Fantastic experience: I recently had composite bonding done by Rishi and I’m so happy with how it looks. The results are very natural and exactly what I was hoping for. Rishi was professional, friendly, and really accommodating with fitting my appointments around my work schedule, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend him and Vogue to anyone looking for great dental care.

Fantastic experience: My dentist recommended that I see the hygienist. I met Yasmin who was lovely, kind and professional, she gave me some wonderful tips on how to keep up my oral hygiene, the first time my gums did hurt, but on my second visit following all the advice from Yasmin they didn’t hurt as much. Yasmins assistant Kelsey was just as friendly, kind and professional. My mouth feels so much better. I highly recommend booking an appointment with vogue dentist.

Negative experience: I used to appreciate the service but lastly, every appointment I had needed to to be changed to another date just one week before because the dentist decided to go on holiday. And the last one was changed as usual, so I made some effort to suit to the availability. But when I arrived at exactly 9:00, I was told the dentist is blocked in some traffic. The assistant role me he was about to call me (to call after 9:00 for an appointment at 9:00) So I needed to reorganise again my day.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad Vogue and Rish were recommended to me by a colleague. Ive spent a fortune on my teeth over the years, going through the Invisalign process at an expensive London dentist, but was never happy with any of it. I was about to spend £10k going to Turkey for treatment when I saw how great a colleague's teeth were. I (rather rudely) asked if they were hers as they looked so natural and she openly confirmed they were not, that she had them honed at Vogue. So off I trotted to meet Rish. A few months and several pain free sessions later, I am happy with my teeth for the first time in my life. Rish is a magician, and more than that, is such a nice guy. He explains every minute thing in detail but we have fun whilst he does it. I am so thrilled I made the decision to go with Vogue and Rish, and would highly recommend that if you don't like your teeth, you should go see him too. Thanks Rish Dom

Negative experience: Our experience at this dental practice as NHS patients was very disappointing. It felt like there was little care or attention given once they knew we weren’t private clients. My wife had booked an appointment for both a tooth extraction and hygiene (scaling). While the extraction was done, the hygiene was completely overlooked. Only when we asked about it afterward did the dentist say, “Oh yes, we can do it now,” and quickly rushed through it in about a minute. It felt more like a checkbox exercise than a proper treatment. In a previous visit, when we inquired about a root canal, we were told, “We don’t have good equipment for that here, but I can refer you to a good private practice.” It left us with the impression that NHS patients aren’t a priority, and the focus was more on pushing private care than providing equal quality treatment. We understand there are limits with NHS resources, but patients still deserve thorough, respectful, and honest care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just been for an appointment with a hygienist at Vogue Dental Care. Her name was Yasmin. She was very thorough, informative and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend her and Vogue Dental Care in general. An all together very good experience. I’m a happy customer for sure.

I couldn’t be happier with my teeth, Rhishi has transformed my smile through Invisalign and whitening, he is always so welcoming and shows a lot of care in his work! Fantastic experience: Been a patient of Rhishi’s for over 3 years now and the service and aftercare has been first class I first heard of Rhishi and his amazing work from a family member who had Rishi’s composite bonding and it looked so good that I wanted to see what he could offer me. After a detailed consultation and first visit to the clinic I decided to go ahead with the composite bonding too. Over three years since my composite bonding and I’m still so happy I invested in Rhishi and his team! The results blew me away, completely transformed my smile! I was so happy with the support throughout the procedure, the results and the aftercare from the entire process I even got my old mum to take the leap earlier this year! My aunt is now thinking about it too! Look after your composite bonding, clean your teeth regularly, use mouthwash and whitening to get rid of any potential stains and floss thoroughly and don’t forget to wear the mouth guard at night and your composite bonding will last a long time! The best part is the procedure is non invasive and the prep work to the teeth is minimal! I was worried as I’m a big ☕️ coffee drinker and chew gum a lot - look after them and they will look after you! 3 years on and on my checkup with Rhishi I have no staining or damage whatsoever I wouldn’t want to go or see anyone-else now! First class customer service from a top bloke! Highly recommended! trust the process ✌️

