Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Smile in London (Leyton). My appointment was cancelled twice at very short notice, which was extremely inconvenient. The staff were unprofessional throughout the process. Definitely not the level of care or service you would expect.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Smile In London for years and love it! It's local to me, easy to get to with lots of busses around and Leyton Station less than a 10 minute walk away. The staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming and my appointments are always efficient and informative. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This smile practice is an an amazing team, from every individual staff member from the receptionist who is so comforting and understanding. Does her absolute best to put the patient and ease and help them as much as possible. Even in the most tough and challenging situations. She's always so comforting and understanding. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ann the receptionist and Iram the dentist who treats my niece they have been very accommodating to my nieces needs and fixed her teeth when they were in really bad state. And we are really grateful thanks to practice help and the dentist Iram she can eat proper food. We were scared she was going to lose more teeth and how she's going to cope with the rest of her life. She's now eating better and can enjoy having a chicken burger,pizza and chicken wings which she couldn't before because her teeth would cracked when trying to eat these, so she avoided it. And had very little food choice options. Thank you Iram and smile practice we can't thank you enough. The practice was able to resolve the most, difficult, challenging situation in such a courteous and professional conduct. We were kept informed about the process and options. Iram is so understanding and caring. Always checking on patients throughout the treatment. And going out of her way to meet my nieces needs and situation. She's been so gentle and caring in all treatments done on niece with absolute amazing results she saved teeth in worse scenario. When carrying out any treatment long or short. Or most difficult or challenging she has never forgot to tailor to my nieces needs.By ensure she's doing alright in even the most complex procedure. She is a hero and amazing human being with brilliant personality, who does her best for everyone. She goes the extra mile to make people are safe, at ease and comfortable. Such amazing person, your team would not be the same without Iram and Ann. May God reward them. They are angels. I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been scared of the dentist since a bad experience as a child. As a result hardly went, always different dentists and would have to be put asleep just for a filling. Injections terrify me. Then my friend told me about this dentist. Today I've had my first filling whilst awake, had an injection and made my next appointment. Dr preeti,my dentist is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. She put me at ease straight away and takes her time to tell everything that's going on. I've been going for some months now but today was a turn around for me. At 59 yrs old I can honestly say I'm not scared anymore. I'm never ever going to go to another dentist again. I just wish I'd met Dr preeti a few years ago. And reception staff are fantastic also. 10/10 for smile...

Everyone was so so lovely, it's completely changed my outlook on dental treatment, and I no longer lose sleep the night before through anxiousness.
