would highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service from my dentist she made me feel very comfortable she's very patient which made me feel alot more at ease. Recipient girls are nice. Only problem I had was when I rang for an appointment I tried from 9.30 till 12 every time it asked if you would like to wait in the qué I was cut of I even left a message after 15 calls still didn't get through in the end I went up there explained about the phone and the girl apologised but said she was the only one on that day. Then I got an appointment on the following Monday . :)

Positive experience: On this occasion I only attended for my 6 monthly check up. There was onsite parking available, checking in was quick, and I was seen within 5 minutes. The check up was comprehensive, and fortunately revealed no nasty surprises. I was offered comprehensive advice on how to ensure future problems would not occur. All in all a very professional organisation, which I would thoroughly recommend.

Negative experience: The dentist was very good, however bad advice regarding free treatments has caused a fixed penalty of £100. The practice manager has said she would sort it out, but has been uncontactable since.
