Fantastic experience: I have had to undergo a CT scan of my lower jaw to see if my jaw bone was suitable for implants. The technology is amazing, the technology produced a 3D image and Prash showed me the placement of the implants, nerves and dentures. We discussed the options and costs and I choose the correct option that is right for me. Throughout the consultation process I felt reassured at every point, there is no pressure to make any decisions. All the practice staff are so polite and welcoming, you could not wish for a better level of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: We are new to this Dental Surgery and we are very pleased we made the change. Very pleasant premises, and the staff are professional but friendly. We felt we were in very safe hands and will continue to attend this dental practice. We have been coming to Beech Lane Dental Surgery for about 2 years now, and we haven't changed our opinion of the Practice at all. Everyone is very welcoming and Gurveer Grewal the Dentist that we see is an exceptionally clever technician, but kind and gentle as well, as are the Hygienist and the Assistant who assists Gurveer. So, a great team.

Positive experience: I had been using NHS dentist and had to use this private service now. I found the cost is veryx3 expensive but also recognised the e difference of quality. I don’t know other private dentists but this dentist is definitely good. I took a star out as a part of the treatment gave me a pain.

Fantastic experience: Excellent appointment

Negative experience: Unfair practice- they are charging 20 quid each for my kids to be reviewed by the dentist. Saying this is the policy they have if you have been away for sometime. This is outrageous even when someone is already going through a tough times. We left due to grandparents loss, this was so unfair.

Positive experience: I thought my two visits to the dental practice went well I liked the we will solve your problem attitude and the problem of broken screws in my bridge was repaired and the bridge is back to normal I would though like to say that I would not have minded an itemised bill but I thought the costs were reasonable.

Positive experience: Been with Beech Lane dental care for a few years and it's usually a bit of a split experience for me - overall atmosphere, friendliness of reception staff and my experience with dentists is very good. I have very sensitive teeth and gums so a hygienist visit for me is always uncomfortable and often painful. I do always mention how bad it is for me to the hygienist and also let them know during when it's very sore but usually I feel I am not taken serious and not enough care is taken - I accept that hygienists visits are uncomfortable but I should not go away every 6 months with mouth ulcers of where the utensils got pressed into my gums too hard. Trying out another hygienist and will be even more vocal about this next year so hopefully will get better.

Fantastic experience: Following a regular check-up, it was found that there was decay under an old crown. The tooth had already been root filled. The old crown was removed and the decay removed. Later a new crown was fitted. Every thing was done very quickly. It did cost.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dental team. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Gurveer is very kind and he explains all the procedures that he is doing and is thorough explaining all the after care. I have seen Emma for my dental hygiene and she is very professional and she helps you to feel relaxed. I am very impressed with this whole dental practice, it is walking distance from my home, but there are some parking spaces. I would highly recommend this practice to others.

Negative experience: Really lovely dentist would like to see him again, he was very good with my little boy. Although unfortunately the receptionist and nurse were both on their phones which came over very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I have jut had a full set of implants fitted by Prash and couldn't be happier, from the initial consultation right through to the end of the process I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff on reception were always excellent and in the surgery Prash and Heidi always gave me a level of customer care which should be the gold standard for all dental surgeries. Fantastic experience: I am over 70 years old and was born with many teeth missing, which has impacted my life in many ways, eating difficulties, never smiling in photos etc. On my youngest sons recommendation I made an appointment with Dr Gurveer Grewal, who was absolutely lovely. He was professional, friendly and totally put me at ease and assured me he could help. He fitted me with a combination of crowns and bridge work and I cannot believe the result. I can smile naturally for the first time in my long life. Thank you is not enough ! The whole practice is lovely, I was phoned by the receptionists the next day on 2 occasions after 2 long sessions in the chair to make sure that I was okay, brilliant. Fantastic experience: Since moving from Maidenhead to Reading in 2009, registered with Beech Lane Dental Surgery as the owner used to bring his vehicle to us and was happy with the service we provided. I was in desperate need of attention to my teeth as I had neglected them for years, but when they started to show signs of weakness and breaking off, I decided that I would go to Beech Lane as I didn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else!! I have had a lot of work done which has been expensive, but I’m responsible for not looking after my teeth!! The service and staff have been absolutely amazing over the years and I believe that the business is under new management, the service is excellent as before! The girls on the front desk are very professional and have always given a follow up call to see how things are after dental surgery!! In all honesty, I would never go anywhere else because of the service is great.. Robbie

