Negative experience: Shocking customer service! I changed dentist as this was on my doorstep. Shouldn’t have bothered. Called to make an appointment and told I had been removed from the practice because of a missed appointment I had no recollection of. No notification of this, they just wait until people call to find out when they need an appointment. Shambles of a practice with stereotypical receptionist who couldn’t care less.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Ahmed Khan, Dental Therapist. He was incredibly welcoming and took the time to listen to my past dental experiences without rushing me. He offered honest, informed advice and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. He also answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, which made me feel confident and well-informed about my treatment options. His friendly, calm, and professional demeanor made the visit comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr Ahmed Khan to anyone looking for a dental therapist who truly listens, cares, and provides excellent guidance.

Fantastic experience: I had to get an emergency appointment as my tooth had broken, the receptionist was very helpful and got me in quickly. The dentist I saw was really understanding of my nervousness and explained everything to me clearly and sorted my problem. Overall, I've always had excellent care with this dentist.

Negative experience: Would rather you come in when sick than cancel appointment. Can no longer offer me more appointments because I’ve cancelled due to waking up heavily ill with flu. Surprising they’d rather me not cancel and attend anyway, says a lot I guess.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this dentist enough. As soon as I walk through the door, I’m generally greeted by Siobhan who has always been so fantastic. She makes me feel so welcome, I actually quite enjoy coming to the dentist!! My dentist is Rebecca and usually her dental assistant Claire and they are also just as fab. I have a lot of issues with my teeth and feel so at ease with them all. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I attended the dental practice today for my routine check up. On my arrival the receptionist explained my long standing dentist had left the practice , that I would be seeing a new dentist today. I felt extremely anxious receiving this information. I met "Mo",whom introduced himself to me. He made me feel at ease almost immediately, he was polite ,courteous and very reassuring. The Dental nurse Sylvia was also lovely demonstrating a warm atmosphere. This appointment was a positive experience for me and thank you Mo for elevating all my anxieties so quickly.

Siobhan & Belinda on reception were super friendly and put me at ease, and my dentist Agata (and I think another Siobhan? assisting) were very professional and informative. Agata took time to explain everything so I knew what to expect and what/why they were checking without me needing to ask. They also answered all of my questions and provided advice and recommendations that really helped. 5* experience, and already booked in for my next check-up. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this dentist practice enough. After years of waiting me and my children were taken on here last month. The receptionists are lovely. My children have all been nervous but the dentist was amazing and really put them at ease. I myself went today and had to have a tooth out. My biggest fear has always been this. And even though I was scared, shaking even cried at one point, the young man who is mine and my children's dentist was a saint. His patience and empathy goes above and beyond. And I feel so grateful to finally have someone who treats me like a human with true genuine fears. And puts them at ease. Also the lady who assisted. Held my hand and really reassured me. I havent learnt their names yet. But after today I feel so much better about going back again and continuing my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dental clinic with positive customer service and support for us nervous dental patients. I've had two appointments with Dr Rebecca Mairs now and she provides an approachable appointment and helpful information for dental care after the appointment. Nobody at the clinic tried to upsell products, so it doesn't make me feel uncomfortable in that regard. All-round good dentistry.

The receptionists are very friendly with you, always polite and smiling, the Dental surgeons themselves are exactly the same too, the whole staff in this vicinity also made my 2 year old Son feel very warm and welcome too. I have had numerous treatments and checkups over the years and have always been highly satisfied. My visit this week was with regards to a red area on my palate that I was worried about. I was offered an appointment the day after I contacted the surgery. The dentist examined me and reassured me that everything was OK. The staff are always extremely kind, polite and efficient. I can highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: You couldn't get a more down to earth staff than the girls on reception,Siohban, Gail, Paula and the rest of the staff are very helpful, polite enjoy a good sense of humour. The practice has recently just changed ownership and it has started with a strict regime so that patients know exactly what to expect from the practice depending on their own particular circumstances and situations. Very qualified dentists who seem quite knowledgeable in the latest treatments available.

Fantastic experience: This comment is in respect of Mrs Barbara Gardner who received treatment at the Dentist (Watling St Road) on Monday the 16th December 2024. The treatment was re the removal of a wisdom tooth which had previously been described as a complex extraction. However , the actual extraction was straightforward and greatly helped by the caring Dentist and assistant , also the reception staff providing support. Whilst the trauma of teeth removal is not a pleasant experience the support of everybody on the day was first class.

Fantastic experience: I’ve not been coming to the dentist for long but I’m always impressed with how clean the place is and how friendly the staff can be, especially Siobhan who we are usually greeted by on the front desk. Always nice to have someone greet you with a smile and go out of their way to be helpful for you.

One of the dental receptionists . I find her extremely helpful very friendly and always cheerful. Just what you need after 10 minutes in the dentist chair. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: As someone who isn’t overly fond of the dentist, I find the people at the surgery great. This is from the receptionist to the dentist themselves. I have had treatment carried out by Ian Walsh and Hibah Abrar and both have also made me feel at ease. I dare even say they make going to the dentist stress free , painless and almost enjoyable (as enjoyable as the dentist can be). I feel fortunate not to just have a dentist but ones who are so courteous and professional.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice after bad experiences elsewhere. The environment is very calm and welcoming. The staff all very pleasant and accommodating making sure we can have our appointments together and in half term. We saw Rebecca today and her nurse (didn't catch her name). Both were very attentive. Rebecca explained everything she did and was very good with my 10yr old. I would definitely recommend her and this practice and am grateful I am able to access an NHS dentist.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter's first time at the dentist the dentist was absolutely lovely, I had no trouble getting my daughter on as a NHS patient the receptionist Siobhan was brilliant registered my daughter over the phone and got an appointment straight away, she was very helpful and kind.
