Fantastic experience: I was in pain with an absess had a course off antibiotics no pitcure

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever, it was the only dentist that would accept benefit claimants. Was with them for a while they treat you like you are scum. I would highly say avoid also they took me off they register and said I did not make a follow up appointment, no email sent no phone call made no letter sent out the kicked me out. I would say avoid

Negative experience: It took over 45 minutes for my call to be answered when I tried to contact the practice to reschedule or cancel my dental appointment. As I was abroad at the time, I was paying premium international rates, and due to the long wait, I lost over £25 in call credits before the call disconnected. Upon returning to the UK, I called again and was informed that I had been removed from their system. The receptionist I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, which was very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dentistry @Bd4 Outstanding service starting with the Receptionist Katie is absolutely brilliant from booking appointments, I am very nervous patient and reassures you everything will be fine I am a Patient under Mr Koumarampis who I cannot thank enough for my treatments. Mr Koumarampis is very Professional and treats you with great respect and explains procedures in great detail until you understand. Thank you all so much for making me at ease & i appreciate all your hard work.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at BD4 Dentistry for over eight years, and my children and partner also receive care at this practice. I want to express my admiration for the surgery; it is truly exceptional. The staff is outstanding, consistently providing top-notch customer service that is unparalleled. I had veneers placed on my two front teeth privately, and my dentist, Mr. Gurav, did an incredible job. He crafted Emmax crowns that look remarkably natural and were completed with great professionalism. Mr. Gurav is affectionately known as the "Floss Man," so if you have an appointment with him, be sure to floss beforehand! I highly recommend this dentist to everyone, whether seeking private or NHS care.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how brilliant amber rahman and lucy are my son had 2 teeth out today and they were amazing with him, very calm and made him feel comfortable to the point he didn't even realise they had taken them out Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a Filling and was so scared My Appointment was with Gaurav Randawa. He was absolutely amazing. I hate the Dentist and suffer with anxiety. He made me so calm and relaxed. He explained everything and was very thorough. I have never had a dentist so caring and compassionate and a perfectionest. He is so good I am actually looking forward to my next appointment with him

Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with the care I've received for my son, he was involved in a little accident and I called the dentist on Monday morning and I believe it was Ashley I spoke to, she was very helpful, offered me an appointment and also said I was able to send in a picture of the injury which I did, I was called and asked to come in, I unfortunately came in on the wrong day, completely my fault, however the practise was kind enough to see my little boy despite it being the wrong day. Thank you to all, for the care and reassurance. Glad to have you looking after my little boy. :)

Fantastic experience: This Practice is outstanding. I am a very very nervous person and also have a serious gagging reflex which is difficult for the Dentist . They are totally understanding, friendly , let me take my time, no rushing at all.. Without this Practice I wouldn't have a dentist. Just wish I had found them years ago.

It’s not just the work they do, and that’s excellent, they made me feel calm and really looked after, the dentist and nurse who carried out the work were brilliant, the reception team were brilliant, thank you BD4

Negative experience: I was extremely sick, vomiting, sore thought, pounding head ache, and I have a baby under 2 who had me up all night. The first thing in the morning I called the dentist to cancel my appointment for the first time in many years that i have been with the practise. The receptionist said you sound unwell and I said yes that's why I am calling to cancel my appointment. She said your appointment has been cancelled and if this happens again within 12 months you will be struck off. I was shocked, sad and disappointed. This is the representative of the dental practise that i have recommended on several occasions. I was too unwell to dispute this and I called back two days later, when I felt a little better. Her response was the same; a bit like 'computer says no'. I enquired how I was to give further notice on my sickness when I don't get an advance notice of being sick my self. Wouldn't that be nice.. She said a manager would call me back. Did a manager call me back? No! ( would she not get warning for not following her policy if they say they will call you back but they don't) I called again. The manager Ashley was worse very rude. Rude and not listening, no people skills and just defensive and aggressive. It felt like she was purposely put there to put the customers in a bad mood. She again said 'you will be struck off and have one more chance as you gave short notice' I understand but please tell me how I possibly could have given more notice on my sickness. I got sick in the night and called first thing in the morning. And most importantly if you are a manager you should show some compassion empathy and just be kind.. doesn't hurt. The rest of the staff ie receptions, dental nurses and dentist themselves are lovely. No issue. It's a shame, as the managers attitude spoils it.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Ihsaan is really down to earth and has a way of making patients feel comfortable. So much that my youngest daughter loves going to the dentist. He has also helped me to somewhat regain my smile after losing most of my teeth at 34. Reception staff are always warm, helpful and polite. Lovely dental practice.

Positive experience: Never had a bad experience and dentist is great but the only thing that lets it down is how narrow your car park entrance is. I remember once my mum scratched the side of her car once because the entrance is so narrow.

