Having recently presented with an old crown which had degraded and was making me feel self conscientious, Dr Meera immediately put me at ease and over the course of two Saturday treatments I had a new tooth and a new smile and new found confidence. She is incredibly skilled at what she does and I would trust her absolutely with any future dental needs for myself and my family. In an age where customer service seems to be disappearing fast in many areas, this is a dental practice that is absolutely getting it right!

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Queensbury Dental Surgery. Just six months after getting a filling, it fell out, leaving me in constant pain. What’s worse is that I had already returned to the clinic weeks earlier to explain that the filling was sore and didn’t feel right. Instead of taking my concern seriously or properly checking the issue, they told me to do some exercises — which obviously didn’t solve anything. When the filling finally came out, I was left in even more pain, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, they tried to push me into booking multiple new appointments, clearly more interested in charging extra than actually fixing the problem. This is not the level of care or professionalism you’d expect from a dental practice. I now have to find another dentist to correct their poor work and treat the ongoing pain. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values honest, effective dental care .

The practice has robust processes in place including reminders for our appointments etc. It’s so good that our son now enjoys coming to the dentist, and trying to impress the dentist with his dental practices which they helped to instill in him. Negative experience: Will not take NHS patient, or you have to as a member private other you won’t be seen. Very money oriented more than patient care. Terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: Received brilliant treatment here, as I have for the last 24 years. Dr Arunthana and Dr Meera do an excellent job of taking care of me. The practice has great Covid-safety features, to make sure that everyone that enters the practice is safe. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with my experience with your dentist. I went in as an emergency as I was in a bit of pain. Had my xrays done. Was informed I have two options, root canal to save the tooth or extraction. I chose root canal, only to be told they can only do it privately. I asked about the extraction and was told it can only be done privately. I am and NHS patient, why are you charging me to go private? It's not my problem dentistry is underfunded but you cannot make patients go private and pay extortionate fees!!! Never again!

The initial assessment and the removal of wisdom tooth was extremely thorough and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: My experience with the surgery started in Dec 2022 when I signed up to invisalign. I was apprehensive initially but the whole experience has been hassle free. Dr Arunthana is very knoweldgeable and very friendly. She explained the whole process and all my appointments with her were pain free. Negative experience: Beware of the charges, as at time of appointment they tell you different amounts and at the time of check they charge you more. That's what they did with me. Take written confirmation of any charges.

Positive experience: I have been going since a child. I am now an adult. The staff have always been nice. Lovely surgery and clean. My main issue is appointments. Even booking in advance, you have to wait almost 2 months. They need to keep more slots available and do one late night a week. Most other places do this.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with Queensbury Dental Suregry. I went there for the first time in June and they were great. I have visited them 4 to 5 times for hygienic appointment, root canal treatment, teeth whitening and so on, I have booked my 6 months follow up checkup with them. I normally hate going to dentists but at Queensbury dental surgery I felt very comfortable, love the scenic ceiling they have In their treatment rooms, staffs are all very friendly and service is excellent. I'll be happy recommend them.

Fantastic experience: If you want a dentist that cares for you and treats you as family look no further. Been coming here since I was a kid and despite moving houses and changing GP’s - I haven’t changed my dentist and I don’t think I will. They always have your best interests and provide good recommendations to help with maintaining good healthy teeth while explaining what the issue is. It is safe to say, if Meera, Anita and the rest of the team relocated, I would probably relocated my house with them.

Negative experience: I had a book for the 4th of November and appointment to see the dentist upon arriving at the clinic I was told my appointment is now being changed to the 3rd of February as apparently they have a 3 months waiting list which is absolutely ridiculous and ally big waste of time

Negative experience: Worst experience. Have a bad toothache took a day off from work, booked an appointment told on the phone a time, got there exact on time and they tell me you are 5 minutes late we can't take you now. Not a single patient waiting there but they will not even examine the toothache. Asked for another appointment which is days away as they have certain days reserved for Private customers only. Worst experience for NHS patients.

Fantastic experience: Having a tooth pulled is always daunting but Dr Patel (Dipesh) immediately put me at my ease and throughout the procedure he was caring and gentle - I didn’t realise it was out until he told me. I followed the comprehensive aftercare notes and am delighted to say, no pain, no blood and it’s healing well! If you’re nervous / anxious, Dipesh is your guy! Can’t recommend him highly enough! Big shout out to the rest of the staff, they too are a delight!

Fantastic experience: They have taken great care to make visiting the surgery a reassuring experience during this difficult time. They have taken steps to ensure that you are distanced from other patients. There is sanitiser available and all the staff are hygiene conscious. The dentist I saw, was professional and courteous. She was able to explain the treatments and the risks involved. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday which was very convenient and meant that I did not have to take any time off work. It is conveniently situated near Queensbury tube station. If you are driving, there is a Morrison's with a carpark about 1 minute away.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Queensbury Dental Surgery. I have always been frightened and nervous of going to the Dentist and ignored any dental issues I have had for many years. Meera, the Principal Dentist was absolutely fantastic and professional. Knowing how nervous and anxious I was, she explained everything step by step, reassuring me through the whole process from start to end. At any time I needed a break or had any questions she would answer them and gave me the space to be comfortable with the treatment, there was no rush. Negative experience: I was in pain before covid and I visit surgery dentist is a young girl advice me to remove tooth because Is crack and told me to we have to call surgeon we cant take it out and charge will be £ 349.00. than I say what to do she refer me antibiotics this happen 3 times and charge me £ 23.00 each time than I told her what to do than she refer me to north wick park hospital dental department I waited for 12 month for appointment but no response. then I started calling dentist nothing happens dentist say we cant do any thing. I start to calling hospital and I got appointment . when I been to hospital I ask doctor are you a surgeon he said me I am a dentist. then I told my story he told me this tooth dentist can take out easily just they are trying from you to take out £ 349.00 so guys this my painful story please do not go to this surgery there are so many dentist in area . thanks
