Fantastic experience: Jainam Tolia, wow what an amazing dentist you are ! This was the first time having dental treatment at The Wonder Of Wellness Clinic and I was nervous to say the least. Jai is kind, caring and compassionate and put me at ease instantly. Jai is a perfectionist with his work, such that the anaesthetic was painless, the process wasn't rushed and the tooth feels wonderful ... I couldn't tell that it has been filled at all which is a first. Without doubt the best dentistry I have ever experienced and this is echoed by every other family member who I have recommended. I look forward to having the remaining fillings carried out next week. I'm extremely grateful, thanks Jai.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an extraction at this clinic. Abdul and his assistant were amazing, I can honestly say I felt no pain at all and was given great advice and care throughout the procedure and afterwards. Well done everyone, great staff, fantastic support.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend dentist Maria and her dental assistant for holistic care especially for children. They both had a lovely way of talking to the kids and understanding what they needed. Maria gave such interesting insight into my eldests mouth issues. My youngest had an acclimatisation session which was amazing and all nervous kids should have, they played and talked through the tools in an age appropriate way and we left feeling super positive. Thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: I had an amalgam filling removed last week with Dr Abdul. I can’t rate him highly enough. I have mast cell activation syndrome and chemical sensitivity so was a bit nervous about the process but he was fab. The procedure was almost painless and I had zero issues from start to finish. 100% would recommend. He had a super bedside manner, was extremely thorough and assessed my whole mouth, making a treatment plan to also address my narrow airway. He gave me honest fair advice and didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need. I will continue to travel from France for my dental work with Abdul in future. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend unfortunately. I had high hopes for this place after doing research to help my son. My husband took a day off work and drove over an hour to go to the clinic. My son was seen and my husband was told we would receive follow up information and exercises but a month later and multiple emails and we have received nothing. They basically took our money and time and that was it. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service which is a shame because I really had high hopes.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr Seb enough he is the nicest person you could ever meet, he is knowledgable, methodical and caring. He helped my 6 year old through a filling. I travelled from London through recommendation. He was amazing at helping a very nervous child. I will definitely be back for further treatment that my son needs. I believe he has helped him overcome the fear of the dentist. All of the ladies who work there are so nice and patient and spent extra time with us being the last patient of the day and did not seem inconvenienced at all. So happy with today's outcome. My now 7 year old had a check up this week with Dr Seb and he exceeded our expectations again. This dentist is the best there is would highly recommend My son, now 10 just had an appt with Seb. He had 2 fillings and Seb was great with him. He did a thorough examination and explained ways in which to maximise the development of his teeth etc. I'm always very happy and at peace when my son is in Seb's hands, he truly cares and is so patient despite going over the 1 hour appointment that was booked in. My son is no longer a nervous patient thanks to Seb and long may he continue to be my son's dentist

