Fantastic experience: After not being able to see an NHS dentist for many years and eventually building a nervousness to get anything sorted out, I was finally able to become a patient here when a new dentist, Adib Chowdhury joined their team. My first check-up indicated 4 fillings needed and I have just come back from the 3rd with the 4th booked in. Adib and his assistant were welcoming, informative and have been happy to answer questions from my very inquisitive mind! I'm so happy that I've become a patient here - makes me feel better knowing I've now got a top notch dental clinic behind me, helping me keep the ol' chompers up to scratch! :D

Fantastic experience: Dr Alaa Al Dadaa is a superb implantologist and has undertaken two implants for me over the last three years. He and his team deliver the highest quality care with kindness and empathy as well as clinical excellence. I had been advised to be seen if I experienced any discomfort, and after some gum pain was given a timely appointment today at which I had a thorough examination and was reassured that all is well. I have rarely experienced such skill and expertise coupled with such warmth and kindness.

The place is absolutely massive, modern, and filled with brand-new facilities that make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Fantastic experience: I've hated dentists all my life and am absolutely terrified. Saw Carlota Plass and she is just unbelievable, so reassuring, kind and gentle. I never leave reviews either but felt I had to praise her and the practice in general. Receptionists are all lovely as well.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say how pleased I was with Dr Trung Hoang Le and his assisting Nurse during my appointment on Saturday afternoon. They provided the highest level of care and really put me at ease. He explained everything to me and the cost before the work was carried out. He demonstrated such skill during my procedure and my mouth is all the better for it. This Dentist is an asset to this practice.

The Invisalign treatment itself was very good and quickly it became part of my natural daily routine. Fantastic experience: Prior to the opening of your new practice in Wimborne, my wife and I visited your old premises in Mill Lane. We were both given nhs appointments for check ups at the new premises. We both attended for check ups and I was given a very thorough and detailed examination by Kimia Anvaripour assisted by her nurse Tanisha. I had a number of xrays and was given a treatment plan which resulted in the rebuilding of 2 teeth with fillings, 2 extractions, an addition to my upper denture and the provision of a new lower denture. This meant I had a total of 9 visits and the total cost was the maximum for nhs treatment of £326.70. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and great attention to detail by all concerned, all procedures were completely pain free. I now have a virtually full set of teeth for the first time in over 40 years. I would not hesitate to encourage everyone who needs dental treatment to contact mydentist. Following the official opening by the Mayor of Wimborne it was disappointing to see posts on the Wimborne Minster Views & News facebook page from a number of the usual suspects, basically rubbishing the service mydentist would be offering, I posted details of my treatment in the hope that the critics would accept it, but not entirely successful.

Fantastic experience: Since registering with my dentist recently, I have had a couple of appointments with Elena. Having not seen a dentist for around three years, I was quite nervous ahead of my first appointment. However, Elena immediately made me feel at ease with her warm and personable approach. She is very diligent and I am delighted to have her as my dentist. Please do pass on my thanks to Elena and the rest of the team for providing such an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at Mydentist and saw Rafaella, she was absolutely lovely and put me at ease immediately, I'm usually very nervous about dentist visits and would ordinarily be very worried if I needed anything done, but I felt totally relaxed and safe in her hands. The practice has a beautiful calming atmosphere and all the staff seemed very professional and warm. From someone that doesn't like dentists I'm genuinely very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Elena for dental treatment for the last year, she is an amazing dentist and so kind and patient. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work and have been having fillings under sedation for the last few years. However, my last filling I was able to have without any sedation thanks to the calm approach Elena has. Best dentist I've ever had. She also managed to get my SEN child to have a checkup today and even have a bit of high fluoride gel on his tooth which he would NEVER have had before. Thank you so much Elena.

Fantastic experience: My first treatment at My Dentist yesterday. I had two large fillings by Soheil Esfahanian. I am a terrible patient with chronic dental phobia. Soheil was very patient with me in spite of my fidgeting. The procedure was completely pain free. It’s a nice clean, cool, relaxing modern environment and all the staff were very friendly. Made a difficult day easier for me. Thank you. My only disappointment is that there is is no Denplan type plan available.

Fantastic experience: Entering the building to a very spacious reception and waiting area. I need not worry on my mobility scooter, as plenty of room and the dentist came out to take me to a ground floor room for the treatment. The kind helpful staff were there at all times. After my teeth had been carefully checked, I returned to reception and paid. Even the toilets were spacious. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

Negative experience: Shocking practice, was referred here on the NHS for emergency dental treatment only to be told I would have to pay privately. This despite them being a NHS practice. Eventually forked out £50 upfront for a consultation, to then be chased days later by someone to confirm my appointment a second time. If I’ve already paid £50, why on earth would I need to confirm again? The practice staff seem to be chasing every last penny out of you, even when you’ve paid up front, they’re already sizing up how much money they can extract down the line. The back room and reception staff are sub standard to say the least, and go on the offensive when anyone holds them accountable. Was told that I wouldn’t be a good patient as I don’t “trust” in their practice (another manipulation tactic from the staff there).

