Fantastic experience: Attended this practice on the 22/10/2025. Was my first visit for a check up and advice regarding my dental problems. The reception area was clean, nice and bright. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasant with a reassuring manner which put me at ease. Was seen by the Dentist Dr Gavind Malhi Who was also very pleasant and welcoming putting me at ease, he took the time to explain and discuss all options of treatment available to me, I particularly liked his holistic approach in his assessment and taking the time to listen to my concerns , advised not only on my dental problems but my whole health and mental well being. I was pleased with the plan and best option for me I can not praise the whole team enough for their kindness and care which put me at ease and calmed my nerves . Having had two traumatic experiences prior to visiting IDEAL I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through each step of what they were doing, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout. (The first time he replaced one of my big amalgam fillings with a white one, the filling (which was practically a rebuild of the whole tooth) looked so realistic I didn't stop admiring it for 3 days!) Fantastic experience: My first time as a new patient at Ideal Dental - The receptionist Maisie was so friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment i walked through the door. I had an hours appointment with Gavind the dentist. He was so caring and very professional. Xrays and photographs were taken of my teeth and then shown to me on a large tv screen. Gavind explained everything to me in great detail and gave me a dental plan of action. Gavind was happy to answer any of my questions and nothing was to much trouble.A great experience. Top class service.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experence ever! Caring, friendly professional staff. I am very nervous of going to the dentist but I was put at ease from the start. Everything was fully explained and the appointment was taken slowly. Photos were taken of my teeth and x-rays, all of which were shown to me on a screen with a full explanation of any problems. Lots of helpful advice and plenty of time to ask questions. I do need a lot of work but taking it slowly, I will reach my end goal.

The Dental Nurses are lovely too, his Dental Nurse is called Jackie & she is fabulous! I am never nervous about having any dental procedures done , as I can trust them. All the staff are friendly, Sarah who is usually sat on Reception is a very bubbly cheerful girl & helpful.... I can highly recommend this Dental Practice!

After 2 'experienced' dentists overlooked a problem with one of my teeth, and, were unable to provide an appointment for a minimum of two months, despite my pain, coming to Ideal at Cleveleys I got an appointment in a matter of days and was treated appropriately. I feel like I'm in accomplished hands and my teeth have never felt so good.

Everything about my current dental health was explained clearly and concisely. Options were discussed for possible dental work but at no time did I feel pressured into having work carried out. Based on this initial excellent experience I elected to join the practice as a client paying a £18.50pm subscription. Recommend.
