Fantastic experience: From petrified to completely sorted. Thats right from a bad experience as a child at an NHS dentist to now with my teeth looking there best. I was suffering with decaying teeth, pain after not going to a dentist for 20 years because of a massive needle phobia and bad breath. To calling the practice and speaking to Hayley to book an appointment then seeing Dentist Gianluca and the whole practice keeping my nerves under control, they transformed my teeth helping my needle phobia and changed my mind set completely. To now looking forward to going and keeping my teeth good. This practice is one in a million. Thank. You

Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist on an emergency toothache appointment. I developed a fear of dentists due to a bad experience. I was tearful shaking, anxious. I met the dentist, his name is Gianluca. He gave me loads of reassurance and understanding, made me feel more at ease, said he would stop for a break whenever I wanted, reassured me at every step. The extraction went well and gave me some confidence back. All the staff there are lovely. Keep up the good work and I would recommend to all.

Treatment advice and fact of accommodating on such short notice is exceptional.the historic treatment in past two years is on another level having failed fillings repaired has resulted in pain free teeth not experienced for years .so a big thanks from a friendly reception to dental care on another level both dental , hygiene and receptionist's.

The warmth and kindness of everyone I encountered, especially Hayley, Lisa, Kelly, Laura, Kelly, Matt and Hayley, were incredible. Fantastic experience: As someone who is absolutely petrified of the dentist, I found myself in tears awaiting my root canal appointment. I can’t thank the receptionist team for comforting me in that moment and making me feel so seen and understood, something I’ve sadly not had before at a dentist. They managed to calm me down, making sure my dentist (Simon) and dental nurse (Donna) was aware of my worries before I went in! Simon and Donna was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so safe and the pace was set by me and not a time limit! Long Sutton dentistry has absolutely transformed my look on going to the dentist, and has honestly been the best decision I have made! I also can’t recommend my dentist Renata enough! Fantastic experience: I went in crying i came out SMILING! All of the staff cared they comforted me and made sure i was at ease, i broke my front tooth and honestly Gianluca couldnt do enough to ensure i left with a new massive bag of confidence!! He did more than i expected and have never had so many people compliment my teeth!! This practise is amazing i will NEVER go elsewhere!!

From joining the practice and getting a few treatments, every single person I have dealt with has been very understanding, kind, patient and has made me feel very welcome. Gian is the best dentist I’ve ever had, he clearly has a lot of integrity but is also very kind and has done a fantastic job on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit at the Surgery and the difference Gianluca has made is phenomenal. He's sorted out numerous issues that have built up over several years with an NHS surgery. I can't praise them enough. Geianluca's bedside manners and interest in my welfare is exceptional. Gianluca is an excellent dentist making sure you are kept comfortable and not in any pain. Holly the hygienist was also excellent along with Zoe and Donna the dental nurses. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for a few years now and arrived with problems which have been managed perfectly. Everyone is friendly and welcoming Matthew who has been my dentist since my first appointment is gentle and cares about getting issues and your regime right. Shenee who looked after my hygiene appointment for the first time this visit was gentle, friendly and knowledgeable about my issues (my original hygienist was excellent too but has moved to their Boston practice now). Shenee was perfect to take over my dental hygiene care absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend thjs practice highly enough it is 100% excellent .

Fantastic experience: Having recently joined the practice as a patient, I am very impressed with the reception and ambience before seeing my Dentist Simon who in all my years of dental treatment has the ability to make me feel both relaxed and comfortably whilst carrying out procedures. I have complete confidence and trust in this lovely caring man. The whole practice has lovely caring and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: I had my yearly appointment with Matt today. As always greeted with a friendly smile from both Matt and his dental nurse Zoe. Matt always makes me feel at home and really listens to me, even if we are not talking about my teeth!! Coming to the practice is not such a stressful experience now, the friendly receptionists are always happy to answer all questions.

Fantastic experience: My wife recommended Long Sutton Dentistry knowing that going to any dentist would be a trial for me. My last dentist in Portsmouth, many years ago, had my records marked VVV Nervous on the cover. Nothing changed until I had no choice but to visit a dentist. From the moment I went in the door I felt comfortable. Reception staff were superb. So friendly. My dentist Gianluca (call me John) Monaco was caring and understanding and along with (mostly) Kelly have seen me through months of treatment. My nervousness disappeared and today as my treatment ends I am able to say I will have no more fears of dentists. When you look at their Facebook page and 5 star reviews you can see you can join them with confidence. I will actually miss going to see them all. That’s all from me folks.

Fantastic experience: My latest visit was on 19th January. I first saw Holly for my hygiene appointment, all went smoothly, I then had an appointment with Matt and Hayley, Matt has been my dentist since I became a patient there and has always explained what my treatment would entail and given alternative treatments if there are any. Hayley is cheerful and friendly, and explains everything clearly. I would also like to say that the reception staff are all very polite and friendly. I have been a patient here for a few years now and would not think of going anywhere else.

Certainly leaving me less nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Gianluca, my dentist, is friendly, explains what is going on, does a good job and is efficient but not rushed, as well as making for a relaxing environment. The nurses are helpful, my hygienist was super good and the smiling reception staff are the best in customer service I have come across. A really nice place to come and have your teeth looked after.

Fantastic experience: Having had really bad experiences in the past and not being to a dentist for about 10 years, in my first visit to Long Sutton Dentistry, I met Matthew and have never looked back, he is amazing and always puts me at ease. He had to take a tooth out and I didn't feel a thing. I had never seen a hygienist before so was nervous but Holly put me at ease and looks after me. The ladies on reception are so lovely and welcoming, I wouldn't go anywhere else .

Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined Long Sutton Dentistry several years ago because we had become dissatisfied with our previous Dentist when they had sold the practice and the level of service went down dramatically. We were delighted when we transferred to LSD. The ‘girls’ on reception were very friendly on the telephone and also face to face. We were immediately put at ease. Upon seeing the dentist we were again delighted, he was the very same dentist that treated us previously. All in all I would recommend LSD to anybody looking to find a new Practice.

Fantastic experience: This review follows our first visit to a private dentist having switched from our NHS provider for a variety of reasons, not least of which was prior experience with Mr Monaco. The check in was efficient and the service from said dentist was first class. I cannot comment on the hygienist service at present but the whole establishment seems well run and competent. The receptionist worked hard to accommodate my requirements for appointments going forward and the practice had telephoned me prior to this appointment to advise me of a cancellation, of which I was unable to take advantage, but appreciate the effort from the staff.