Fantastic experience: I initially came to the WWC for mercury removal after suffering from a neuro muscular condition for four years. I had 9 mercury fillings removed. They used a smart protocol and kept me and themselves safe the whole time. My neurological symptoms lessened day by day since the removal and I'm now off all meditation. My neurologist said mercury was certainly a cause of my symptoms. I've since followed this procedure with Damen braces to widen the roof of my mouth to stop sleep apnea and to straighten my teeth. The results are amazing. No more sleep apnea and a beautiful smile. Dr Seb and the team are wonderful. The WWC isnt like your usual dentist, it's beyond what you could imagine. Calming and serene decor, filtered water ,beautiful plants, a library of books to read whilst your waiting,I particularly liked the one about how damaging mercury is. You won't see that at your local Bupa.Theres a retail area with herbs, vitamins and fluiride free toothpaste too. What I found so refreshing was the 'informed consent' something my previous NHS dentist failed miserably at. Everything was explained fully and easy to understand, I never felt something was going to happen that I wasn't in control of. That puts you at ease immediately. I'd like to give a huge shout out to the reception staff who work their socks off everyday trying to squeeze people into their dairies, Laura who literally held my hand throughout my mercury removal, a true angel, and Dr Seb for believing in my journey, seeing my future vision and delivering the best dentistry I've ever had. See you at my check up! P.S 4 other dentists said my teeth were a complicated case to straighten and would require surgery/teeth out/ four years in braces/ and one wouldn't even consider it. Dr Seb straightened my teeth in 14 months. No teeth out, no surgery. They also said it would be more risk to my health to remove my mercury. It definitely would the way they do it! Fantastic experience: The care and attention I received at WOW during the consultation period far exceeded that of the other clinics and this high standard of attention to detail and concern for my healing and well-being continued throughout my treatment. I have now recommended other members of my family to attend Seb’s practice, as I trust that they genuinely have our best interests at heart. Fantastic experience: I've had several treatments (fillings some to replace amalgam ones, an inlay and an implant plus hygiene treatments) at Wonder of Wellness, from 4 dentists including Dr Seb, and all have been exceptional. It is the best dental clinic I have ever attended. I have never felt so confident in my dentists as I do in the dentists at Wonder of Wellness. The implant surgery has gone well, perfectly positioned and quickly healed. I am happy all the metal is now gone and glad I was able to have the zirconia implant rather than the titanium one. The whole treatment began with a thorough review of my oral health and I learnt so much from the appointment. In my opinion, Wonder of Wellness offer the gold standard in dentistry and there are none better. The calmness of the clinic is noticeable upon entering, and there is always a warm welcome from the Reception staff. Fantastic experience: I have had my ceramic implants placed by Dr Seb and his team in Dec 2024. I have chosen Dr Seb’s clinic because of his ethos and caring nature to his patients. It was absolutely the best dental experience I’ve had! I really felt cared for which made the surgery easier. There was no pain and I healed well within the next few weeks. Fantastic experience: Dentistry at Wonder of Wellness has been life changing for myself. Due to anti-epileptics given as a child my teeth were quite weak and I received some harsh dentistry via the NHS in my early life. Not only did this destroy my teeth leaving me with some huge unnecessary mercury fillings, where my teeth had been ground more than they ever needed, I was left with the most stressful phobia of the dentist. If I had tooth pain or any issues, I would sit through this pain rather than attend the dentist as the fear of even sitting in a dentist was more significant than any dental pain I felt. The treatment I had received had truly traumatised me. Before Wonder of Wellness, I had not stepped foot in a dentist for over 9 years. My partner had been receiving treatment with Dr Seb and assured me that biological dentistry was worlds away from previous treatment I had received. He encouraged me to even just go to an appointment of his to experience the clinic. I reluctantly agreed fully expecting to walk in and walk straight back out. This never happened! From the moment I walked through those doorseverything was different. The awful dentistry smell was replaced by relaxing aromas of natural diffusers and I was met by the most incredible and welcoming staff. They could recognise my anxiety and went above and beyond to calm me and change my perception of dentistry. I quickly started receiving treatment from Dr Seb who has always gone above and beyond to support me in undoing the damage that had been caused to my teeth by previous NHS dentist. Whilst there was significant damage, he took his time and was patient with me. Dr Seb let me lead all appointments at my own pace and made me feel more at ease with each appointment. There was never any rush and he took regular breaks to ensure my comfort. His knowledge is second to none and this is reassuring as a patient in the chair. Dr Seb is always undergoing further training to support patients like myself, pioneering dentistry that heals not only the mouth but the entire body. If you had told me several years ago I would be able to sit through an implant surgery, I would’ve laughed you away and never believed it to be true. Through building the most trusting and professional relationship with DrSeb, this has been possible. My surgery has been a huge success and the entire process was like nothing I’d experienced before. At every moment I felt safe and well cared for with the knowledge that Dr Seb was experienced and the most knowledgeable about this. Without Dr Seb this would never have been possible. I would simply never have allowed any other dentist to even attempt this procedure. The feeling of reassurance from the understanding that Dr Seb is so experienced and knowledgeable is inexplicable. The hygiene levels were incredible and I was aware of this from start to finish. Every member of staff in the room knew exactly what they needed to do and that was clear from the smooth running of every step. Every moment the highest standard of care was provided. This was not simply in the chair but with aftercare too. I was checked in on multiple times and given the most incredible natural supplies to take home as aftercare. I recently suffered a spinal cord injury; Cauda Equina leaving me a wheelchair user. Dr Seb and the team have been so accommodating of this and ensured I have continued to receive gold standard care but without seeming a burden or without wanting to receive praise for this. The natural supplements available to purchase here have also been life changing. I no longer take harsh and addictive prescription drugs that I used to as I instead opt for natural options. Without having this option and knowledge available to me, I’d be like many of the people I’ve met in the spinal injury world currently needing more treatment for the impact these drugs have had on other parts of their body such as vital organs. Dr Seb and the team at Wonder of Wellness have change my entire life and biological dentistry has led me to a more natural approach to living

