I was extremely nervous before and during the surgery, but she did so much to comfort me and help me stay calm. Her kindness made a huge difference.

Negative experience: My experience at Dentexcel was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. During my visit, the dentist strongly recommended removing the post inside my porcelain crown but failed to provide a clear treatment plan or any foresight into potential outcomes. When I requested a temporary reattachment of the crown using adhesive, the dentist vaguely warned of "significant risks" without explaining what those risks entailed or offering alternatives. This lack of transparency left me feeling pressured and anxious, especially as the clinic insisted I make an immediate decision despite knowing I had limited time that day. The dentist’s approach was alarmingly dismissive. The procedure itself was performed with unnecessary roughness, causing physical discomfort and further stress. Additionally, when I inquired about the cost of a temporary Glass Ionomer restoration, I was quoted £195—double the average price in London for such a service. This exorbitant fee, combined with the substandard care, reflects a clear prioritization of profit over patient well-being. While Dentexcel markets itself as a leading clinic with "world-class care" 511, my experience starkly contrasts with these claims. The clinic’s failure to communicate effectively, provide compassionate treatment, or justify its pricing undermines its reputation. I strongly advise others to seek more transparent and patient-focused dental services elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I went for a 5-year package Invisalign. During the whole progress the receptionists and doctors are all very friendly and professional, especially I want to shout to dr Cohen and Maria. I am also happy with the final results after several treatment rounds and adjustment, recommend to anyone who wants Invisalign treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Cohen for a number of years now, for both of my Invisalign courses (and other staff in his practice(s) for several dental procedures). The first time I embarked on my Invisalign journey I gave up right at the end, as I was struggling with several personal issues and COVID on top of that. I just finished my second Invisalign course (again, kindly overseen by Dr Cohen and his team). Dr Kremouti fixed my broken front teeth with bonding, so I can finally smile again! Dr Bernaus fitted my wire retainer and took care of any fillings that were needed (among several other Invisalign-related procedures). Not only that, but I really believe that her calm and understanding demeanour and clear communication has helped ease my fear of dental work. The ladies at the reception (and occasional gentleman) have all been lovely throughout the years, and I’m ever so impressed about their conversational skills in a multitude of languages. While I’m hoping to keep my natural set of teeth for as long as possible, I can live with the peace of mind that should any dental issues arise in the future, I can always count on Dentexcel for any restorative procedures. I will definitely return despite the long journey and will keep recommending the practice to all friends and family. Positive experience: I went for the composite filler for one of my teeth today with a general dentist. She’s very nice, patient and professional. She took good care of me. But I was very satisfied with the nurse. This is the reason I could only give this experience 3 star. The nurse is a bit unprofessional. She often forgot to do the suction. There were several times that I felt I’m gonna get choked because of my own saliva. I was told not to close my mouth while doing the filling so I feel very insecure and uncomfortable at that time. When she’s doing the suction, there were some times she went very deep into my throat and I wanna puke . I truly wish you guys can hire some nurses with more experience.(btw I didn’t use this name to register as a patient in your clinic)

Fantastic experience: Recently, I saw a classmate undergoing orthodontic treatment, and the results were striking - their face slimmed noticeably after the correction! I was seriously tempted! Now seeing my own neatly aligned teeth finally resolves a longstanding worry. Dentexcel in London has Chinese customer service, you can consult on WeChat and then schedule a face-to-face appointment. If you call the reception, they're quick to answer. Everything is conveniently arranged, a boon for lazy folks. After the consultation, the doctor explains the dental condition in detail, and you can raise any questions or concerns. The doctor adjusts the treatment plan and provides feedback until you're satisfied. If you go according to the appointment time, there's hardly any wait. The staff are efficient and professional, making each follow-up visit a pleasant experience without any psychological pressure. I wore a total of 14 sets of aligners, and it was all done in less than half a year. I plan to get a few more retainers for backup.

Fantastic experience: After more than a year of correction, I finally got off the train last month. Today I will share my experience for the reference of young people in the UK. I had orthognathic surgery in China in 2020, and came to the UK to study in 2022. I learned about dentexcel through the Internet, so I switched here to continue correction. Their service can only be described as a home away from home experience. Dr. Cohen is a very, very patient white man. He is very comfortable to communicate with and I can feel that he really cares about my thoughts. And there was a Chinese consultant who helped me translate throughout the whole process, so I didn’t have to worry about language issues (this is really great!!!). The environment inside is relatively quiet and easy to relax. The location is also good, close to the train station (because I'm not from London), and the transportation is very convenient. Although the face-to-face consultation costs money, it will be deducted from the overall cost. When they have discounts, the price is not expensive in the UK (if you don’t care about the level of the Dr and just want it to be cheap, then just pretend I didn’t say it). The braces feel silky smooth when worn and come off as soon as they are taken off. I wear them all the time except eating, more than 22 hours a day. Maybe this is the reason why I achieved results in a short time. I was worried before that I wasn't self-disciplined enough, but it's actually quite easy once you get used to it. Everyone must communicate more, know what they want, and find a Dr who understands our Asian aesthetics. This is really important and will directly affect the overall beauty after correction. I wish everyone a happy holiday!

Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant experience during 2-year invasalign process at this clinic. I received 14 regular aligners and three refinements. The first refinement was included, and the cost for the other two was reasonable, at around 300 pounds each. The staff was friendly, and I'm happy with the results.

Negative experience: I booked a invisalign consultation for my son. We arrived on time, but after 1hour 15 minutes, we were still waiting to see Dentist, only some nurses took scan and photos during this long waiting. When I asked receptionist why took this long, she said it will be 2 hours jn total. I said no one mentions that when I made the appointment. They said every clinic is different, here is our rule. In Other dental clinic, you will see dentist on appointment time and get service from dentist for this Invisalign consultation, not from assistant. And all other clinics do free consultation for free, they charge 95GBP. I am okay with this charge, because I thought if the service is good. But I can’t pay overprice and get bad service, so I paid scan charge 65 GBP and left without seeing dentist. I think they advertised in Chinese media, so can get Chinese clients and don’t care about service. Obviously there are lots of diamond Invisalign dentists on invisalign website, you can easily find, and provide better service, if you can use English. Other dentist provide service by themselves, not assistant. I couldn’t image spend more than 4000GBP to communicate with assistant every time for whole treatment. I think dentist here get too many clients, not really care about clients. When I made this complaint, they didn’t apologise at all and insisted they didn’t say how long it takes either, so you should wait for it. And still charge me for the scan because I am not happy with their service, so I refused to see dentist. I offered to pay and leave.

Negative experience: Extremely not happy about my experience. I did my research and approached the clinic with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left me less than satisfied. Upon entering the clinic, I couldn't help but notice that the reception and many of the patients were predominantly of Asians, with Japanese and Chinese staff members. It gave me the impression that the clinic primarily catered to an Asian clientele. This raised me a question about their ability to attract local customers. My daughter had a complex orthodontic issue involving overcrowding and overbite. The treatment plan presented to us was to correct her issues without extracting any teeth. The plan involved pushing all the teeth forward (creating an overjet) and then attempting to move them backward altogether after the teeth all aligned. I had concerns about the feasibility of this approach, given my daughter's limited gum space. It seemed like this approach could undoubtly lead to an overjet, which could not be corrected simply because lack of available space in her gums. Additionally, the Invisalign simulation provided to us seemed too perfect to be realistic. In reality, a person's teeth and mouth may not respond as easily as the simulation suggested. What's more, the initial simulation even left gaps between the upper and lower teeth untreated, if I did not raise my concerns. Recognizing that I am not a professional, I cross checked the plan with a trusted orthodontist friend from 九院 in China. They shared the same doubts about the feasibility of the proposed plan and thought the plan was quite outdated. Subsequently, I explored two other orthodontic clinics in London and eventually chose on one in west London. The other orthodonist also believes Invisalign could not treat my daughters' teeth even she also provides Invisalign solutions herself. Furthermore, the cost of seeing an Invisalign simulation at Dentexel was extremely high at £95 consultation, £80 x-ray, £595 plan, while other clinics offered more reasonable pricing, often charging only an initial consultation fee. However, if you have a less complex teeth straightening case, they should be able to handle it without much difficulty.

Negative experience: I have spoken to one of your Chinese speaking male colleague with regard of a deposit for the whitening tray. I was given a bank detail so that I can do a bank transfer. When I called on the second time just to confirm the bank detail as he was given me the wrong bank details. As a member of staff, the person needs to give me the correct information. If he is not sure, he could have consult the Accounts Department for bank details. He sounded unprofessional that he was giving me a hint that I’m not willing to pay for the deposit. I was not pleased the way he talked to him. At this point, I will never visit your dental surgery. Best regards

Fantastic experience: 经历了2年多的隐适美矫正，上个月终于下车了。牙齿矫正终于结束啦！说实话，真的是非常棒的牙齿矫正体验！咨询的时候非常有耐心，方案中间也调整过几次，每次都会问我是否满意，然后给我建议。选择有经验的医生很重要，诊所的客服也很好，有中文客服，中英文沟通都没有障碍。我是隐适美重度矫正方案，矫正的问题是严重的虎牙上下咬合不上。矫正之前Dr Cohen一直耐心 地帮我制定矫正方案，并一遍一遍帮我修改，直到我完全满意。矫正过程中，Dr Cohen给我复诊，并时刻观察牙齿的移动情况，及时处理出现的问题。我回国一个多月的时间，后续的牙套完全戴不上，也会及时沟通临时决定方案，等回到伦敦第一时间帮我解决，后来医生又重新调整方案全部重新做的新牙套。我的个人经验一定要戴够22个小时，要不然牙齿的移动速度会和方案会有误差，导致牙套戴不上或不能很好吻合。整个矫正过程大概两年多的时间，后期因为怀孕各种身体不舒服就暂时停了，做了保持器维持现状，直到宝宝出生以后又继续矫正，现在就拥有了一口整齐的牙齿！但无论什么年纪矫正都建议戴保持器稳固牙齿位置。舒适度，我觉得真没有什么影响，配戴前几天说话有点发音不准，需要几天适应戴牙套说话。选择负责的医生和好诊所真的非常重要。刷牙需要很认真仔细，配戴时间，这个也很重要

