Negative experience: after being a patient for more than 15 years i am very sorry to say the service and quality seems to have fallen of the edge of cliff . i had a failed implant and there after stuggled to get a plan for the work needed or even a timescale . constant reminders failed to prompt them.....

Negative experience: Worse service ever, asked so many times to speak to a manger always saying there busy I asked for a tooth to be bonded agreed which tooth, went to my appointment and the dentist did the wrong tooth I just walked out upset I so fed up with getting poor treatment and no one ever listening A other time I had a tooth that the bonding had cracked, I had paid for the tooth to be bonded again, it was at the back The tooth had just been buffed off, I had to complaint and had to go back redone never got to speak to a manger no manager No one got any one to ring me back I went to get a tooth rebuilt and when I went to get the tooth filled. I told him I was in a lot off pain, I asked for an X-ray He filled the tooth when I got home I was in sooo much pain I had an abscess I ring up the practice and they did see me straight away it was a other dentist and he give me something for the pain, which I was grateful off I asked I think I got an abscess, I was confused if it was the tooth that had been filled or the one next too Lucky enough I know a NHS dentist and I had the tooth tuck out that the dentist had filled, I had an abscess like I thought I thought that’s what a dentist is for I rang last week talking about all the problems no one has bothered to get back to me yet again How there is sooo many good comments I don’t know I feel quite upset, as I clearly haven’t been treated well yet other people have, and asked three times for a manager to get back to me and they just say there busy If someone from this Practice is reading this could you please get back to me I also has two teeth that have chipped bonding only had one tooth done and it chipped in a week and the other one the month later Fed up with complaining and non off your staff are interested only when I have to pay Thank you

Fantastic experience: Just a brilliant practice. After struggling with my smile for years I decided to have a brace and new crown fitted and can't thank them enough for the difference it's made in my confidence (I've only had it on a week!). James took care of the crown for me which looks MUCH more natural than the last one and honestly didn't hurt at all (I was shocked!!), and Sarah had me in stitches whilst fitting my brace. I'm a nervous patient but everyone made me feel so comfortable, the whole team here are brilliant, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this dentist. My fillings kept falling out, and the material they used felt like sand. Even after I complained, they didn't change the material. Also, I tried to get an implant and paid for several CT scans but never got a treatment plan. It seems like they only care about money. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I hope to prevent others from having a similar experience.

Positive experience: I had two crowns along with Orthodoncy in Mall Acvanced Dental Care. The receptionists, my dentist Belal, the Consultant, the hygienist, the dentist assistants all were fantastic. I'm happy with my crowns to this time. But the Orthodentis did not explained the procedure well. I still feel stress and palpitation whenever I remember the experience that I had there every time that I had Orthodency appointment.

Positive experience: I am your patient at Smylife Manchester, I had my dental implants fitted from yourselves 10 years ago, at the time it cost me around £23,000.00, the person who installed the implants must have been a butcher not a dentist he cut every part inside of my mouth, fitted the implants small and big in odd places and directions. I wanted to complain to the dental association but I didn't. I stayed with smylife throughout the 10 years, Phyll Broughton the boss was always sarky with me thinking I didn't see it but I did, he sometimes fobbed me off by giving me incorrect information with a false smile. He then stopped seeing me and passed me onto Bilal, I don't have any problems with Bilal but I felt Phill was avoiding me. One of my implants got infected I found out when Bilal did a scan. I asked for the way forward and I was told I needed to make an appointment with Phill and pay for the time he would discuss the way forward with me, I did not understand this, I felt he should tell me what I needed doing and give me a quote, in the meantime I needed to see the hygienist, I requested for an appointment, I was told it would take 15 mins to unscrew my bridge out and same to put back in, total cost of around £430 for 20 to 25 minutes work plus the hygienist's cost. I was also told I needed to pay at time of booking my appointment, in the past I had always paid on the day of treatment, I felt the practice standards had dropped and it was more about greed to make money not the patients needs. Definitely not 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Practice EVER! I joined the practice in October 2022 to start my journey of straightening my teeth, opted for fixed braces (clear aligners were also an option) and what results I've had. The entire team is incredible. Their Orthodontist, Sarah, is amazing. Tells you everything that she is doing and makes you feel so calm. Thank you for everything guys.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the Mall dentist. I went to other dentists before visiting the Mall and was told I needed jaw surgery to improve my smile and there were no other options. However, at the Mall I was told my teeth wouldn’t be perfect given my bite but my smile could definitely be improved. I had braces which then meant I could have composite bonding. I am very happy with the results and Sarah and her team were amazing.