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at ‘Wonder Of Wellness’ since day one and was also treated by Seb before this when he arrived at Cote Royd. Him and his team have given an array of treatments stemming from replacing mercury/amalgam fillings with composite ones, a root canal, composite bonding, bite correction and finally of course a ceramic implant. It made perfect sense to have the implant as it fit in well with the biological family of other treatments I’d had. During my experience, I was met by Seb and his team and firstly my bloods were taken to create the plasma to help with the healing process. Then I was taken up to surgery and Seb was his usual extremely thorough self and delivered what I would say was a perfect treatment. Without being a dentist myself, I can only say that it felt like every part of the process was covered plus more. From every bit of protective equipment to making sure everything was clean and would not get infected. He inserted the ceramic implant after checking the measurements from the scan a couple times too and explained everything to me, which gave me confidence he was 100% happy with the space for the implant. After the implant was placed he took me down for another scan and confirmed the surgery was a success. Then I was taken down to have the vitamin C drip and I relaxed for a while. Seb came in to check I was feeling okay and we had a chat until the drip had finished. After this he gave me all the info and things I need for the aftercare, and the implant has been great ever since. In terms of delivering surgical ceramic implants, It almost felt as if he’s been doing these forever as simply put, he is just very good at them! I was even so happy with Seb’s work that I brought my partner down with me for a checkup as she’s historically been fearful of the dentist. After having filling replacements etc by Seb (which I never felt she’d be able to do due to the fear of the dentist) she has now also had a ceramic implant too and is in the healing stages currently. I watched Seb deliver everything he did for me to the exact same high standards and care but for my partner.

Fantastic experience: We recently visited Wonder of Wellness for a laser lip and tongue tie revision for our baby.. they actually brought the appointment forward as they were worried that the more weeks that passed meant it would become harder to do the procedure. I can’t speak highly enough of the care we received. Dr. Seb was incredibly thorough during the examination and explained everything clearly. He handled our little one with such gentle care and professionalism that we instantly felt reassured he was in the best hands. All swaddled up in an adorable blanket A huge thank you also goes to Liz, Laura, and the rest of the team. Liz and Laura were amazing! not only did they take the time to look after me and my partner during the procedure (especially when we could hear our baby crying), but they also made sure our toddler was involved and felt included while waiting, which made a big difference. Liz, who I later recognised as a retired midwife from when I had my older girls, stayed with us after the procedure to make sure little one was breastfeeding well. Her calm, experienced support was so comforting in the moment. It truly felt like we were surrounded by people who cared. Since our visit, the team has even checked in on us, which we really appreciated. Little one is healing well, and we feel so supported throughout the whole journey. He doesn't like the aftercare so much and the daily stretches but we will get there ☺️ The whole experience was handled with a perfect balance of professionalism and genuine warmth. It’s rare to find a clinic that truly combines expert care with such a personal touch. We are so grateful and highly recommend Wonder of Wellness to any family going through a similar journey

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experience at this clinic. As someone who struggles with anxiety I came in feeling nervous about my mercury filling removal, but Dr. Jainam Toila was so calm and reassuring—it really put me at ease. The therapist working alongside guided me through deep breathing, which helped me stay relaxed throughout. It was unlike any dental visit I’ve had before—so smooth and gentle. The clinic itself is beautiful and spotless, and every staff member was warm and welcoming. Truly a holistic approach done right!

