Fantastic experience: Hygienist was so lovely yet so professional. Had to bring my 3 year old along to my appointment and she was so understanding and accommodating- even giving her a sticker for being patient. Fantastic experience: I can't thank Mr.Akhavan enough for my upper dentures . Fantastic job ,I'm absolutely over the moon with the results. My new top dentures colour match my own lower teeth perfectly . They look just like my old teeth did (before I lost them!! : ) Because of Mr.Akhavans genuine and friendly nature , I felt relaxed and confident that the end result would be great . Dr. Ohsun is an outstanding orthodontist – a true perfectionist who always takes the time to listen and make sure everything is just right. His dedication and attention to detail make me feel completely confident in my treatment. Marika, his nurse, is incredibly kind and helpful, always making me feel at ease and well cared for. The reception team, Izzy and Neemah, are absolutely lovely – they greet everyone with a big smile and are always so helpful and accommodating. It’s honestly a pleasure to come here, not only because of the excellent care but also because of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by the whole team. You can tell they all do their very best for their patients, and it truly shows.

Fantastic experience: I had a real phobia about dentists, mainly down to bad past experiences. I plucked up the courage to book an appointment at Smile Bromley because my husband had been going there many years to see Roozbeh Akhavan. I am so glad I did! I have had some quite intrusive gum and teeth treatments with Roozbeh, which I believe has saved my gums and in turn my teeth. Each visit I feel more comfortable and confident to the point that I totally trust this dentist now. To say I was a nervous patient is an understatement. I would shake beforehand and would be in tears in his chair. My husband would come in and sit alongside to keep a check on me. I can honestly 100% recommend Roozbeh from my and my husbands personal experiences.

All work I’ve had done has always been to a really good standard and I’ve never had any problems since i’ve been with this practice which has been around 10 years or so.

Fantastic experience: Easy to get an appointment. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide a reminder message, which is always useful. Clean, modern and well equipped surgeries. Dentists and dental nursing staff are very professional. I do not know how their prices compare with other dental practices, but I have been going there years and am very happy.

Negative experience: I was an attendee for a few years, I found the service of the dentist and hygienist good, they were both nice professional people. However, I ended up having to leave to due to constant moving of my appointments- I booked the next appointment whilst attending each time and every single appointment was moved at a later date due to the dentist’s ‘holiday’. This was just not acceptable to me, I have to take time off work so would specifically book the first appointment in the day and the alternative appointments were always 2pm/3pm who CG were extremely difficult to attend. I don’t believe it was holiday each time unless I am extraordinarily unlucky, I think on low appointment days they would try cluster them later rather than spread. If that were the case I’d rather hem just be honest as it was very frustrating. They also promised to send me a check to refund the £50 deposit for the hygienist which I have never received. Now I am at a great practise who have never moved any of my appointments so far. Update 2 weeks later I received a cheque for £35, with no explanation/ letter alongside it as to why it was not the £50 they kept as a ‘deposit’. Can someone explain to me why all my money kept on account was not returned back to me? Due to this I am reducing my rating even further, if there is a reason to keep £15 a letter of some form would be appropriate.

She was still polite and proffessional.when i came in for my appointment where we was able to clear up any misunderstanding . I have been using this.dentist for a number of years and never had a problem would recommend them as i am a terrible patient and terrified of the dentist and they still take care of me.thankyou

Fantastic experience: I used to walk past this practice daily and was curious to know about their reviews which was a Five*. Thought it cannot be right? My NHS dentist recommended me an oral hygienist appointment and after having a look at their price list I thought it was reasonable as a private practice! Today I had an appointment with Hayley, the hygienist and she was exceptional, gave me a thorough clean and explained me everything in detail in each stage and some potential issues as well? Looking forward to have a second appoint in a few months time. The reception and the team has always been very friendly and I now agree with their 5* reviews. This practice is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a wonderful experience at the Smile Dental Practice. I was very nervous on arrival, but my Dentist was patient and reassuring. He talked me through every step of the required surgery procedures in a calm relaxed manner. The surgery felt painlessly unhurried with momentary breaks to settle the Patient. Dr Orang "Oscar" Dadashian and his gentle assistant Izzie were excellent and I look forward to my next visit.
