Fantastic experience: Today, after having had to make an emergency appointment, I had an examination and x-ray with Shaun. As I am type 1 diabetic, he was particularly attentive, and went to great lengths to explain the problem, including showing me the x-ray, and discussing options, including timing of the necessary extraction. I felt I couldn't be in better hands. Many thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: This morning Shamiso Ketani performed a broken pre molar extraction on the upper left jaw. He was caring, thorough and kept a watchful eye on the stitched area due to it bleeding. Thank you for your expertise during a painless procedure. I was there nearly two hours and was also given helpful post extraction advice and sterilised pouches.

Fantastic experience: I must say all credit to all staff.had tooth ache over weekend phoned Monday morning spoke to a girl who was brilliant and was seen at 10.25 and tooth extracted I must say the dentist was brilliant nothing to much trouble and gentle was well impressed with the way she delt with it thank you all

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency Dental appointment today as my tooth abscess had flared up again prior to having the tooth removed next week. I had my appointment the same day I rang and despite my being late for my appointment due to very heavy traffic I was seen promptly and given a prescription for antibiotics

Fantastic experience: Have seen Shaun twice over the last six months. My first visit was due to a broken tooth which he was able to fix there and then without the need for another appointment. This was followed by a check up a few days ago. On both occasions I was happy with the service provided. Shaun appeared to be very competent and all the support staff were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Linda and the othet dentists have been very helpful when i had tooth sensitivity and treated the symptoms accordingly, until ultimately an abscess was detected. Appointments were made to address it and followed up with phone calls if needed.

Negative experience: Very painful treatment. After extraction given very little time to recover and ushered out.

Fantastic experience: Today I finished a year long treatment process for an implant. My dentist Matthew and all the staff at the practice were superb. I received great advice, felt very looked after, and Matt brought some welcome humour to my appointments. I'm now smiling like an idiot at everyone! Thank you all so much! :D

Negative experience: Shocking, been booked in for a ‘check up’ 3 times for the same tooth which has been causing pain, was hoping to have something, anything, to stop this constant pain this appointment, nothing got resolved and was told to just keep a dead infected tooth clean, keeping a dead tooth in can cause infection and loss of other teeth. if I know this how doesn’t a qualified dentist? Made to feel like a peasant for not going private, had to ask not to see the women again as she didn’t help and was extremely rude, I saw a different dentist this this time who was just as rude and snappy, he wasn’t happy to answer my questions and didn’t offer me anything to help with the pain just another ‘check up’ appointment! Felt very uncomfortable and not welcome at all, will not be returning.

Negative experience: Disgusting treatment. Cancels children's appointments you have been waiting months for on the day of the appointment. Absolutely wrecked my teeth thanks to not giving adequate treatment during and post covid, then I have to pay to go private somewhere else, then they remove me from their NHS books because I missed an appointment as I was desperate for treatment and had to go elsewhere! My children have not been able to see a dentist for over a year now as they either don't have a dentist or the dentist can't be bothered to show up and they cancel. I will be taking the matter further as this is disgusting treatment of patients who rely on them. Edit. Cancelled my kids appointments again. Disgusting woman on phone couldn't care less. Now complaining to NHS England.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was great, very efficient and concerned that there was no pain. The only problem was the delay in seeing him my appointment was 12:05 and I was not seen until 12:45 although I appreciate this was not the dentist’s fault

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional service

Negative experience: I have always felt I am treated as a second class citizen at this surgery because I'm not private. From the poor reception to the treatment the service is very poor, even the chairs in the waiting room are ripped and need replacing just like some of the staff. There is no other Dentists in Norfolk taking on NHS clients so I will have to continue to tolerate this surgery.

Negative experience: First appointment, I was not called in until 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. I was booked in for a check-up only. My teeth were cleaned and polished at the same time. This was done very badly, and I was charged double, even though the process took no longer than a standard check-up. My second appointment was with the dental hygeinist. This was needed quite urgently. On the morning of the appointment, I received a call to cancel and was told that I would need to wait a further 6 weeks for another appointment. Unfortunately, this particular practice appears to be taking advantage of the lack of available dentists and not providing a suitable level of service, so I would definitely avoid using them unless you are desperate.

Negative experience: Just had annual NHS dental check up. Quickest appointment ever, all of 2mins!! Mainly finger probed around my mouth, didn't check every tooth with an instrument as I've always had before. Told x-ray from last year up to date and ok. Advised to see hygienist £70 a go!! Last year I saw a lovely dentist who did thorough check up including x-ray, cleaned off some tartar, gave advice. Very different this year, unfortunately he isn't with them any more. Wasn't worth the appointment or the money paid. Then they want you to book in again for 6mths!!

Negative experience: Bad facial swelling. Deaf in my ear. Wisdom tooth gone bad in serious pain. I arrive. She uses her finger to push my wisdom tooth. I jump in pain when she touched it. Said nothing wrong healthy tooth, but here is some antibiotics. No xray. No nothing. My face looks blown up like something from a bloody circus! But tooth is healthy!!! Work that out. Her finger push was all the tools required! Why issue me with antibiotics if the tooth is fine. Why is my face swollen and ear deaf if my tooth is fine. Why am I still crying in pain if my tooth is fine. Not forgetting the £30 I paid for her finger press. Absolutely disgusting attitude from this foreign woman dentist. Blonde hair green overalls. I'm in severe pain. Now please help me before I jump off a cliff in pain due to your dentists medical negligence. I cannot take any more pain. The least you could have done is xray!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Timely emergency appointment- seen quickly with excellent outcome.

