Fantastic experience: Service with a smile - mine. I visited Inus as he was the only dentist that my dentist in Kent could find who can extract and replace broken implant screws. This is obviously a very difficult procedure as the screws are so small and mine broke at the gum line on my dental bridge - nothing to get hold of. Inus managed to get both screws out and replaced them in just over an hour. Inus is a kind and considerate professional who gives confidence and is very gentle, he understands most people would prefer to be somewhere else. I have also been treated by his colleague Pieter who fitted me in at very short notice and found the same level of professionalism and expertise with him. All the staff I have met at the practice are kind and friendly Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: After 20+ years of care I continue to be delighted with the diligence of my annual periodontal reviews. My implant in 2005 remains implanted and healthy, thanks to Pieter Odentaal. The dental procedures performed by Inus Goossens over the years are still successful, with no further problems (touching wood now). Support from the dental nurse Emel is first class. The reception staff - Teresa and Irma - will always welcome me. You can rely upon them being genuinely concerned about your well-being, which is great if you're a nervous patient! Top marks from me to all at the practice, including those I have talked to whose names I don't remember.

Fantastic experience: Once again a great experience at my Dentist . Teresa on reception greets me with her usual smile and reassuring voice . She is always so accommodating , as ever she found me an appointment at a time to suit me . There are no pre dentist nerves as she keeps it calm and happy . The clinic is spotless , super clean with modern equipment . Inus is just the best dentist I have ever known . I travel a very long way to avail of his skill . He is highly qualified and well respected in his field . When I first met him 20 years ago I needed sedation just to sit in the chair . In no time at all he had me off the sedation . He explains every action , gives reasons and choice . He has saved my teeth , given me a new confidence and a smile . The nurse , is highly competent , greets you warmly and knows her patients. This was followed up and the work completed by the expert hands of Inus Goossens. I have annual follow up appointments with Inus, his patient manner has gained my trust and confidence in him. Fantastic experience: Such a lovely dental practice – I’m so grateful I found them! After some poor experiences with dentists in the past, I was quite nervous about getting back in the chair. I lost a tooth as a child and had a lot of work done around the age of 10, which left me with a bit of dental anxiety that I’ve tried my best to manage as an adult. But honestly, coming to Goossens & Odendaal has been a bit of a dream. I was recommended to come here by their lovely, bubbly manager Theresa – and she was absolutely right. Every single staff member I’ve met (around six so far) has been so kind, warm, and welcoming. There’s a genuinely lovely energy here that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Inus has treated me each time, including today, and I can’t praise him enough. He’s gentle, reassuring, and explains everything so clearly. The treatment has been fantastic, and I’ve felt truly cared for throughout. This was my third visit, and I already feel more confident and less anxious than I ever expected to. If you’re nervous about the dentist or have had bad experiences in the past, I can’t recommend this place enough. They’ve honestly changed how I feel about dental visits—and that’s saying a lot!

Fantastic experience: I have been looked after by Inus, Pieter, Theresa and the gang for 19 years now. Initially I attended their surgery in Romford after a local dentist could not solve a root canal issue. Hence to say the team sorted the problem and have taken great care of me ever since.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental practice. The staff are all so helpful, friendly and kind. I’ve been a client for about 9 years and I am so impressed with how Inus Goossens has transformed my teeth. Although I moved to Swansea 6 years ago I still travel to Emerson Park yearly for a check up and to see the hygienist. That’s how good they are! When I phone to make an appointment Teresa instantly knows who I am, fantastic customer service.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for 15 years (not location but Inus as a specialist) and cannot fault the place. Ultra friendly service from Teresa always makes me feel welcome, and sensible prices. I use the hygienist when possible too as a bolt on to my appointment as I live quite far away, but I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Clean, polite and everything you would want - going to the dentist shouldn’t be this much of a pleasure!

The clinic is immaculately clean and Theresa on reception is always so welcoming and accommodating with appointment times. I really wasn’t looking forward to this surgery which I commenced last year. However after seeing a couple of periodontal specialists I felt the most confident with Pieter. He really is the most professional and considerate surgeon. He explained the course of treatment thoroughly and reassured me so much. Pieter was assisted by Emel, who is so kind and gentle and they both put me at such ease. Fantastic experience: Five stars is just not enough. I was introduced to Goossens & Odendaal when my original dentist failed to repair a crown. After seeing Inus who gave my teeth/mouth a complete once over, he found there was a lot of work that needed doing. Needless to say I was terrified. I was put completely at ease by both Inus and Pieter who both worked on my teeth and both were the absolute top specialists in their field. I had to have 5 Implants a Root Canal and Crown and a Bridge. The whole treatment took around a year and I can honestly say that there was absolutely no need for me to worry. I never felt a thing during the whole treatment. Teresa on Reception was always very professional when dealing with me and very reassuring and kind. Wish all receptionists were like her - thank you Teresa. I must also make mention of both the Dental Nurses, Irma and Emel. Both again highly qualified, friendly and a credit to Inus and Pieter. I can highly recommend this practice. It has all the elements one could wish for in a Dental Practice, Professionalism, Quality in everything that they do, Reassuring, Friendly and all very highly qualified in their respective positions within the practice. Fantastic experience: What can I say? They make you actually look forward to going to the dentist! All the staff are friendly and professional (from the receptionist, to the hygienist and the dentist). They have the equipment and skills to make you feel confident about the work they are undertaking and everything is carefully explained. I wish I had used this practice years ago as I feel that my dental health would have been immeasurably better had I done so. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Service with a smile at Share a smile ! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you are first met at reception by Teresa, always bubbly and happy to see you, then Inus my dentist, always greets you with a nice big smile, his professionalism and expertise imo is second to none, I first came to Goosens & Odendal in 2018 after my regular NHS dentist said I needed specialist treatment if I wanted the tooth saved, my only other option he said was to have the tooth removed as he did not have the facility or the expertise to save the tooth. Enter Inus, not only did he save the tooth but I haven’t looked back, indeed I have been going to Goosens & Odendale ever since, but more importantly I had a serious accident in 2019 where I broke six of my teeth, Inus once again repaired and saved all of the broken teeth, performing root canal on one that had more or less spit in half. Not forgetting last but not least Cara the hygienist, very professional and thorough, always greets you politely and with a smile, she has done an amazing job in keeping my teeth clean and always gives tips and hints on how to keep my teeth in tip too condition going forward. I cannot recommend this dental practice any higher and indeed I have not only recommended the practice to friends but also my wife who has switched to Goosens & Odendale as well, also a neighbour friend of mine who has also switched, plus he in turn recommended the practice to a friend of his who has also switched. Great reception, great 5 star service every time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic dentist with amazing customer service. The receptionist Theresa is an absolute delight, polite & understanding. All the staff acknowledge you if you are in the reception area, keep you updated and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. It is always clean and well looked after. Almarie Coetzee has been great at looking after my 7 year old who has had trauma from an overbite.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would! After having so many issues with one of my teeth, having numerous different opinions I was advised to visit here. I wish I had found this place earlier. The dentist Inus each time I have met with him, he’s so professional, honest, explains everything and makes me feel confident having dentistry work done by him.