Fantastic experience: I completed my clear aligner treatment with Dr. Rahman, and I cannot praise her enough. The results I wanted should have only been possible through complex orthodontic work, but Dr. Rahman dedicated a huge amount of time and effort to devise a tailored clear aligner plan that perfectly worked for me. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming dental surgery, I could not recommend her more! Thanks to Dr Rahman for working her magic and for her dedication in fixing (what should have been) the unfixable. The results are incredible and have completely transformed my smile!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sheikh T. I am a really nervous patient as I’d had an unfortunate experience whilst pregnant at a dentist. Sheikh was an absolute professional and gentleman, talking calmly to me throughout and checking I was ok constantly. When you’re nervous about going to the dentist, this makes it bearable and I felt in safe hands. He gave me the option for numbing which made me feel in control of my care too, thank you so much. The kindest ladies on reception who are always so understanding (Jane and Suzanne most recently in fitting me in and sorting up a mix up with my appointments) super friendly and accommodating which Makes such a big difference! Negative experience: Strange business model. If you are a private patient and want a hygiene appointment, expect to wait 5-6 weeks for an available appointment. They have only one hygienist and she only works a few days a week. Looked elsewhere at places in Harpenden expecting maybe a 1 week wait, but can actually get an appointment in 1-3 days max! And for the same price! Goodbye Vogue dental Update to reply: Your response further re-iterates your unusual business model. You are building a business relying on one member of staff to forever provide all hygienist duties, due to fear that someone else couldn't do a job to the same standard. What happens when this hygeiniest decides to move on to another clinic or do dentistry on her own? Then you are left with no hygienist, and will be rushing to find a replacement... no doubt leaving you with a lot of angry customers and a standard far worse than if you had a second hygienist you know could maintain the clients.

Fantastic experience: DR Tahmina Rahman has been exceptional on my journey to a better smile. I had been wanting to correct my teeth for a long time however, was not sure on the route to take. Dr Tahmina took me through the process of using a clear aligner treatment to straighten my teeth. I was shown what my teeth would like. Before and after pictures were taken. To perfect to look she used composite bonding and whitening treatment. I’m really happy with the results and much more confident thanks to her and her professional approach.

Fantastic experience: Dr K H Katechia is amazing. I’ve received a very detailed check up and a treatment plan listing all costs end to end. No pain, always professional, no delays or cancellations and you even get to learn what's happening step by step throughout the treatment. They are very flexible and I have been offered early morning or late evening appointments to fit my schedule. Would recommend and come back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kinneri was recommended to me by a friend and she didn't disappoint! I have a TMJ issue and thought of getting Botox injections for a long time. With a such a condition I didn't want to get it done by a regular beautician and found that Dr Kinneri is extremely professional, confident and kind. I was made comfortable and the procedure went well. I am two weeks in and am pleased with the results. The muscles are soft/weak and I don't have to take painkillers anymore. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had masseter botox treatment to aid my tmd with Doctor Kinneri and it has been amazing. She was lovely, skilled and professional and the treatment has been effective at reducing muscle tension and pain around my jaw, which anybody with this disorder will know is a godsend. It is quite costly (however would be the same price or more at other locations) but for me it has been worth the money. I have also been going to the dentist here for years and all the staff are kind and great at their jobs. Would strongly recommend this place.

Negative experience: I have been a patient with Vogue since 2021 after choosing this dental practice to start my Invisalign journey. Unfortunately, over the duration of the treatment I had a few not so good experiences with Dr Kinniri and team. First experience was I received incorrect information from Dr Kinniri’s assistant relating to Invisalign regime. When I brought it up to discuss this further it was denied that information was told. I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism in this situation. As a private patient, if you are paying great amounts for treatment you expect the service to be competent and expert in this field and the information they provide for their patients should be evidence based. However, my recent visit to the dental practice has led me to write this review. On many occasions I have arrived into the dental practice for a scheduled appointment and never been seen at my scheduled time because Dr Kinneri is running late. On multiple occasions, I had to wait past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Recently, I was running late and I called the reception to inform them I am on my way however, I am running slightly late and will be there as soon as I can. I was 5 minutes late and I was informed Dr Kinneri does not want to see me because I was late and she has taken on the next client. I was shocked at the fact, that I have taken time out from my working day, paid for a taxi to get here only to be told I will not be seen despite calling and updating reception before hand. If that was the case the reception could have told me that information over the phone. However, as I was present at the practice, I was made to feel I was at fault. I found it very rude of them brush me off due to being slightly late. It’s acceptable for Dr Kinneri not to see me on time on my scheduled appointments on many occasions but it’s not acceptable for me to be late by 5 minutes. They do not put patients first, they did not negotiate to make matters better. I verbally informed the dental practice I will not be visiting them again in the future.