Negative experience: Very confusing appointment system. Deposit and the bank accepted varies depends on if you book online or over the phone call. No reminder text no confirmation call so booking is easily forgotten then your deposit is gone. I wanted to give it 1 star but the receptionists are at least very polite.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign plan in March 2022 and have been through many sets of aligners to get my teeth aligned. I am happy with the results as I was able to correct the parts that I wanted corrected in a timely manner. Invisalign aligners are very easy to go through and cause minimal discomfort to your daily life. I would recommend going through them with the Dentexcel team as they have a streamlined process and a good team to support you through your journey.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two courses of treatment with Dentexcel for Invisalign. The entire treatment lasts for 28 weeks and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. My initial intention was to close the gap between my teeth, and it is well achieved. Plus, my teeth are in a much better shape than before.

I also had a tooth implant and Dr Cohen did a really good job with this procedure. He explained the process well so that I knew what to expect. Luckily I was able to have this under local anaesthetic which meant that I could go home the same day. There were no complications, it healed well. The dentists, dental nurses, and reception staff at Invisalign are also very responsive and kind.

Fantastic experience: 两年前准备矫正牙齿，就跟Dentexcel有了联系，也不知道客服是个男士还是女士，总之，通过他们，我对隐形矫正器有了认识，感觉比较适合自己，就决定做。但我在中国与英国之间走动比较多，不大方便，客服就告诉我，在英国做隐适美，如果回中国呢，只要带上牙套，可以找当地的隐适美医生，继续服务，因为有详细的操作步骤，很方便的。 可当时疫情正严重，我不敢去就诊，困了大概一年，回中国了。国内没有疫情，我就在中国开始了矫正疗程，戴了十七套，突然疫情爆发，诊所关门了，正巧英国有急事，我要赶回来，治疗被迫中止，直到三个月之后，国内才把我剩下的牙套寄过来。 我找到Dentexcel，他们给了我非常热情、非常及时的服务，说实话，价格还不高，这让我很感动。尤其那位医生，美丽而且专业，手法娴熟，态度体贴，我认为是最优秀医生的模版了。却有两个遗憾，一是我没有能记得下她的名字，感觉很不礼貌，我记英语名字不在行，二是她当时接过我的操作说明书，用了一个特别地道的单词，不是instruction，当时觉得那个词用得太好了，只是这几天抠破脑子也想不起来，我对自己的记忆力很无语的。

Negative experience: Careless service in a hygienist appointment. First the hygienist didn’t clean thoroughly then didn’t do polishing which is included in the appointment. I have to wait additional time and consulted her 2 times to get her job done properly. The service is not honest and not satisfying. I won’t recommend it at all.

Completed my Invisalign Lite treatment in 10 months here, while other orthos I had consultations with kept pushing me to do the Comprehensive treatment in some attempt at moneygrabbing. Dr Keith Cohen is really professional, honest and knows his stuff, and took his time to listen to what I was looking to achieve out of the treatment. I would not hesitate to return here for anything further and would highly recommend for you to visit Had a few hiccups at the beginning e.g. multiple emails being ignored and treatment being delayed from payments that they thought hadn’t been processed, however reception staff were apologetic and rectified issues quickly (e.g. getting my trays delivered through express delivery) once properly flagged

Negative experience: The treatment itself was fine but it was an absolute pain to talk to the customer service. I addressed my requirements for the treatment on both email and on WeChat. In the email and on WeChat they no acknowledged my requirement but then they just ignored it and they totally pretended that they didn’t receive it. And I pointed out how they didn’t address my needs they even tried to blame it on me for not communicating it clearly. Feels like whatever communication they have is really messy. If only they adopt the attitude to acquire new customers when it comes to dealing with existing customers.

Positive experience: No pre-notice about PPE charge. Unfair for the patient to bear the cost. Different attitude when you are still considering the treatment.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic to examine a tooth that probably needs root canal treatment a while ago. The experience with Dr Natalia Kremouti turned out to be very negative. As I am quite also knowledgable about dentistry and asked for reasons and explanation, she became impatient and even passive to normal answering. She failed to give me any convincing evidence but only repeated her conclusion. Dr Cohen tried to manipulated my mind that Dr Kremouti was an expert and you shall trust us and pay us to do so blabla. Have they learned that any patient deserves complete and well explained information about treatment options? As one of the most dental clinics in London, this experience is definitely disappointing!! I feel hugely disrespected. Fantastic experience: I have a really good experience here. The dentists are very professional and staff are very nice. It has nurses here who can also translate terminology in case that you do not understand. Overall a really pleasent experience here.
