Positive experience: The dental practioners are courteous and great at what they do. However the initial experience was ruined by the reception/admin staff who asked us to reschedule for being 6 minutes late despite there was no one waiting. I found this to be unreasonable. However the practice did accomodate us but only after I made them aware of my dissatisfaction. I appreciate they eventually accomodated us and the staff was helpful from thereon.

Fantastic experience: An Exceptional Experience I booked an emergency appointment due to a sudden toothache and wanted to prevent it from escalating. From the moment I arrived, I genuinely didn’t feel like a new patient — Meera Karia and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They immediately put me at ease, explained the issue with my tooth clearly, and handled the extraction with such care and efficiency. The procedure was quick, completely painless, and I felt truly looked after throughout. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended!

It is always appreciated when professionals give back to the community in this way even when they are busy in this instance by allowing the student to carry out Work Experience at their practice. The student commented that during her time there the staff was exceptionally professional at all times not just to the student but to the clients who were very grateful for the excellent level of service they had received. Furthermore, it goes without saying that I will be writing to the British Dental Association to recommend Hayes Dental Clinic to be commended for their valuable work and for making one particular student reach her goals and aspirations. The surgeon extracted two wisdom teeth extremely quickly and painlessly. Aftercare instructions were clear and we were encouraged to contact the clinic even out of hours if needed, should any complications arise. The atmosphere in the clinic is very positive and warm, prices are reasonable, highly recommend.

Negative experience: I visited this private clinic with a large cavity and paid £50 for a photo at the clinic, then was referred to the hospital for further action. However, at the hospital, no action or photos were taken. The lack of follow-up and clear guidance has left me frustrated and still in pain. My experience with this clinic has been disappointing, and I feel my money was wasted. To clarify further, my appointment was a year ago in June 2023. After paying £50 for a photo at the clinic, I was referred to the hospital. The hospital informed me they haven't taken photos for a long time, indicating a lack of communication from the clinic. I left frustrated and in pain, deciding not to return to the clinic as I felt my time was wasted and nothing was accomplished. After the hospital visit, I had to come back home and take 12 to 15 painkillers as nobody wanted to help me. Due to this experience, I took time off work, wasting my time and money with no resolution. I will not be visiting this clinic again. Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify several points. My appointment was indeed a year ago, in June 2023. X-rays were taken at your clinic after I paid £50, and I was then referred to the hospital. The hospital informed me that they don't have photos for a long time, which indicates a lack of communication between your clinic and the hospital. I received no follow-up communication or guidance from your clinic after my appointment. This left me in pain and frustration, ultimately deciding not to return to the clinic. The quoted fee of £440 was supposed to cover all costs to remove or correct my tooth, but it was unaffordable. I appreciate your sympathy, but the lack of communication between your clinic and the hospital resulted in no action being taken at the hospital. Your clinic should have addressed this issue to ensure patients receive proper care. Due to this experience, I had to take time off work, wasted my time and money, and had no resolution to my dental issue. I will not be visiting your clinic again.

Sapna is a very good dentist and many times has taken me and my family out of the worst pain!! Hygiene appointments with Sanjeet are the most painless and thorough as you can get !!! Fantastic experience: I’ve just had two appointments with Meera for a root canal and I can honestly say she is the best dentist I’ve ever visited. She is great at calming your anxiety by explaining exactly what she will be doing during the appointment and took great care to ensure I wasn’t in any pain. She really is a lovely person and completely removed all my fear of having a root canal. I actually quite enjoy my trips to the dentist now, which is a first for me! The receptionist is also very pleasant and having online access for form filling makes it a breeze.

Fantastic experience: I had some composite bonding done by Mohamed Anfas and am extremely pleased with the result. I'd had it done elsewhere previously so it was a bit of a repair job, and it went really well. It didn't take long at all, yet it was a thorough job and looks brilliant.

Negative experience: Terrible experience,i have an infection in my wisdom tooth i paid £42 in nov 2023 only to get to know i need gum surgry till than m waiting for refferal cal from surgeon.

I was treated by Meera, who was calm, kind and knowledgeable. She acknowledged my fears, carried out my treatment at my pace and explained everything along the way. Fantastic experience: Went to see the oral hygienist to get the teeth clean. She was excellent, attentive, showed empathise and reassuring. The process to book online was simple, receptionist was friendly which always helps. Stress free booking process, the hygienist got on with the task and made me feel like I had a brand new set of teeth! Positive experience: I had to have an old crown replaced feeling a bit nervous but the lovely lady dentist was very calm and patient and with her dental nurse help relax me and have done a great job and feel more confident when I have to return to have my new permanent crown fitted.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the surgery to see the dental hygienist. I try to floss regularly and have all the brushes to get into the varying gaps between my teeth. Regrettably, I am not that consciousness or adept at using the brushes so plaque inevitably builds up. The difference that a professional clean can produce is quite remarkable and I shall be making regular visits to the hygeinist to keep my teeth clean and healthy.

Negative experience: I hadn't attended Hayes dental clinic for some years due to Covid and my father being seriously ill with Lung cancer. I phoned to be told I was no longer a registered patient and they held no records for me? They then told me they weren't accepting "new" NHS patients? I had paid quite a sum of money prior to Covid in advance of any treatment of which they claimed to have no record of? Thank you for not keeping in touch with me and not telling me you were taking me off your books, very bad approach to your patients