Negative experience: Over 20 years a patient and since they reopened after covid constantly looking for an excuse to remove me from there books saying that I had missed appointments when I hadn't either I or they had rescheduled. Twice they put me back on as they realised there error. The third time I'm not going to bother. Vogue has got worse over the years since it expanded

Negative experience: If you read another review it’s clearly a reoccurring problem with this clinic. Seems to be that if you’re a parent I wouldn’t bother booking here. I had a consultation booked in last July, I didn’t make this appt as my daughter was poorly (she was 1) I then booked an appt for September but had to cancel this and did so due to work commitments and childcare and explained I will book in the new year as My work commitments died down after January. I spoke to the dentist today and they made me aware I had missed two appts (without cancelling apparently) so I call to enquire this information as it was not correct and the receptionist actually was so unbelievably rude and hung up the phone. You’ve lost out on thousands of pounds due to incompetence of your receptionist. I will be going with a more reputable company (Ruhdental) where I have paid £150 consultation fee and have a much better structure with their booking system and also the staff are a hell of a lot more friendly. I would either recommend new training for your receptionists as they are the face of your brand and they are currently losing out on customers. I would have been happy to pay the fee with yourselves but after being hung up on I took my custom elsewhere. I have put in a complaint also.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing practice - cannot recommend highly enough. I moved to this practice after a nightmare problem with a tooth extraction elsewhere and they have been fantastic ever since. I completely trust both the dentist and the hygienist. The fees are very reasonable and everyone is super friendly and helpful including the receptionists and the assistants. The decor is relaxing and interesting too which helps pass away a few minutes before appointments - I have never had to wait very long here, which is also fantastic. Communication is also excellent with any dental issues thoroughly discussed and the option to come back with more questions if one needs to. My teeth, staining and gum disease have all improved massively since being treated here, which is awesome. All in all 10 out of 10 and wish I had discovered them years ago!

Negative experience: I and my four children both attend here, have been since I was a child. The way I was spoken to today in front of the reception was not okay. I have missed an appointment in the past due to being 5 minutes late which was my fault. Then due to my children I’ve had to change other appointments due to kids sickness and covid, to say today I can not attend because I am missing my next appointment due to getting a new job and working is not okay. Downgraded me in the reception, rather then doing it in the dental room. Even one of your members of staff said that was harsh, I would never book here again. You cannot speak to patients or people like that.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had various dental work over the last 5 years (incl bonding and whitening) at Vogue Dental with amazing results. I travel here from London and won’t go anywhere else! Dr Kinneri is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and has an incredible attention to detail. Definitely the best dentist I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: I have always had really positive experiences with Vogue however, seeing Dr. Kinneri for Asthetics is definitely a highlight. I couldn’t recommend anybody more and trust her implicitly. Each time I have visited she completely puts me at ease and advises on the best treatment for myself and I have always been over the moon with the results.

Negative experience: Rude and demeaning, avoid at all cost unless you want to be insulted and treated like garbage. Not sure if they’re rude to everyone or just people who look a certain way! My mum had an appointment, she was in a lot of pain and was sent away after being scolded at and humiliated. The receptionist had confirmed her appointment for the 7th via the phone and when she turned up on the 7th she was shouted at, embarrassed infront of everyone. Told that her appointment was on the 6th and she didn’t show up and they would remove her and not treat her. We checked messages and they had made an error, they confirmed the 7th but the sent a message saying her appointment for the 6th was cancelled. We tried to make another appointment and the receptionist hang up the phone saying nothing was available until March. She’s been in pain for the last month and they are literally the worst people. Not sure if my mother has been demeaned and humiliated due to the way she looks or if they are just a nasty bunch of people without an ounce of professionalism or integrity. Don’t deserve the jobs they have. Wish you nothing but failure.

Fantastic experience: I was having a root canal at the dentist with Tanvee Shah. I had a really bad experience previously with a different dentist having a root canal, I left in excruciating pain. Tanvee made the whole experience pain free as well as easing my nerves. I cannot recommend the dentist enough. Its clean, friendly and most of all professional.