I'd have liked to have received some sort of statement detailing the various payments made (dental implant), as the treatment was done in stages over a year, so difficult to keep an accurate track of the cost. I'm extremely happy with the end result and will definitely be returning for more treatment in the future.

Fantastic experience: Pav has been a brilliant dentist from the beginning, very welcoming, makes you feel comfortable and gives the best advice on the best type of treatment. My root canal fix was done professionally and also reshaping my retainers were done to the best standards. I’d recommend anyone to visit Pav for any general to complex treatments.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth cracked on monday. The pain was too much to bear by Thursday. Had a tooth extraction on Friday. Dr. Grewal was fantastic and extremely careful on the job he carried out. And explained the process very well. I could not be happier. Would recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Grewal for a checkup. I don’t routinely attend checkups due to a fear of the dentist but I could not have enjoyed this experience more. From the point of entering the receptionist was so pleasant and Dr Grewal ensured I was comfortable throughout. He was very good at explaining every step and managed my anxiety well. I would highly recommend beech lane and all the lovely staff. I will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic experience: Had a Zoom teeth whitening session with additional home use moulded trays recently. Very pleased with the results, the whole procedure over two visits (one for moulds for the teeth cleaning trays) was very straightforward and fully explained. I had an emergency wisdom tooth pain over the weekend and I contacted the clinic Monday morning & they did their best to get me seen ASAP. Fantastic experience: After a dental emergency, I visited Beech Lane practice for a second opinion on treatment needed. Pav was excellent and promptly organised for root canal treatment. My root canals were unusually deep however Pav was able to successfully treat me and the procedures all went smoothly. I have my new Crown fitted and happy with the result. Fantastic experience: The team at Beech Lane took real care over my treatment at every step of the way. I had fairly significant work undertaken - 2 x implants and bridge fitted by Prash and also a number of fillings replaced and a crown at the front by Pav - both were excellent. The dental nurses and reception staff have also been really good. The work has taken some time so have had a number of appointments, which has been during Covid and the practice were very careful to maintain safety during this time. Positive experience: my partner and i normally have joint appointments dentist and hygienist , one following the other, this time our appointment , normally early afternoon was changed to late afternoon. when we arrived , on time, i had to wait outside , Told we are not useing waiting room, when i finaly got in i Did state i was unhappy, when i finished with Dentist , I HAD TO WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM, for my partner to finish with Hygienist, i did again indicated to the hygienist i was abit unhappy, she passed some joke, which i did not appreciate.l When i finished i again had to wait in THE WAITING ROOM, while another patient came out and paid.I fially paid and made it CLEAR no late appointments , joint appointment , AND I DONT WANT TO WAIT OUTSIDE AGAIN , AS i mite not be so lucky with the weather. Other than the above it was quite pleasant

Fantastic experience: I have full upper implant dentures with bone grafting done at Beech Lane, treatment completed around early last December, luckily before Covid, and I am delighted to say that i have had no issues with them, even more relieved on my recent visit when Dr Prashant said that the implants were okay. We all dread going to the dentist and count me in. Once again the services provided this time surpassed my expectations when I had to visit surgery for swollen lower gums, I experienced all covid related safety measures (email before I went to surgery letting me know what to expect) and once I was there with my face mask, there were hand sanitizers and face shields ready in the entrance. Dr Prashant checked my gums and gave antibiotics dose. My gums are healing. I would encourage anybody with dental issues to definitely use Beech Lane Services. All staff are very friendly and professional in their jobs.
