Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment to have a tooth extraction under sedation as I am a very nervous patient. I arrived for my appointment which was a sedation review. The clinic was clean and professional and the staff were really friendly. The patient before me had travelled 6 hours to see Rosh which instantly put me at ease. Rosh was extremely understanding of my fears and was very reassuring, so much so that I decided to just have my tooth extracted there and then without the sedation. The best thing was that the local anaesthetic which I was most scared about, I hardly felt. I would definitely go back here for any future appointments and would highly recommend especially if you have a fear of the dentists like me. Thank you to all the staff and especially Rosh for making a usually unpleasant experience a while lot easier.

I was very nervous as had previously had a lot of trouble with my teeth when I was young and was never happy with my smile but Nadiye and the team were so kind and really put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I visited Southbank on 12/03/2025 for a double Hygienist and Dental Check Up appointment. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and only had to wait a few minutes for my first appointment with the hygienist. The hygienist and her assistant were welcoming, friendly and put me at ease. The procedure was comfortable and great results were achieved. I only had to wait a minute or so for my check up appointment and, again, I was welcomed warmly by the dentist and assistant. One quick and thorough examination later including x-rays and I was all done. Altogether a welcoming, professional and comfortable visit.

Fantastic experience: The dental practice is excellent. My recent visit was with the hygienist, Yolanda, who is brilliant. She listens, takes her time, and is kind. I have super sensitive teeth, she uses numbing gel/toothpaste initially to calm down my mouth before she starts her work. She is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! I can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: All the time I have used Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre I have always found the staff involved there to be very pleasant, polite and professional in all they do. When you are having treatment they put you at ease and no matter how long the work takes to get the treatment completed they do not rush or skimp even if your alloted time runs out. This dental clinic is the best one I have ever been to and will continue to use it in future.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, expertise and cleanliness. As always in life, you pay for what you get. All of the staff that I have encountered have been exemplary. I have had a large number of appointments with straightening, a number of implants, veneers and crowns done, and whitening over a period of about a year. The work is now complete, the transformation is amazing and I am a very smiley, happy customer.

Jens, the dentist I see now is very kind and considerate, helping me overcome certain issues and knows how to make me feel comfortable. They have all the latest technology and equipment to help make your treatment pain free and easy to manage. The technicians and at reception are always very friendly. Have known them for years. Yolanda, the hygenist, is always friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: We have recently registered with Southbank Dental. My daughter has had two sets of extractions. Her first extraction experience was a little on the sore side. We fedback to Jens, her dentist. For the second extraction, he allowed more time with additional anaesthetic after listening to her experience. It went really well and she is now ready for the fitting of braces in two weeks.

Fantastic experience: Excellent emergency care with first rate Dentists and support staff. Recommended.

Negative experience: I had a implant fitted, however the implant wasn't fitted right from the start. The implant has a hole where the screw is and it is pushed up against a tooth so much the dentist had to file the good tooth next to it. The back side is raised, another dentist said that will be a problem in the future as the underneath is exposed I do not recommend implants here. The cost is one of the most expensive out there and my experience was a terrible. I can see myself getting it swapped out at some point.

Negative experience: Horrific hygiene appointment with Charlotte, September 25th 2024. (I attended here from 23/02/23 to 11/10/24). At the hygiene aptm, I literally lost consciousness first time in my life at the end due to her harsh and commanding attitude, but what shocked me most: she didn't stop when i screamed of pain, eh right, of course moving my hands etc and she didn't even realise, she literally spoke to a dead body for roughly 30 sec due to the brushes where she either touched a nerve or blood vessel, I felt like I went under water (couldn't hear or see anything) they don't wanna have this conversation, also found a piece of tartar in a filling which inflamed and cracked the back gum (surface composite) of tooth 4 upp right+ plus ruining all fillings where food instantly causes me pain, she removed a new bridge that was so well cimented that you can imagine the force she put. I had to bin that day at home the brushes and a piece of electric brush she put dirty of my blood on my jacket on the chair I've been in agony do to pain more then 1 month now and due to the fact that complaint in this practice is offensive, similar to 'how do you dare to complaint' as "I know Charlotte for 12 years ", that's literally manager's scientif cover up. She also called me with private number so I can't have any proof of her shouting at me when I was extremely weak and in pain, not to mention the damages Charlotte Hinchcliffe has caused on my health and mental health. She should at least have called the ambulance as I was struggling to speak. I had to sit on a bench as I couldn't keep my spine and head straight after I walked out, roughly after 10 minutes after this appointment. Some emails have no signature and she always changes what sort of manager she is in the written emails. She also suffers of a bit of amnesia shall I guess? at this point as they try to blame me (my body) for standing in the way of her hands operating on my teeth and gums. I also lost a lot of blood at the appointment which was very nice as Halloween was close . My advice to people: do not step into this practice cause if you'll have a problem of any kind, the manager will find a way to make you understand that you are the problem, and not their incompetence. Please stand for your rights. Btw: we are living our lives also for others but I think the point in life is to fully live for others and if we can make a small change of any kind, do dare to stand for what you believe in. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My daughter needed an emergency extraction of a very painful wisdom tooth. She has never had a filling or a tooth removed before so was incredible nervous. The whole team were super helpful and supportive and put her completely at ease. She had a mild sedative and the tooth was removed without drama and with great expertise by Dr. Roshith Valiyamannil. I am super grateful to Southbamk Demtal and have no hesitation in 100% recommending this place.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a pin tooth extracted following a persitent infection by Rosh one of the Dental surgeons at Southbank Dental Practice. The procedure was carried out efficiently and painlessly. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout the process. While the extraction was a necessary step, I'm looking forward to the future implant process. Based on my positive experience with the extraction, I'm confident in the Practices ability to handle the more complex procedures ahead. I highly recommend this friendly and proffessional practice who help plan and advise on financial solutions that will help you regain your smile.

Fantastic experience: Has a consultation booked in at Southbank Clinic. The whole process was very well handled from making the appointment to the actual consultation. On the day I arrived at the clinic and asked to wait by the receptionist ( very friendly). The consultation was carried out by Roshith and after a quick examination I had a x ray and CT scan done . Then was sat down and explained, in great detail what treatment they thought I would need and a plan made up of what would happen. The whole process was very good and the staff were all very helpful and supportive. Can definitely recommend the team and the clinic.