Negative experience: Shocking, how rude! I miss-read the text reminder and I arrived 12 minutes late for my first appointment/check-up. The receptionist couldn't have cared less about me but was rather concerned with the fact that they would be keeping my deposit and wouldn't be seeing me, she was happy to state that I would need to pay another deposit and re-book. Not the most impressive way to treat a genuine error and new client, I certainly will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling come out and also two more loose,called in on Monday,the girl behind the desk found me an appointment for Wednesday,so helpfull. Just returned, all three done, really pleased. The dentist and her assistant were fantastic. Best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you

Negative experience: Spoke to receptionist named Nichole, who was extremely rude and unprofessional upon answering my call. Although registered at the dentist and in need of emergency appointment was just hung up on. Very poor manner for someone working with customers.

Negative experience: Very disappointing contact with the practice as I attempted to book an emergency appointment. I called on Wednesday 13th October and was told to call at 8.30 the following morning to secure a time. This I did and after 2 further calls was allocated a time of 10.25 after giving full details of my situation. Within 5 minutes I received a curt phone call saying that the practice would not honour the appointment as they were not taking any new clients and that I should go elsewhere. It is clear that the structure of the practice is flawed and organisation is haphazard to the detriment of customers. I will regard the situation as a lucky escape from a poorly organised and uncaring administrative shambles.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service - was warned that I might have to wait up to 6 months for my treatment - tooth extraction - in the event I only had a 2 week wait. It was performed at my local dentist by a visiting hospital dental surgeon who completed the extraction quickly and efficiently.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful! the worst dental practice I have ever had the misfortune to have known. Booked an appointment with a dentist to discuss veneers, the dentist said that they didn't do veneers and I would have to see a dentist in Norwich at a cost of £120 just to get their advice. They then charged me £34 for a checkup that I didn't need. I have complained to the Sheringham Practice 3 times and no response and complained to the Together Dental head office, still no response. They are part of a large group, just interested in making money and not interested in patient care or satisfaction. On my experience don't touch them! if I could have given minus 1, I would have.

Positive experience: My appointment was on time and the staff were very conscience about keeping both myself and themselves safe from covid infection. The treatment was carried out effectively and the advice for looking after my dental hygiene was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with the greatest kindness and respect. Everything was explained to me before and while treatment was taking place which I found very comforting. I was extremely nervous however I was put completely at ease on both my visits so far.

Thorough and communicated what they were doing and why and reported back that there were no issues today though there were some options that may help my 'bite'. Never under any pressure and felt confident and comfortable with the dental service form reception to completion. Would recommend this practice without reservation to others.

Fantastic experience: First visit back to this dentist after over 2 years due to COVID lockdown. Been at this practice for over 30 years and would never want to go anywhere else. They have always looked after myself and my now grown up children superbly. Saw new temporary dentist today and he was absolutely amazing felt quite at ease and he was very thorough. From my own personal experiences with this dental surgery over so many years, I would have no hesitations in recommending them.

Positive experience: I visited today for a 6 monthly check- up for myself, and also for a first ever visit for my 2 year old son. This was my first visit since the practice had changed to Together Dental. I was impressed with the cleanliness and procedures in place to make the make the building covid- secure. The staff were also fantastic with my son and made him feel at ease whilst I received treatment and during his check-up.

Fantastic experience: After a year of not seeing a dentist because of restrictions, it was a relief to be called to book a check up. I was given a check up appointment for just 4 days later, which I thought was very good. I had a new dentist, who put me at ease, made me laugh and gave me honest advice about treatment needed. I have to go back for a filling, but was booked in for the following week. I know nhs dentists are in short supply, and I am grateful to have been a patient with this practice for around 25 years. Some staff have been there since I joined too. I recommend this practice highly.

Fantastic experience: Having received a text to make an appointment for a check up, I found the service was first class. Social distancing, face covering and the use of hand sanitiser, upon entering the surgery, is required. The chairs in the waiting areas are kept distanced from one another. Upon entering the dentist's room, the dentist and assistant were wearing PPE and the procedure went without any issue. I felt safe and comfortable at all times.

Positive experience: Receptionists friendly & helpful. Rather a long wait, but that may be due to the coronavirus restrictions. It would have been reassuring to be kept up to date on waiting times. The dentist was very professional.

NOT ANYMORE . I had an appointment today and the Dentist and his assistant were absolutely fabulous, made me feel at ease ,explained in detail my options and their outcomes and was the most thoughtful,kind and caring Dentist I have ever been to . When I arrived home my Wife thought I’d had a win on the lottery I was that happy . Brilliant

Positive experience: Nice friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. I went into my appointment at the correct time something that had never happened at my previous Dentist. I'm an NHS patient and my treatment was spot on, a check-up, x-ray and two fillings replaced all carried out efficiently across two visits and at the correct price. Very good, well pleased with the service.

With a thorough check, x-ray and clean, I left with my teeth feeling the healthiest and cleanest they have in a long time.
