Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Phil (dentist) and Lisa (dental nurse). They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my treatment. I had dental implants and I am so happy with my new smile. Ellie was superb sorting my appointments out for me and answering any queries I had. I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I have been using these for the past 3 years and have been fantastic, had alot of work done here. Since they have been took over standards have dropped dramatically. I had a hygienist appointment booked for the 18th of July , I got a phone call saying the hygienist had left so they need to move my appointment to the 3rd of September, today I got another call saying they need to move this one as the hygienist has left ?? I also had a check up booked for the 2nd of August, which I couldn't make , I rang 3 days in a row multiple times and could not get through, machine said I would get a call back , still haven't got a call back. Shame really has used to be a really good dentist, time to look for a new dentist to get the rest of the work I want doing sorted.

Negative experience: I won't be going back there, £323 for a tooth extraction and left in absolute agony, more like a bad butcher than a dentist bad butcher, one week on from the procedure and I'm still in agony, going to seek legal advice

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning both Gabby and Gemma were both welcoming and calming. I had doubts even after I had started treatment , and both gave me encouragement. I'm really glad I carried on . I can now smile with confidence, knowing I have a great set of teeth to show off ! The staff even bought my wife and I a golden anniversary rose for our 50th wedding anniversary ! Alejandra went to great lengths to ensure I didn't experience any pain and ultimately produced an excellent result . I have no hesitation in recommending Unidental and all the staff ! It’s now 4/5 years since implants , several became damaged in that time . Dentist eventually stated he would replace my teeth free of charge, hopefully these will withstand the tests of time and the pressures of eating !

Negative experience: UNETHICAL & Fake Reviews. Don’t believe the reviews, they bribe you as give a £30 discount on your second visit for writing a good one. Bribery. Also, they don’t let you change your appointment despite not receiving reminders & giving advance notice without a fine! Have reported to Google! Terrible customer service. Much better and ethical dentists around. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: I had two implants at the mall last year I’m very pleased with them. I went back for my check up on these and was greeted by Ellie who’s a lovely girl on reception Hannah came for me to see Amar the dentist. she’s very nice and works so very well hand in hand with Amar who is such a nice guy So friendly and chats with you. Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my NHS dentist as he couldn’t help me with a broken tooth and Bridge. From Bryony at reception to Mr Phil, I feel so much more confident about dental visits. They are understanding, talk in terms that you understand, offer options and give you an opportunity to decide what you want to do. Being in the chair (is what we all dread) was the best it could have been, i had sedation for the implant and all my follow ups were straight forward. There are different payment options too. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend this clinic.

Until I started in the Mall Stockport, the ladies who looked after me were Chloe, Hannah & Bryony and they made me feel so welcome and took away any nervousness I previously had. It felt like a catch up with friends rather than a routine hygienist visit, while staying very professional. I would like to note this was my second appointment with the Mall Stockport, the initial consolation was with Monica who was also amazing and very friendly. Both visits I was filled with questions on how to improve my overall health of my teeth and all questions were met with positivity and easy ways to improve my overall health and functionality of my oral hygiene. Fantastic experience: Phil and assistant Lisa were superb. I had a double implant, the initial drilling into the jaw bone was painless, I was very concerned this was going to hurt but needn't have worried. The initial fitting of the double teeth did not go to plan but Phil corrected it and I have to say the implants (I had a double gap) are superb. I cannot tell I have implants at all, the teeth feel completely normal. I highly recommend Phil and his team. They have done a superb job and I am really pleased I went ahead.

Fantastic experience: Previous to using this dentist I hadn't been to a dentist for 13 years due to bad experiences elsewhere. The Mall has completely restored my faith in the dentist! Absolutely fabulous service from The Mall. Professional and friendly and all treatments I've had have been done to a very high standard. I've also used The Mall for cosmetic whitening and can't recommend it highly enough, especially from someone who drinks red wine and black coffee!

