Every member of staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. My hygienist Debbie and her dental assistant Madiha have been looking after my dental hygiene for this period of time and they are very professional in what they do and I them and Elgan to thank for having good healthy gums and teeth.

Fantastic experience: A dentist is quite easy to find. Top dentists are, however, not thick on the ground! Cahill’s is ahead of the rest, by some distance, in my informed opinion! I had been treated by three others in the Bolton area before I came across Michael Cahill’s practice. I urgently needed treatment with root canal work that had been left incomplete, as I was in considerable discomfort.Then a crown needed replacing. All was carried out with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of expertise and reassurance by MC and his colleagues. This is an excellent practice. Well run, friendly and staffed by professionals at the top of their game. Michael Cahill is assured, always offers a clear step-by-step explanation of how your treatment is progressing and has a manner that inspires a confidence which is fully justified. Once you have been treated in this practice, you won’t want to go anywhere else!

A little expensive but well worth every penny. At the moment they are offering a deal for new patients so grap it whilst you can. Trust me when I say if you go anywhere you are wasting your time and money. From the amazing hygiene cleans to the more complicated teeth issue. Will never go anywhere ever again.

I always have a giggle with them when I attend my appts & they do their very best to work around your schedule. Elgan & the dental nurses really look after me when I attend & Elgan explains everything that he is doing throughout the procedure & asks if I’m okay which always puts me at ease. Fantastic experience: I had my tooth filling operation with Dr Chow Pang last month. I was being told to do a root canal at other clinics but super glad that Dr Pang said that a tooth filling can save both my decayed molar and my pocket. The operation was done two weeks after my first contact and the operational suggestion was given from the ground of making minimal invasion to the patient, which was very humanised. I am really glad I can still keep my real tooth (at least for another couple of years)! It’s not a cheap clinic but I would highly recommend consulting with Dr Pang for his professional opinion if anyone needs a treatment.

Reception staff are very friendly and my orthodontist Adrian, answers any questions I have in regards to my treatment and seems very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable too, especially considering the good service.

Fantastic experience: You know your in safe hands from the moment your phone call is answered promptly and courteously. On arrival at the clinic you are welcomed at reception and wait comfortably. Your dentist will come and fetch you, something that I found very reassuring.And that gives a chance to build on your relationship as the conversation will not be just about teeth. My treatment , for a new set of dentures had been agreed to fit in with the rest of my health ,( cancer treatment)..My dentist, Elgan was very understanding of my need to gradually switch over from my old set of teeth. I was able to book appointments for the next day to make small adjustments to my new teeth. The transition continues with every sign of success.

Negative experience: Not a happy customer. Worst receptionist I’ve come across. I have been a member for 20 years never spoke to someone so abrupt. Wouldn’t let me speak to A manager or supervisor or any one senior than Lisa her self. Very disappointing especially when the owner Michael had so much care and passion for his patients.

I had been to a dentist before Cahill who had made a complete mess and this dentist turned it totally around. I can’t believe how much of a difference it has made to my life over the last 20+ years giving me confidence to smile and be happy with everything they did for me. I thought it expensive at the time but looking back I should have paid treble.

Elgan The dentist was absolutely brilliant and very professional. He did a very thorough check up of my teeth and explained to in detail about my treatment options. Debbie, the hygienist was fantastic. She cleaned my teeth and explained to me in great depth about my gum health and gave me oral hygiene advice on how to maintain them. Fantastic experience: Cahill Dental is one of the best around the clinic is always clean and the reception staff are fabulous and always accommodating to any needs. All the dentists I’ve seen such as hygienist and orthodontist are highly professional and lovely to talk too. Which puts you at ease if you’re a little nervous about going to see a dentist. I get my braces fitted in May and the whole process has been super simple and always explained thoroughly to me. Prices are competitive I’d be willing to pay more than I have due to the fact the service has been 5 star. Thanks Cahill!

Negative experience: Although they are a great dentist I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND not to pay up front due to severe health problems I was unable to go through with treatment I was told I would receive a refund of £363 sadly after a month I’m still waiting I’ve now issued a section 75 charge back against this company

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Cahill Dentist for some replacement crowns and fillings and had Michael Cahill carry out the work over a number of visits. All i can say is what a great job he did and what a lovely man he was. The whole team were great from the minute i arrived till when i left. I had a front tooth crack and break 6 weeks before my sons wedding, plus I had a black tooth on the other side and been meaning to have it replaced for years, I always hid my teeth on pictures and never smiled. Not anymore.... I phoned them and they said pop in and they would have a look, im glad I did. I hate needles at the dentist but I hardly felt a thing with them, they numbed my mouth before they put the needle in, fantastic... Anyway I decided to get all top 6 teeth done, 2 crowns and 4 veneers, ive never smiled as much since I've had them done and the wedding photos were brilliant. Dont think about having your teeth done, just go and do it, I wish I knew about them years ago, and now I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I recently had some veneers fitted and to say that I was over the moon with the end result is an understatement. I genuinely cannot believe that they look as good as they do. I was anxious at having veneers fitted and did not want to end up with a bright white (obviously artificial and plastic) set of teeth but I had no need to worry as my teeth now look better than they have ever done in my entire life. It's always easy to focus on the end result but it's really important to acknowledge the whole experience. From the very start of my dental work the service has been absolutely top class. Reception staff are lovely and so accommodating. Kat did a brilliant job during the preparation phase; Steve who made the veneers is an artist ... how he made these veneers look so real is a mystery to me and Michael is just the best and I was in awe of the skill and attention he paid to making sure that everything was perfect. One last thing, I had no pain at all which was incredible considering the amount of work that goes into these procedures. It's tempting to look at the cost of veneers and think it is expensive and overpriced but when you take a step back and look at the whole process from start to finish and the amount of time and skill and expertise that goes into it they are well worth it and great value for money. They do change how you feel about yourself.