Negative experience: I called here on various occasions, eventually I was able to speak to a receptionist, unfortunately I found the receptionist quite rude,argumentative & difficult to deal with, I didn't fully understand everything that was talked about, I was just told to book online, I asked if I could please book at that time, to which I was told they were too busy & I would receive a call back, when they had time in the next few days, I waited a week & called back,spoke to different receptionist, who said no record whatsoever of me calling/ my details, was also told different information relating to the work that previous receptionist had said, then tried to book, told as new would have to be 2 appointments, I reminded that I am approx 250 miles round trip away, 1st appointment they could offer (from mid December) was April 2025... I politely declined their offer, shame really as had been recommended to go to This practice by a friend, who said worth travelling to- sadly my experience was not as positive.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Annie for general checkups and hygienist appointments, and Maria for a ceramic onlay, and I'm also doing the 12 month online Myofunctional Therapy course. I can honestly say I wouldn't go to another dental clinic again. The care the team shows is second to none. They are patient, take time to get to know you as an individual, and genuinely care about your health. The clinic is great too, with lots of holistic products available to buy. I'm so glad I found WoW. The waiting times for appointments can be slightly longer than some other places, but it's worth the wait and they will try their best if you're genuinely in pain!

Negative experience: Both Receptionists were rude and ignored us for 2 minutes. 1 was messing around on her mobile phone. We went to a local dentist who told us one thing needed to be done. We went to Wonder of Wellness for a second opinion. Maria the dentist told us a whole load of work needed doing and had absolutely no compassion breaking the bad news. A waste of nearly £250 for a consultation and hours of travelling. We are not coming back.

Fantastic experience: A place where wellness dreams come true!! It’s so inspiring and affirmative to find a practice and dentist that you truly align with. I have been a long time dentist avoider for many reasons but finding Seb’s work felt like I finally found what I was looking for. From the moment I walked in, the clinic's ambiance was welcoming and soothing, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Seb was incredibly professional and caring throughout the procedure. He explained each step in detail, ensuring I understood and was comfortable with the process. Fantastic experience: The best experience I have had with my dental issues. Given me real hope I can be pain free for first time in years. The whole initial hour appt is very thorough & everything explained to you well. Am now on the Adult Airway Stabilisation course as a starter & seeing improvements already. Negative experience: This review is specifically towards Dr Roberts who has now retired from Cote Royd. He rushed and damaged my molar and did 2 fillings that I had to get replaced as there was decay underneath. The stress of thinking I was going to lose a tooth, after already seeing him regarding my infected root canals, sent me into a state of hyperthyroidism that I am still being treated for almost a year on. My biggest regret is seeing Dr Roberts. He called me silly for looking forward to having my amalgams out, on two occasions. It’s taken me a while to write this but I should of done it sooner. He did refund me for one filling that I had to have redone but that is all.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've ever had. I'm currently doing the homeoblock treatment and seb has look after me the whole way through. I'm a suffer of Crohn's and his knowledge goes far beyond just dentistry! Looking into fixing the underlying problems causes my issues. Amazing insight and I'm well on my way to a happier healthier life. Can't thank these guys enough. I'd definitely recommend doing the homeoblock treatment for anyone suffering. Negative experience: Called reception and spoke to 3 different people confirming if I can come down for the full mouth consultation and to get an assessment of my cracked molar which I had sent a pic and x ray off. They eventually said yes it was fine. I was traveling a 5 hour round trip and didn’t want to come back again for just this issue to be looked at. Reception had not informed the dentist (Nav) who thought it was only a full mouth examination. I explained the situation and she got the pic and x ray from reception. I asked her for advice on the crack and she looked at the clock and asked to take a look herself because she needs to see for herself instead of talking about it. I was given anaesthetic and she started to remove my temp filling, I became anxious because the assessment was taking a while and she was not saying anything, then she stopped and said she couldn’t find the crack but had cut my tooth as much as she could! I was shocked to hear this as there was no discussion around cutting the tooth and I had not given consent or seen a treatment plan. When I became anxious, she asked the assistant to inform Seb - who did not arrive, neither have I heard from him since and it’s been a week, there was a clinic manager in that day who also didn’t check if everything was ok. I later met her downstairs and she said they don’t normally do treatments without a treatment plan. I felt upset that I had driven 2.5 hours to be so rushed without any explanations given. I sat downstairs for about 30 mins talking to the clinic manager and saw no one else waiting to be seen, it was around lunch time & I felt more care and attention would have prevented the issue. I will not be going back and now my previous dentist refuses to continue working on this tooth because it has too much work done on it for her liking. I feel devastated that I attended this clinic for a 2nd opinion when I had a better biological dentist - just because this clinic had funky ideas about oil pulling etc!! I would not recommend this clinic at all and feel very upset at the awful, hurried treatment I received. My worst dentist experience ever. I'm also a bit perplexed how they got so many 5* reviews , I think they’re mostly for previous dentists!