Fantastic experience: I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist and hadn't been here for some time. I had a broken tooth and was thinking the worst case scenario. Dr Kinneri Sanghvi explained to me the detailed condition of that tooth and what had to be done. She creates a calm and quite light atmosphere whilst explaining the whole condition of my mouth. I have since had the work done and have never been treated so well with the utmost professionalism and care. Again it was well explained by Dr Sanghvi all the possibilities and from being a nervous patient I now look forward to going back in six months for a routine check up. Also thank you to Dana the lovely assistant. With the careful manner they both used it was nice to be treated as a person not just another patient. Update 10-05-21 : still going to the best dentist I've ever had in my nearly 50 Years on this planet. Dr Kinneri has just done the most amazing job on one of my teeth, a broken and deeply decayed one at that. The fact she managed to save it considering the condition is remarkable. A few visits and even calls to check on progress/symptoms along with a very delicate, precise touch I now have a strong tooth again which also looks better than it ever did. I feel privileged to be getting Harley Street professionalism on an nhs price. No doubt she'll have her own practice one day, which would be the only reason I'd ever consider leaving Vogue - to follow. But until then I'm kind of looking forward to my next visit, which is a first for me. Maybe her expertise has cured my nerves too and the happy atmosphere of the whole place helps too.

Negative experience: Not happy with the receptionist, she sounded very miserable and wasn’t helpful at all! I have been to this dentist on and off over the years and every time they seem very judgemental and they call themselves a nhs service. Poorly run and would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Vogue Dental for over four years now. I have always had a phobia with dentists but Kinneri Sanghvi is by far the best dentist I have ever had. She is gentle in her approach, and always makes me feel comfortable. She always explains to me in detail the treatments and any aftercare needed. She goes above and beyond to take care of my needs and is very professional and thorough with her treatments. My family and I have built a rapport with her and we always look forward to our appointments with her.

Negative experience: Was one of the best dental centres at first but now far by one of the WORST. Your only dedicated to one dentist and seems like most of the time the dentists are leaving! I was in desperate need for an emergency appointment and I was told to call at 8:30AM in the morning the next day and still no appointment. Rang again the next day and the receptionist told me to go to a pharmacist and buy my OWN TREATMENT KIT. I explained to the receptionist that I was suffering pain from when my filling came out and still came up with an excuse of being fully booked. I waited a few days later. I called up at 8:30AM and the line was busy and couldn’t get through to them, until I got through at 9AM. A very rude receptionist came on the phone. I explained to her the situation of the pain and how my filling came out. This receptionist said they were fully booked and to try and call again NEXT WEEK and my dentist had apparently left. It seems like when your dentist leaves, they have no care of letting you know and having to find out yourself and have to wait longer!! They now have no care that my chipped tooth could get infected eventually. Managed to get an appointment somewhere else as a new patient even though it’s June, at least I was offered a date!!!

Fantastic experience: I was treated by the lovely Dr Tanvi and her nurse Terry . They were both really great , made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed throughout the whole treatment . I’m absolutely loving my new smile .

I searched for another dentist and came across Vogue and due to their excellent reviews I called them. Im so glad I did! Fantastic experience: I initially went to see Rhishi after I decided I wanted to straighten my teeth. I had previously researched options available but still could not decided whether to opt for white braces or Invisalign. During the initial consultation, Rhishi advised me, very clearly, of pros and cons of each. I decided to go with the white braces (Quick Straight) which were in for approximately 10 months (delayed due to lockdown). I was pre-warned of everything that may feel uncomfortable and also given remedial advice to counter any discomfort/pain. What made Rhishi stand out from other dentists I have seen in the past is that he talked me through every step of the way to ensure I understood and was happy with what he was doing. Whilst I had my braces in, I travelled overseas and Rhishi even offered for me to FaceTime him if anything went wrong while away. Needless to say, it didn’t. This was service beyond imaginable and I cannot recommend Rhishi enough. I am so happy with my final result (Quick Straight + Boutique Whitening). Fantastic experience: I couldn’t possibly express how hard Dr Rishi and his team worked to finally give me my perfect smile! This was my third attempt at straightening my teeth (first time with Invisalign back in 2008, then with braces in 2011). Rishi was recommended by a friend and having visited a bunch of orthodontists in London (all of whom offered very different treatment plans and timelines), when I met Rishi - it was a no brainier (even though I knew I was committing to Luton commute from London). He spent over an hour chatting to me during my first visit and gave me all the time in the world to decide how I wanted to proceed. I finished my treatment in November 2019 (after 9 months) and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Apart from being extremely professional, I see Rishi as more of a friend who went above and beyond to ensure I got the results I wanted! It’s almost been a year since my braces came off, and Rishi and his team always make themselves available for any little tweaks that need fixing. I love these guys and I couldn’t recommend them more!