Positive experience: Friendly and competent people. Excellent new facilities in the building. A bit more 'clinical' than the old site. What was disappointing was the lack of disabled facilities: * only one disabled parking place * only one dropped kerb, which was easily blocked by parked cars * no button to press to open the large and heavy front door * no lift available, so you have to remember to confirm a ground floor treatment room for every appointment (may be automatic, but staff don't mention it).

Fantastic experience: Have previously had a very bad experience when seeing a hygienist, so was incredibly anxious about visiting My Dentist in Wimborne however Georgia was incredible. She made me feel at ease from the outset, talking to me, reassuring me and actually taking the time to listen. I can honestly say I felt no pain at all and would highly recommend visiting her if you need a hygienist. Thank you Georgia, you have restored my faith xx

Fantastic experience: My visit to this dentist was a very good experience. Their new offices is much better placed. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I think all the assistants and receptionist all know me now. I would highly recommend this company. They have really looked after me. Made me feel comfortable even though I had a serious small surgery by dememetouis. I got through it all and I will be returning to complete the treatment and future check ups. Thank you so much.

He has a calm and friendly manner that puts both adults and kids at ease—something that’s not always easy to find in a dental office. His clinic is clean, modern, and well-run, with a team that’s courteous, efficient, and responsive. Whether it’s been preventive care, emergency visits, or just regular checkups, the level of care we’ve received has consistently been excellent. It’s clear that Dr. Esfahanian is not only highly skilled, but also truly committed to his patients’ well-being.

Fantastic experience: Dr Soheil is fantastic. I consider myself very lucky our paths crossed. I have met him first time for must be over a year (maybe two? Time flies). His passion for dentistry and confidence shine through - with years++ of experience, and immense knowledge I feel I am in good hands. Always makes me feel that he is there for me, ensuring all my questions are answered. Recently I had to have my filling replaced (as well as repair a composite build) - Dr Soheil was very gentle and up to detail; all done promptly, and I'm more than happy with the result. He ensured that I was comfortable at all times too. And last but not least: Dr Soheil is more than a great dentist - he is a very kind human too, who treated me as an equal, listened to me and my teeth worries, made time to explain things as well as treatment options, making sure I made informed choice with his expert advice. Thank you Dr Soheil I also wanted to add that Verity and Lilia who were assisting Dr Soheil were great, instantly made me feel at ease and ensured things were carried out efficiently and in a pleasant atmosphere. Fantastic experience: Absolutely marvellous! The surgery was easy to find.,loads of easy parking. The reception was modern , bright and welcoming. The receptionist was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I was seen on time. Fantastic experience: It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Amir Sharifi and colleagues for Dental Implant treatment at Wimborne mydentist. At Reception I was warmly welcomed in a polite and friendly manner by Carly, which really helped me to relax and my apprehension started to diminish. In the treatment room Amir and dental nurses Abraham and Nina greeted me pleasantly and Amir gave a clear explanation of how he would proceed. His assessment was very thorough, including X-rays and photographs and subsequently relayed his findings and my treatment options. Amir also readily gave further clarification in answer to my invited questions, thereby helping me to make my decision. My chosen plan involved different treatment appointments spanning required intervals, set out by Amir and Carly helped to ensure the smooth running of this schedule. Throughout this whole process I remained comfortable and confident with Amir’s pleasant, professional approach and the amiable, caring manner of Abraham and Nina in their assisting roles. It was also nice to engage in friendly snatches of conversation with all three. Carly was extremely diligent in her administrative role and her friendly, caring manner always gave me a boost. It is with a great sense of relief and a beaming smile that I say a big THANK YOU!!

Fantastic experience: I've been fortunate to enjoy a life without incident when it comes to my dental health. However over the last 2 months - I've endured some of the worst pain I have ever experienced - due to developing an infection in one of my molars. After a horrific experience going through 111 - I registered with mydentist in Tuckton in the hopes that I could get it sorted and be rid of the discomfort. I was referred to Dimitrios in the Wimborne branch, whom over the last few weeks was able to determine that I had cracked the tooth - and it was likely the infection was caused by bacteria entering through the crack. I was recommended a root canal procedure - and Dimitrios and his team couldn't have been more compassionate and comforting throughout the entire process. They were so caring and professional every step of the way, that despite it being a very emotional and difficult procedure to endure - I felt complete confidence in their abilities. You know where your money is going. I wouldn't wish the pain I endured on my worst enemy - and I cannot thank Dimitrios and his team enough for helping me get through this.

Dentist was very polite and explained all the procedures that he carried out clearly and concisely. He managed to ease my worries and made the visit almost pleasurable, not many of us enjoy dental visits. Fantastic experience: Sammie and Sophie came to our Nursery today and they were brilliant! We all know that keep the attention of 3 years old is not easy and they made it so fun for all of them. It was great to see the children engaging so well and we are delight to be able to work with them in the future. Their activities they deliverer were age appropiate and helpful to teach in an early stage the importance of tooth brushing.