Fantastic experience: Seb and the team at Wonder of Wellness are a pleasure to use for dentistry. I had an amalgam filling removed with the utmost of care today - much consideration was given to all aspects of the procedure and I felt entirely at ease throughout. Seb is so knowledgeable and pro health & well-being, making visits to the dentist not only very interesting, but something to look forward to! If all dental practices were the same no one would be fearful of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am leaving a review for an experience I had 8 years ago with a dentist called John.yes 8 years ago!!! Ive been trying to find his practice and finally I have.i was a desperate mother of a 3 months old baby who wasn't drinking her milk ever since she was born. I was recommended Dr John.i still remember the day I saw John I started crying and was shaking with so much anxiety.john held my baby and reassured me that everything will be ok.He examined my daughter and with in minutes.He diagnosed my baby with a tongh Tie and a lip Tie.He then did the treatment on her and sorted her out.John came in my life as an angel… For 3 months Me and my baby suffered so much in and out of hospital Giving her strong medicine for reflux and god knows what else.The doctor’s made me go though so Much anxiety stress depression. I was so desperate for help! I can't thank John enough for what he did for me and my daughter. Such a highly knowledgble man. Not even the big consultants could figure out what the problem was with my daughter, the medical staff were just feeding my daughter medicine after medicine for the 2 weeks stay in hospital.JOHN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CHANGING MINE AND MY BEAUTIFUL AYESHAS LIFE WHO IS NOW A VERY HEALTHY 8 YEARS OLD. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I have MCAS, ME and POTS, and can suffer horrible reactions to certain chemicals and especially fake fragrances. The team couldn't have done more to assist me. All went perfume free on the day of my appointment, windows were open prior to my arrival, and an air purifier running, they checked with me before doing/using anything. They completely understand about toxicity and environmental illness. All were extremely knowledgeable and professional, but above all else, incredibly caring and reassuring. These dedicated professionals have set the standard, and show exactly what is possible to achieve! Others in the profession should look to them for guidance regarding how to deliver such exceptional care. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience with everyone I met. As an extremely nervous patient I felt completely at ease and relieved I have a treatment plan moving forward to remove metal fillings and a root canal along with some other regular dentistry work. Dr Seb alerted me to issues I didn’t know I had and we’ve a plan for that too! Living in Surrey it took me over 5 hours to get to the practice but it was worth while. Can highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Dr Seb, he has removed my nasty amalgam fillings and replaced with beautiful white composite. I genuinely felt so much better from the moment I left the surgery that I didn’t have these awful and dangerous fillings any longer. Did you know There is no safe level of mercury for your body? (Researched that myself) and it’s disgusting how these things are put in on the first place! why did no one ever tell me that when they got put in? I searched for a dentist to remove them and I found Dr Seb Lomas. I was looked after from start to finish, everything was very safety orientated, I was given binders to protect me, plus gowned and masked and given oxygen (it’s a very skilled procedure and mercury is a very dangerous substance) Seb is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring, as was his lovely assistant. I travelled 8.5 hrs from Scotland to see him and I don’t regret that for a moment. If you have those manky metal fillings get to cote royd now. I’m Not overkeen on dentists (like many people) usually but my Whole experience was a very positive one and I recommend him and cote royd to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: So we had such a good time with Dr Seb and his team, I think that's probably the first time I can say I enjoyed a dental experience! Dr Seb was amazing with kids they were really comfortable and happy. He listens, takes his time to consider your issues with you, looking at the underlying causes, and explains everything carefully and of course brings in his extensive knowledge of biological dentistry. They are genuinely interested in the advancement of a more I’m going to say ‘humane’ dentistry and it’s the first time I’ve felt that sense of genuine curiosity and more importantly the ability to get the information over to patient clearly, involving us in a discussion of the possibilities available. Dr Seb and the practice sent a very detailed treatment plan in which he went over all the things that came up at the appointment (again a first for me). Dr Seb and the team are supremely courteous, friendly and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My Dentist, Dr John Roberts did a fab job of removing my Mercury filling, explaining everything that was going to take place before he started. The numbing procedure was totally pain free.....best experience I've ever had. I felt very looked after and a very relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Seb for an initial consult to look into issues I'm having with my airway. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in an area that unfortunately doesn't have many knowledgeable providers in the UK. I would recommend getting an appointment for anyone needing help with UARS or Sleep Apnoea who's looking to improve the root cause of the issue

