New Church Road Dental Practice, Denplan Practice

Positive experience: I used this 264 new church road dental . Had very difficult with the dentist , one of the dentist, who damage my teeth and they asked me that I should make anther appointment has they had no enough equipment for the damage teeth , that they created for me ! The earliest appointment they given me was after 28 days !!! the two main dentist who are in charge of the surgery , are on there studies they are only working twice a month they run this business to make money !!! this give me an idea !!! why the these dentist asked for money and doing the job on NHS service as I and others had experience of this I asked these people to give me a voice message of their experience with the 264 new church road dentist they did and asked me to put it in feedback???!!! One person paid over £450 and still have not happy with the dentist treatment having problem with the teeth !!! Like this five others!!! They asked me £900 as they used my treatment under the NHS before as well as this time on my name , why ??? I did not give them the money I asked the same treatment from another dentist in Brighton they said , I DO NOT NEED TO PAY IF THEY CAN YOU MY NAME UNDER NHS !!! One question why the 264 new church road asked me money for ??? BE CARFUL WITH THE 264 NEW CHURCH ROAD DENTIST ??? !!! What a good try ? !!! Now you trying to say that you don’t know me !!! Hahaha Why you make a refer to London college hospital for me ? And you damaged my teeth and I saw suffering over 6 months and you prescribed twice antibiotics ? If you want I can show in here the proof of appointments , pictures , and our conversations that you asked me NOT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO ANY WEBSITE SOLICITOR YOU SAID WE PAY YOUR BILL TO FIXING THE PROBLEM ?!!! You do not know me now ? Or you just want to not remember ??? In 2025 this surgery been changed the service and new people are managing the surgery and they are getting much better . Now I can trust this company and I can make an appointment . And also I referred to the other people.

Fantastic experience: i visited New church Road dental practice for a filling replacement and was impressed with the level of professionalism . The denistist explained the procedure step- by- step, ensuring i was comfortable throughout . The clinic maintains high hygiene standards, and the staff were efficient and courteous. The entire process was smooth and i am very satisfied with the result.

Fantastic experience: I registered with New Church Road Dental back in May time and the process was quick and easy! Due to a previous visit to a different dentist back in 2013 where I had a botched filling that ultimately went bad, I was extremely nervous especially as I knew I needed some bits doing. I was quickly given an appointment with Wadia who put me at ease straight away. He was extremely thorough but gentle in his examinations and X-Rays and put together a treatment plan for me (which was not involved as I first thought!). I've now completed all five fillings (one of which was very deep) and no longer feel worried/nervous when I need to visit. Wadia and his team explained everything, answered many questions without hesitation and was extremely careful during the procedures. I felt no pain at all during any of the procedures and was blown away with it all. From an extremely nervous person to a calm person and that's all thanks to Wadia. I've got my confidence back with eating and no longer have any pain. Words cannot show how much I recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: I came here first time for some emergency treatment 2 years ago. Ramin was incredibly kind and helpful then, so much so that he is now my regular dentist.

Positive experience: The dentists and staff are great, my issue is our appointments are cancelled half the time and we are sent a message to call the dental practice to rebook, however when you call it is very hard to get through without calling a number of times in the space of an hour or more.

I once feared fhe dentist, but not anymore after several years with this outstanding dental practice Outstanding.....as a new patient who has always been extremely nervous of visiting the dentist I was made to feel extremely welcome from the reception team from day 1, reassured by the level of expertise from the dentist's and ecstatic at the treatment I received. Extremely grateful to have found this practice. Updated The practice continues to be model of friendliness and proffesionalism.The reception team are absolutely delightful with great communication and I feel are always doing the best they can for me. Had a dental appointment with Monica who I found extremely thorough, caring and professional. Thanks to the whole team at this dental practice the last few years today was the very first time that I had no fear going to the dentist. A really big thank you to the entire team.

The office was clean and modern, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Monica Gilada was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She was gentle, precise and very professional. I especially appreciated her attention to detail and her ability to make the Dental appointment feel like a VIP experience. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and provides top-notch care, I highly recommend Dr Monica!! I’m so glad I found them, and I won’t be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was originally looking for an nhs dentist but couldn't find one. However, I'm now more than happy to be paying for private because this is the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr Gonzalez is so considerate and reassuring and every appointment has been pain free and easy. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

Negative experience: They try to priority private patients and they offer NHS patients cancelled or late appointments. They called me that someone cancelled appointment if you’re coming I said yes and next appointment day they called me that this appointment is not available today because they offer to private. Last time I was in bad pain when I called them they said we don’t have available appointment in this month you need to wait 41 days. Then I said I am paying private after 5 minutes they called me we have appointment come in 1 hour or tomorrow and they took out my teeth and charge £140 something

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, and after not being able to find an NHS dentist when needing some work done I signed up here. I am very glad I did, it may cost more, but it is worth every penny. I was seen by Dr Gillan, and I have to say she's fantastic. Very kind, reassuring, up front and very professional. Definitely will be using this dentist from now on, it is definitely worth the extra cost for private care.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and welcoming from theoment you enter the reception. I had Dentist Sara-Jane Salman who was polite, thoughtful, thorough and understanding. I had an examination and extraction. Everything was quick and painless. I highly recommend this practice for nervous people as Sara walked me through the entire process.

Fantastic experience: Saw Grace, the hygienist, today for the first time. Oh man, this woman loves her job! I’m a very nervous patient and she made me feel so much at ease. It took me 45 minutes to get there from Brighton but I don’t mind at all. She’s the best hygienist I’ve ever been too! Also the receptionist with the curly red hair is lovely and very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I joined New Church in Dec 2021 after not seeing a dentist for a few years due to a horrible experience at a previous practice. Ata is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He listens to my concerns and answers my questions, providing me with lots of information to help calm my worries and anxieties. He genuinely cares for his patients and goes the extra mile for them. I feel very lucky and definitely rest assured when I sit back into his chair.

I had a check up a few weeks ago and I felt really comfortable for someone whose terrified of going to the dentist. Today I went back for a hygienist appointment to have my teeth cleaned by Grace and Brenda. I would highly recommended both of them to anyone. I was a bit of a nervous wreck and may have cried before my appointment even started but they guided me through it step by step and kept me reassured. I couldn’t thank them enough, they were so lovely and did a great job on my teeth and recommended which after care instructions to follow. I’m a very happy patient!
