Fantastic experience: My brother had not been to a dentist for more than 30 years - he was terrified following a very bad childhood experience. The situation became critical. He was embarrassed and devastated at the way his teeth looked and he was in pain. The situation was also causing deep depression. Fantastic experience: I had already decided I needed a full set of bolt in gnashers and I was contemplating going to Poland for the treatment, when a neighbour recommended Brighton Implant Clinic. After the initial consultation and quotation I decided that after factoring in the travel costs of going abroad, the Brighton option was the obvious way to go. My subsequent experience has proved that to have been the correct decision. Dr Bruno exuded professionalism from our first meeting right through to the final fitting. The cleanliness of the whole operation and the quiet efficiency of the dental nurses was highly impressive. The actual procedures were as painless and stress free as you could possibly imagine for such significant surgery. The final result has exceeded my expectations in terms of ease and effectiveness of biting and chewing as well as of cosmetic appearance. I would definitely recommend the Brighton Implant Centre to anyone in need of implant surgery. I guess I will just have to book a city break if I want to see Warsaw.

Fantastic experience: I have had some brilliant dental work ( implants, bridges and temporary bridges) done by the very professional and approachable Dr Bruno Silva, and I have been pleased and delighted with the finished results! To be honest, even though it's a bit of a distance from where I live to Hove, I really would not want to go anywhere else now, as I have such trust in him to always do the best for me and for the superior quality of his work . The reception is nice too, as you can get a cup of coffee or tea whilst you are waiting and relax in comfort..... and that always helps the experience!!

As these are front teeth, often on display, the bar had to be set quite high which they surpassed with flying colours. Negative experience: Some time ago I had a front implant fitted by Bruno in the top of my mouth, the implant was successful, however the crown did not fit correctly and had to be re-cast. The new crown was a poor fit and one side sticks out to this day. I revisited Bruno last year to see if it could be improved but was told nothing could be done.

Fantastic experience: Despite living 70 miles from Brighton following the recommendation of a friend I chose to have my treatment and aftercare with the Hove branch of the Brighton Implant Clinic. Throughout procedures and aftercare the service was professional and the work exemplary. I have since recommended the practice to several friends all of whom have had the same high level of care as I did. Ive been a patient for over 10 years and never had the slightest issue.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had exceptional treatment at Brighton Implant Clinic. I arrived there in 2009 with poor teeth and painful gums. I had top and bottom implants that looked and felt wonderful. Over the years since, I’ve had a few unrelated health issues, including a kidney transplant nine years ago. Bruno and his colleagues have done everything to make sure that they take account of my being immunocompromised during treatment. More recently I had my bottom set replaced as the technology had changed a lot since my original implant. Again exceptional treatment. I can’t speak highly enough of Bruno and his colleagues. They often feel like family after all of this time.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Bruno at the Brighton Implant clinic by my dentist because my natural teeth were very worn down, missing and painful. I was reluctant to smile, couldn’t eat any hard foods and my face was hollowed due to lost teeth. After talking with me, examining my teeth and doing scans, Bruno recommended I go for a complete replacement of all my teeth with 4-on-1 implants. He detailed what this would involve giving an honest explanation of the pros and cons plus the expected timescale and price (which was very reasonable). We began the procedure not long before the pandemic occurred so it did take longer than I expected but despite this everything was carried out with the utmost care and expertise. I now have the most beautiful, functional teeth which I never had before with my ugly, painful natural teeth. I can eat raw veg and fruit and feel so much more confident when I smile (I had to learn how to smile again as I’d spent so long hiding my awful teeth). Bruno always went through the results of each phase of my treatment plan with me afterwards - explaining the results of my scans. He took his time and made sure my implants were safely and carefully crafted giving my mouth time to properly heal after each phase. It was well worth it in every way - I am thrilled with the results and receive compliments on my teeth (people think they’re real). Bruno is a genuine professional in his field and his patient care is second to none.

Fantastic experience: I have used the Brighton Implant Clinic Hove for 15+ years, from seeing the Hygienist to implants. My first visit all those years ago was an implant, I have had several over the years leading to having a full bridge upper implant within the last year. I have always felt in safe caring hands with Bruno and the rest of the team. The technology has changed over the year's and the time in the dentist chair has decreased dramatically. This is still a long healing and fitting process, Bruno made sure my Bridge fitted perfectly, but very much worth the time taken,they look and feel like my own teeth. I cannot praise the whole team enough and would not use anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I discovered Brighton Implant clinic well over ten years ago after being given some bad advice from a number of other practices. I had to travel from Streatham to Hove but it was worth it. Bruno’s surgeries were ahead of their time in the UK. State of the art professional and with staff that cared. You need not need to travel abroad as Bruno’s prices were very reasonable and more than fair. I have returned since then on a few occasions for more implants and my previous ones are still amazing I highly recommend Bruno and his team . Fantastic experience: I had a full set, top and bottom, of ‘All on 4’ fitted over 10 years ago at Brighton Implant Centre. They have changed my life completely! Before I was so conscious of my poor teeth and would never smile. Eating was also a problem, and dentures made me feel ill, as well as having to constantly wash them off in public and restaurant toilets if eating out. After 6 years I needed to get the original teeth changed to Zirconia ones as they had worn down, and Bruno personally dealt with this as I had a particularly strong bite which twice broke them. He managed to change the design and strength of them to accommodate this and now after a further 3 years I have had no more issues. The problem I have now is that instead of being told to smile for pictures I get told not to smile so much as it looks like I am trying to show off my amazing teeth My sister has had a full set now as I have, my 85 year old mum has also had several implants and crown and many friends are also very happy with their treatment here after my recommendation