Fantastic experience: Wow! We are so glad we decided to go to Cote Royd holistic dentists yesterday with our seven year old daughter. What a refreshing difference to both the NHS and allopathic private dental practices we’ve been to before now. We will definitely be back. The receptionist lady was smiley and chatty, and Dr. Seb and Ellie were so down to earth and friendly, putting our daughter and us at ease straight away. We were listened to without being patronised or shamed for our holistic values regarding the use of fluoride paste and mercury etc, and our views were respected and validated. It felt so great to find a dentist on the same page regarding natural approaches to oral health. The consultation was the most thorough we’ve ever experienced - Dr. Seb checked everything - breathing, tongue placement, and recommended exercises to help with speech, lip tie and teeth grinding. It really was a ‘whole person’ holistic checkup. He told us lots of facts from studies about the above issues - his knowledge impressed us. We didn’t feel rushed like we have at other places, and we were spoken to like equals. What a little gem this place is, and the children’s prices aren’t much more expensive than a private allopathic dentist’s. We weren’t pushed into signing up for a plan or having unnecessary treatments, either. We trusted that our daughter was being looked after in the best possible way. I wish we would have discovered Cote Royd years ago. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I've been suffering from dental/dentist phobia since early childhood. I went from dentist to dentist for a long time, never feeling comfortable with any of them. Finally, I chose to seek out a biological dentist – one of the best choices ever! I've never felt so cared for and taken seriously by a dentist. Dr John is phenomenal, his communication skills are brilliant and I've never come across a dentist like him. I'm so grateful to him and the whole team. Of course their holistic services are more expensive than other dentistries but thankfully, I'm able to afford them. Meeting the team at Cote Royd has lifted such a huge weight off my chest and I can't stop singing their praise to friends & family.