Negative experience: Not very informative, they’ve all gone private now. My mum went in with a 111 referral and she came out with toothpaste and telling her that they don’t do nhs but didn’t offer any other service, she was in so much pain. I’m private with them and honestly going somewhere else as they don’t care about the customers they just care about the money…

Whenever I looked at photos, all I could focus on was my smile, especially as the crowding and twisting worsened in recent years. Fantastic experience: I've had a positive experience at my appointment today. It was the first time seeing a hygienist at this practice. From previous visits somewhere else I was expecting quite a bit of discomfort during the procedure. However, I had no discomfort at all and I still find it hard to believe that there can be a hygienist appointment with no pain at all. Nicola was my hygienist today and she was very gentle, thorough and patient. Everybody else I've met today or on previous visits here, have always been professional, welcoming and helpful. Fantastic experience: I am Graham Rabone, not Jayne, but for some reason, my phone thinks I'm Jayne. Anyway I have had crowns for about 40 years, and thought it was about time I got them replaced, ( you'll sef why) Solly ( Soleim Esfahanian) and Lilia have improved my smile no end...and with very little pain. In fact today's fitting was performed without anaesthetic ( much to my trepidation). So pleased I took the plunge and got them sorted ( just the rest of the face now!)

Fantastic experience: I've always had a very positive experience at mydentist. All the staff are cheerful, helpful, and do an excellent job. On a couple of occasions when I've been a bit anxious about a procedure, the staff have been very patient and reassuring, I never feel rushed.

Fantastic experience: I had cracked a tooth at the weekend and had to call 111, who got me an appointment the next day at My Dentist in Wimbone, I had to have my old filling out and tooth remoulded, I was very nervous but Dr Alexandru and the lady dental nurse were so nice, caring and professional at sorting my issue out. Prices were very reasonable also. I am pleasantly surprised, Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: After many years of lack of confidence and ‘dentist’ nerves, i finally decided to take action as my teeth were constantly painful & unsightly. So my journey began.. i contact Dr Soheil Esfahanian from My Dentist, Wimborne and it’s true to say without exaggeration he is the nicest, kindest and understanding dentist i have ever been to. Soheil took the time to go over procedures with me and settle my nerves instantly, all in all in just two weeks my ‘smile’ and teeth were transformed. I cannot possibly express my gratitude to Soheil and his wonderful assistant Liliana who ensured my visit was completely pain free, and transformative. I fully recommend that anyone with doubts or worries look at my pictures below to see the difference Dr Soheil Esfahanian made to my smile in just two weeks. Thank you so very much Soheil for restoring my confidence and for your amazing care. Outstanding Dentist and loveliest guy.

Negative experience: Not very good at all. While my daughter was under 18 and an NHS patient here the dentist knew there was an issue with one of her teeth and simply kicked the can down the road until she was old enough to boot from their list, saying she would “probably need a root canal at some point”, without actually doing anything about it. She is now having to have a specialist root canal and the new dentist has said this is the worst infection he’s ever seen. The bill is expected to come in around £2,000 once all is finished. I note the otherwise good reviews, but this is my experience. If you have deep pockets then I’m sure this dentist will take very good care of you. However, my opinion is she fell below the bare minimum in terms of care for my daughter. Probably because there wasn’t enough profit in the job. Good luck.

Fantastic experience: We were lucky enough to have Sammie and Sophie visit our children today. They bought along a presentation, props and a cute teddy that helped engage the children. All the children really enjoyed the experience and took on board the healthy and unhealthy foods part of the presentation and are still talking about it now. The children were able to participate by practicing brushing and playing a game. They even bought stickers which are a huge hit with our children they all cannot wait to show their parents. I can highly recommend Sammie and Sophie, it was really lovely experience :)

Fantastic experience: Today I had the pleasure of meeting Zelal at My Dentis Wimborne. Zelal made me feel comfortable and relaxed whilst I underwent treatment for 2 different types of filling. Fantastic experience: I am a dental phobic who resists visits to the dentist. However I have found a great dentist in Soheil. He is gentle, reassuring and explains everything he is going. I can even search for Wally on the ceiling as I don't have my eyes screwed shut!!

Fantastic experience: Leo was very professional and caring and also very good at his job, the receptionist team are also very good at their jobs and kind. Great team they have there and would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: The dentists are superb and cannot be faulted very very understanding and do an amazing job to ensure you are comfortable and out of pain. However reception isn’t at its best twice I have called to get an emergency crying in agonising pain and twice now I have been told to look elsewhere to get booked in. I then get a phone call 3 days later saying they can see me after telling me to go to another dentist. I have a fear of dentists so granted I don’t go as often as I should but whoever I spoke with was not interested in helping whatsoever it’s a shame.

Fantastic experience: I have a real fear of dentists but recognise the need to visit. I cannot recommend Nicola Willets enough! Her calm and empathetic nature means that whilst I will never rush to my hygienist appointment, I can attend knowing that my concerns are listened to and taken into account in deciding how my treatment is administered. Thank you Nicola, for making a nervous wreck, much less so.