Fantastic experience: So far so good, straight from my first visit, everybody made me feel extremely comfortable, they have been fantastic. My implant was a painless process and the temporary tooth looks great, looking forward to having my permanent one in a couple of weeks. Fantastic experience: My third visit now in the past few months, the staff are super nice and friendly, from someone who personally doesn't like the dentist experience, I will always stay private as the quality of care and comfort in service they deliver is amazing, I have also been given samples to test for an issue I have always had flossing due to overcrowded teeth which is now no longer an issue!.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended to anyone needing dental work done, the team here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take pride in the standards of their work. After my false crown finally gave up after a decade, cracking the tooth root in the process, I needed to understand my options and what choice was right for me. From the very first consultation Phil and the staff were excellent, explaining to me all options, possible risks, what to expect and how the process would work. They showed me the scans so I could see for myself what was had happened and what could be done. I chose to go for a dental implant which, given we are hopeful it will last decades for me, is actually a responsible investment to restore my smile. Although quite unsettling for me, both to actually lose a tooth and also to face an unknown surgery involving worrying phrases such as 'drill into the bone' and 'reshape the gums' Phil has seen this kind of problem many times before and his confidence in being able to make it right counts for a lot. I left the building with a timetable of my treatment and the price quoted was the one I paid, it never changed. After a few weeks of treatment I have now had the old root extracted and implant placed in one session, and recently had the permanent crown fitted after allowing a few weeks for healing. It was all done with care and consideration and I am so pleased with the result. The only time I was a little sore during the process was after the extraction, which is to be expected, but I was handed a bag of aftercare products and followed up on by the staff the day after. A week or so later I was fine. I felt nothing as the implant was set into my jawbone, and only a pinch when the permanent crown was set into the gum. Should you need dental work doing then do consider these guys, they know what they are doing and take a personal satisfaction in doing the job well.

Negative experience: The prices they quote on their website are incorrect, and they even admitted this to me. The website states implants are £1350 per tooth but upon enquiry it turns out they start from £1700 per tooth. Very poor practice which could easily lead to unsuspecting customers being taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: I am currently undergoing a treatment plan which involves several fillings and extractions, and the team at The Mall have been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and puts me at ease if I feel nervous. Every procedure is explained clearly and all the work I have done is of an extremely high standard. I have experienced no pain or issues with anything all the way through. Highly recommend this practice.

I needed to have a wisdom tooth & 1/2 of another tooth (previous dentist disaster). I was nervous but really had no need to be. Fantastic experience: From start to finish this was a pleasurable process with everyone, weather that be a quick call to Gabby to confirm bookings, through to sitting down with Gemma to build a plan of action for what was to come. I got my plan with several options of levels of dental treatment I could pick from with gentlepros and cons of each of them from Gemma and left the office feeling no pressure to sign on the dotted line so to speak. I did decide to put it on hold for a while due to some personal issues of my own however we had a revised plan to make sure I was covered.. and we began work, I've never had any issues whatsoever, although had some pain it was very very minimal and to be expected following removal of several teeth and also at the implant stage was a little painful but I had antibiotics and painkillers from the dentist with full colour instructions and the ability to ask any and questions I wanted to ask... Anyway, I met the dentist Alejandra, whose lovely as is the assistants that help her, very reassuring with her information and very open with what was being done and what ex expect and when.. The results speak for themselves I've had so many compliments on them they look incredible! I would certainly recommend anyone needing or think about treatment to go see Gemma and the team at Unidental, everything they do is amazing... A++++ Daniel

Fantastic experience: I emailed Unidental during a weekend to enquire registering with them. First thing Monday morning I received a phone call from Gabby at Unidental. We discussed registering myself and my husband with them and was keen to get booked in for a free consultation and to see the hygienist. Gabby was so helpful. She was able to book my husband in for the following morning for his consultation and treatment. I was also booked in for the same week. I couldn’t believe how fast we got an appointment and how helpful Gabby was. My husband and I have both since been in the clinic and it’s great.