Fantastic experience: I have recently got my front tooth extracted as it had an Infection from a root canal that I had done 14 years ago. I seen 2 dentists that told me there was nothing wrong ( my tooth was black) and I was having health issues that I researched could be from my tooth. For me this was a 14hr round trip with 4 appointments and 100% worth while. Dr Seb really is the best at what he’s doing here in the uk, going further than dentistry. I will soon be booking in both my children, husband and mum for appointments to see him!

John took the time to get to know me before he looked in my mouth and he understands the importance of safe amalgam removal and metal free dentistry. When I have mentioned this to other dentists it seems to hav really upset them. The whole team were lovely and the environment was just the right amount of clinical, enough to feel professional whilst feeling welcoming and relaxed. I felt very at ease even though I am usually very nervous. I travelled for over an hour to get there but it was so worth it and I have two more appointments booked!

Positive experience: I chose Cote Royd as my preferred choice when it came to having my amalgam fillings removed safely. There are only so many IAOMT certified dental practices in the UK and this one had received good reviews on a Facebook group I was following who recommended an IAOMT certified dentist. Seb was brilliant in reassuring me about the treatment and also identified another possible cause to underlying sleep problems. I would recommend this practice if you can afford to pay for treatment where health is your top priority, especially from an holistic viewpoint. Unfortunately, my experience of late from Cote Royd, 9 months on, has been disappointing as it's been extremely difficult and time consuming to receive a credit back to my account after a small over charge was paid due to a mistake. After many phone calls and emails, and now several months later it is still unresolved. I was also a little disappointed not to get a reply to an email I sent as requested by Seb to update him on my progress, and for guidance as I moved further away. I sent the email as he said to let him know how I was doing but no reply over a month later. Nevermind. I will probably search for a new IAOMT dentist now. It is a shame as it's a really lovely dentist but these aspects have tarnished my experience. FOUR MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CREDIT TO BE RETUNED TO MY ACCOUNT AND STILL WRITING EMAILS AND MAKING PHONECALLS TO THIS AFFECT! I really cannot understand why this has been so difficult and time consuming for them to do. It's such a simple thing but no one seems to be able to resolve it! I finally got my refund but never did hear from Seb again. It’s a shame but I’ll be finding a new bio dentist now. To leave on a good note I’ll add that Seb did kindly give me my molds for future if I had to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Visited today for a filling. 2nd time I've seen Dr. Seb Lomas. He completely puts you at ease and keeps you informed of exactly what he's doing. Surprisingly felt nothing from the injection as it was administered with great care and only where it was required. A swift 30mins later I had a perfectly white and contoured filling where an old metal filling had fallen out. I'm really glad to have discovered this place and there's a reason why they get such good ratings.

Fantastic experience: Dr Seb - honestly the best dentist i have ever been to!! He's incredibly thorough, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about teeth and biological dentistry. He found what was causing an issue with one of my teeth that other dentists hadn't been able to, and explained everything to me in detail so that i understood. Even though i live in London, the trek up north is worth it!! He's also not ridiculously expensive like other practices and you can tell he genuinely cares and loves his job, and isn't just after ya money!

Negative experience: Never answer the phones. I've completely given up trying to get them to answer.. left my number once on the answer machine, no one calls back. How can a practice be that busy they NEVER answer the phone? Doesn't matter what time of day..nothing. I will now travel to London for an appointment with a Bio dentist.. They answered their phone!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Seb for over a year now. I have had all my mercury fillings removed and replaced with white ones. Seb is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is also very gentle with his injections which is also a big plus.

Fantastic experience: I just really like the whole ethos of the place. The staff are really friendly and they take care of all your needs. I had my wisdom tooth out and it was a difficult procedure yet they handled it really smoothly and quickly and it is now the day after, I am not taking pain killers and have no pain at all. I have been taking extra homeopathic remedies but I am thinking it was possibly the plasma treatment I had too that has made it heal vert quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The replacement fillings were fine and I had nothing to be frightened of. The whole staff, dental nurses, receptionists were all lovely and friendly. I really like the holistic approach to oral care.