Negative experience: Arrived on time for my appointment at 11:30 only to be told that they had changed it to 11:15 and I was late ! Was booked in for a fortnight later . Very disappointed at the lack of communication and flexibility given it was their doing . Otherwise a good surgery

Positive experience: Unfortunately bad service today from the receptionist as we were not ticked so had to wait 45 minutes also quite abrupt and unprofessional at times, but was happy that this was resolved instantly from the dentist manager, on a positive note the dentists and assistants are great as always especially Ihsaan

He was very compassionate, extremely knowledgable and did a spectacular job with my moms root canal procedure (the holy grail of dentist procedures). A deeply kind person and we wish him the best in his bright future!

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dentist for years and never had one bad visit today I went for my fillings and as I told the dentist therapist the teeth I actually need fillings on she wasn’t understanding and brought someone else in and just kept repeating the same thing and making us feel like we was at fault as they messed the treatment plan up not intentionally could’ve been a mistake when aroosah asked me which tooth i couldn’t see where I was pointing but this was a form of miscommunication by the dentist who originally checked me aroosah ali but then they didn’t realise my filling had been opened I had to tell her myself as I was in pain and food was getting stuck so I noticed I needed my fillings doing again. This experience has been really upsetting to when they said I will need to do the whole process again booking in an appointment for a consultation then for the right fillings to when I went to book an app the receptionist was so rude and had a tone when speaking to me which upset me when I asked what was that when giving me a date as I couldn’t hear her she was making me feel uncomfortable and gave me my appointment card in such a rude manner as well. When I left I wanted to speak to aroosah on the phone as she couldn’t see me that day so I rang the dentist up and said I would like to speak to aroosah about my fillings before even giving my name or dob she then went on to saying “Yeah ur appointment has been booked already” but that’s not why I rang up they are just plain rude very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I have been here some years now and all I can say is they are all amazing dentist practitioners especially Gaurav Randawa he's so amazing I can honestly put all my trust in him, I had my baby tooth taken out today and he made me feel at ease and not nervous and also he gave me an energy lucozade sweet to give me a boost. Honestly I think he's the most supportive person yet and he knows me now as I'm the short ginger haired girl hahaha thank you for everyone support and trust, especially Gaurav Randawa. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service only registered with them last week and due to my child having high fever not able to get out of bed.I wasn't able to take him for his appointment. I couldn't ring and advise on the weekend my child is ill and it is not planned my child is going to be ill for his dentist appointment. The dentist have taken us of the register now. How pathetic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ihsaan Khan and Nurse Asma were both very kind and patient towards my mum when she was in severe pain, Dr Khan patiently explained the cause of her pain clearly and patiently to me, I would recommend others to check out this dentistry if you’re looking for a very good dentistry with great doctors, nurses and receptionists!

Negative experience: Horrible place, rude receptionists and manager. They talked to everyone about my treatment history in my family apart from me and I’m 20!! False claims, to cover up their own faults. They’ve kicked me off the register after their own fault after covid claiming they sent letters when I received nothing to my name and same with text messages. Said the last appointment was cancelled on short notice, but I’ve tried explaining that it was due to a family death. Now they want me to pay for an appointment as they are no longer taking nhs patients… do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of the dentist, but over the last 3 weeks my experience has been changed. Thanks to dentist Ihsaan and nurse Quee. The pair are very professional, explain as the work and ensuring you are at ease throughout your treatment. Negative experience: Very unhappy today my name was taken off from the list..I haven’t attend for the appointment due to my illness..I have waiting in the hospital to get some medication..then I have asked my partner to ring dentist and inform I’m not able to attend.. Today I have ask them can I book another appointment..they said they taken out my name from the list.. Felt this Dentists is so demanding and no sympathy at all what so ever reason you not attend for your appointment..simply I felt so badly humiliated and terrified what happen to the people now adays..

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the hygienist Mr Asif Khan at dentistry at BD4. I recently had 2 sessions with him under local anaesthetic, I did not have any pain or discomfort during or after the procedure, and my gum disease, teeth and implants showed quick improvement within days. I highly recommend him for his tremendous experience and professionalism.

Positive experience: Great dentist, I was looking for Dental Practice for awhile without any luck but they have registered me in short notice. Excellent receptionist and dentist. I highly recommend this practice to anyone. Update: they are no longer taking new patient with free NHS service, you can still join if you are willing to pay for treatments. Because they don't provide free NHS service to new patients anymore removing 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: Iv been suffering with dental pain for many years and had many bad experiences with different dentists, when I moved to this one they made me feel so comfortable and did all treatment needed for me to be finally pain free. All the staff are very friendly and the practice is extremely clean They do everything to make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today for some fillings and a tooth extraction. I like a lot of people are abit of a nervous patient. The dentist took his time explained everything. Was unbelievable apologetic if I felt any amount of discomfort. Which let's be honest that is bound to happen. If I have to go back to the dentist for any more work I feel happy in knowing I have a patient caring dentist who won't make me feel dread when needing work. 5 out of 5 stars wish I could give higher
