Fantastic experience: I had two fillings done by Richard, and it was a great experience. I was initially a little nervous as I hadn't had a filling in years, but there was nothing to be worried about. Richard did a brilliant job and I didn't feel a thing!

Fantastic experience: From my first contact on a monday morning thebwhole process was made to feel comfortable and reassuring. Add to that a last minute 'fit me in' on Tuesday for further emergency treatment and all I can say is what a superb service. Reassuring throughout with friendly communication and putting me at ease, a great thing for those who dont like the dentist, I can say they cater well for the patient. Many thanks for the great relief from my abcess, a much needed relief. Friendly and profesional support by all; from Jane hosting recption to Rashi doing the dental work, along with all of the support staff, it was a breeze to attend. I would highly recomend them.

Fantastic experience: I avoided the dentist for over two years after breaking a tooth because I was genuinely terrified, but Rashi and her team have completely turned that around. When I was younger I had a lot of painful and unnecessary treatment that left me with a really deep fear of dentists, but they’ve completely changed that for me. Rashi talks you through every step, always checks you’re comfortable, and never rushes a thing. The receptionists are brilliant as well, always welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely make you feel looked after. They’ve helped me not only fix my teeth, but also get over my fear of dentists and my gag reflex, which I never thought would happen. Everything is done at my pace, and I actually feel happy walking through the door now. Can’t recommend them enough. If you’re nervous about dentists or just want a team that really cares, this is the place to go.

Excellent advice on electric toothbrush, flossing techniques and looking after my oral health — already noticing improvements in my teeth and gums after just two weeks. The team is incredibly friendly and never rushed. Had a filling done with zero issues. Every staff member, from reception to the dental nurse, is lovely. As someone who struggles with switching dentists (or even barbers!), they made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The folk at Insley Dental are a great bunch. The ladies on reception were both friendly & efficient when I visited yesterday. Rashi, ably assisted by the lovely Lea, was really kind, efficient, cheerful & professional with my check up, ex rays and clean. Some great advice also. How they put up with the world's biggest 77 year old baby I will never know. They did tell a few porkies about my bravery which at the time was appreciated. New ownership I know but more of the same from a clients' view. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: It was a while since I had an appointment with the dentist. The dentist I usually see has retired, I had my appointment on 20/02/25 with a dentist I’ve not met before. The ‘new’ dentist was delightful. I felt relaxed and happy while they carried out their work. The dentist was friendly, very attentive, empathetic, very thorough and efficient. I am looking forward to returning for my next appointment!!

Fantastic experience: I would not want to go anywhere else. Today was a major tooth extraction. The fought for over an hour carefully extracting bit by bit as it was in a mess. My fault entirely. What got me was they where genuinely caring took their time and reassured me at every stage. Mind you I was nearly off the back of the chair being such a wuss. This is my second visit for second extraction and going forward now I have found a dentist who cares so much I shall be going for regular check us cleaning etc. a great team everyone. I managed to get an emergency appointment in well under 24 hours, and it didn't break the bank. Very fair pricing. The practice itself was very clean, hygienic, and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and the approach was just amazing. I got the help I needed as well as treatment, seen on time, very smooth process. I'd definitely come here again and reccomend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist. Simply perfect, thank you. Edit - I came to the practice again with a dental emergency and got seen so quickly! My tooth was secured and I got charged incredibly fairly considering the urgency and immediate action that needed to be taken. Negative experience: Astoundingly disorganised and unprofessional. Ended up going somewhere else. I registered as a new patient on a Tuesday and made an appointment for the Thursday of the next week, and paid in advance. They waited until Friday lunchtime to let me know by voicemail that my appointment was not actually available as the dentist had a wedding to attend (despite them sending a reminder email the previous day) and asked me to call them to reschedule - note that they didn't offer an alternative appointment, making it my problem to rearrange. I immediately called them back and found that they were already closed for the weekend, meaning it would be at least Monday before I could actually ask for an appointment. On the Monday I called several times with no answer and started looking for other practices. Finally at nearly 6:30 they called back and I asked to speak to the practice manager but was told the manager didn't work Mondays and I would need to call back tomorrow. The next day they were, again, not answering the phone so I went in person to the practice and asked for my money back as it had been a week since I had first tried to make an appointment and they had not only wasted a week of my time but also made it my problem to chase them.

Fantastic experience: I skipped a beat recently when I thought both Noreen and Richard were leaving but thankfully Richard isn’t. They are both extremely patient and make you feel relaxed whilst having treatment. I do a 250 mile return journey for my appointments which says it all. I have to use a prop and pillow for treatment and both are extremely patient with me letting me close my mouth as often as I need. Thank you for all your care and attention