Fantastic experience: Treatment - braces followed by composite bonding. ~2years Can genuinely say it was 100% worth the time and money, my smile is completely unrecognisable now. My teeth were in a state where I was worried about even having a consultation but my treatment plan was carefully laid out and explained to me from the beginning and every step of the way. My treatment providers Sarah and James were amazing, Sarah was always meticulous with the adjustment of my braces to keep my teeth in line with the projected outcome and James built up my teeth the exact way I had been envisioning them. Both of them explained exactly what they were doing and how it would affect my smile. I get compliments on my smile all the time now and I even have to explain to people that I have had work done because it looks so natural. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: If it was possible to give more than 5 * I would . Going to the dentist is not on the top of my favorite places at all , Dread sets in at the thought of it . However from my first visit last September , with what I thought was a complex problem ,to my latest visit March , I now have a smile to be proud of . More importantly I have the confidence to eat whatever I like. Four implants , two bridges and two crowns was required and I wish I had done this earlier . Phil is just THE BEST , always putting me at ease with his wonderful, gentle and confident manner . His support staff from Patrice , Reba and his right hand help in the surgery ( sorry cannot remember her name ) have all been without question , kind , informative , considerate and extremely supportive during the whole treatment process . I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering any kind of dental work . Well done to the whole team and a big THANK YOU !!

After being passed around and wasting money with other dentists and getting nowhere, the team at the mall sorted me out straight away. They’ve gone above and beyond more than once! Very reasonable prices, no pressure, very professional and friendly team. Was in pain before I came here for the first time which they helped me with immediately even though was only supposed to be a consultation and I’ve now finished the process of having a tooth implant that I thought was going to be horrific after seeing YouTube videos but couldn’t be further from the truth… was reassured every step of the way and the whole process was completely painless … now thinking of having more! I am the world's worst patient. All I can say is everyone at both surgeries have been amazing with me, they knew how scared I was and they have all gone out of their way for me. Fantastic experience: I travel from Preston to have my hygienist appointment with Lauren after referred by my previous hygienist to take care of my teeth and implants. Lauren takes her time to explain the techniques and is very reassuring and thorough. My appointments made by the reception staff are always confirmed by email text and by phone and the facilities are clean and there is parking nearby. I would highly recommend Lauren and the Pall Mall Team who look after me every time I visit.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of the dentist, but I went to visit Lauren (hygienist) at the Stockport branch. She and her co worker made me feel at ease straight away, talked me through what was best for me and it’s the first time I felt comfortable in the dentist chair. The receptionist is lovely. I needed a front dental implant and this was done by Phil Broughton who was amazing and highly professional throughout. I have continued to go to The Mall Dental since then for my regular check ups and hygienist appointments and all the staff members are always friendly and professional. I have always had positive experiences from The Mall Dental team and would happily recommend them for all your dental needs.

Phil and his team consult with you every step of the way, make you feel at ease and understand what they are doing or what treatment is needed, and there is no pressure or rush to decide there and then. Fantastic experience: Visited for the first time today to the Manchester branch. Felt really reassured and welcomed and was reminded about my appointment via text, email and a call the day before my appointment. Upon arrival I felt welcomed and informed of the process and filled out my medical questionnaires whilst being offered a bottle of water and a coffee. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Lauren who took care of me. Lauren explained everything to be prior to treatment and made me feel very comfortable and reassured during the time I spent with her. Overall very impressed and satisfied with everything. Negative experience: The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Contacted In march last year to fix an aesthetic problem related to my front tooth, I was assured the job would have been completed by September last year, when I got married. The result was so poor that a year later we were still working on the same issue, until yesterday, when doctor Phil Broughton has suggested that I would take my money back for the crown as he, and I quote, " could just do his best". A shame this has been said to be after a year and nearly 2000 pounds spent in this clinic. So after all of this, here I am, booking an appointment with a new dentist. After a year of mistake after mistake and me being constantly patient and understanding he decide he can't be bothered anymore and drop it like this. The way he spoke to me was atrocious, no doctor should be allowed to speak to a patient like that. I am currently in touch with a solicitor as I have been advised I have grounds for suing, not exactly how I wanted to spend my time but I cannot let it go, the whole experience was disgraceful. Please keep looking if you are searching for a good dentist.