Fantastic experience: I am indebted to Bruno for the most exceptional treatment I have received. I had an appointment at his clinic in March 2023 for a consultation to fit implants. Unfortunately due to the lack of bone in my upper jaw, my case was referred up to Bruno for advice. Bruno took on my complicated case and in September 2023 I underwent a full upper jaw implant, performed by Bruno, using a brand new procedure developed by Boneeasy company, especially for this purpose. The operation was successful and throughout the following eighteen months Bruno monitored my recovery. Bruno is a master of his craft and his expertise is phenomenal. I felt no pain, I was kept fully informed at every stage of my treatment and both he and his highly competent support team took the best care of me. I found him to be always calm, caring and patient with my many questions which he answered fully and in a way that I completely understood. I feel so lucky to have had my treatment there( following a recommendation from a family member) and will never regret making that initial appointment. It has changed my life. As a consequence, I went on to have my lower jaw implants fitted by Bruno in February 2025, which I am very pleased with as well. These failed and broke off last November 2024, and it has been a nightmare chasing them. We contacted the Brighton Implant Clinic following extensive research and outstanding reviews and recommendations, as my sisters has been extremely anxious and unable to eat properly or socialise in public for the last 7 months. Bruno made an appointment within a few days, which my sister attended first thing in the morning expecting to have to make several visits. Within that morning by 12pm not only had Bruno undertaken a thorough examination, he then had the implant fully repaired and reconstructed in their on-site laboratory and had them installed by the middle of the day - no waiting weeks to send them off to a separate laboratory. The whole procedure was near painless and he made my sister feel so at ease, comfortable and kept her informed throughout the whole process. My sister's smile returned immediately that afternoon and she is absolutely over the moon. Its been a couple of months now and she's been smiling every day since and able to go back to eating her favourite foods. She is so happy I felt compelled to write this glowing review of Bruno and his team - Thank you Bruno. We had to travel from London to Brighton and although a bit of a journey the fact they were able to undertake every step of the process in their extensive on-site laboratory facilities meant we only had to make one visit! Having experienced such outstanding service I would not hesitate to travel from another country let alone London to Brighton. Negative experience: I had an implant. Which is fine but I told my dentist I was biting the side of my mouth often. She suggested I take a healthy molar out and put an implant. I did! After I learned how stupid that plan was. Dentist could have easily reshaped the tooth but implants are more expensive more money for them!

Fantastic experience: On Wednesday 18th June I saw Dr. Bruno Silva at the Hove Clinic for a severe toothache. I had been taking numerous painkillers because the pain was intense and I couldn’t tolerate hot or cold foods due to sensitivity. I suspected that the issue was related to a dental crown I had received at another clinic fearing it might not have been fitted correctly because of the severe discomfort. Dr. Bruno Silva explained that the pain in the crown was not due to the crown itself but resulted from a decayed tooth next to it. He underwent a tooth extraction which alleviated the pain and sensitivity. I no longer require pain killers and I am able to eat and drink anything I desire. He was entirely correct, the crown is fine and the issue stemmed from the decayed tooth. Thank you Dr. Bruno Silva, you did a fantastic job. Eugenio

Fantastic experience: I am going to find it very difficult to express my deep gratitude to Dr Bruno Silva and his fantastic team at Brighton Implant Clinic in Hove. I was lucky enough to win Bruno’s ‘Win a Smile Makeover’ competition back in 2012 and had my first appointment then to treat a collapsed root canal and almost black front tooth (it’s my smile in one of the photos that comes up when you google the Hove branch!). I was thrilled with the results, however due to the weakness of the tooth Bruno very generously said to me that as long as he was a dentist, an implant would be available to me if I wanted one. Four years later I had an accident and my tooth broke in half 2 weeks before my sister’s wedding! I contacted Bruno and he fixed me up with an excellent crown-still under my competition win. Earlier this year, 13 years after my competition win, my crown and the small remnant of my front tooth broke off. I was so upset and worried as I couldn’t see how I would afford an implant to replace my tooth. I wondered if Bruno’s kind offer would still stand all this time later, and nervously sent him an email. The next morning (on a SUNDAY!) Bruno replied, reassuring me and telling me that he would be only too happy to help me and to honour what he had told me back in 2012. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his outstanding kindness and generosity. I can smile with confidence again. Negative experience: Terrible place and people. Not accessible to elderly and wheelchair users. Reception and practice manager very disorgabised and unprofessional. Waiting room is very tatty and dirty. Highly recommend you avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: It's now been around two years since I had two molar implants completed here by Dr Magdalena. The whole process was completed over approximately 3 months (initial consultation, implant placement, crown fitting). Since completion, I have had no problems whatsoever with them. Fantastic experience: I now have 6 implants that have been carried out by Bruno and his skilled surgeons spanning 12 years. I have not had a problem with any of them, albeit, I do not smoke and have good oral hygiene - the hygienists are amazing, the best I've used so far and I do so at Hailsham. I'm of a certain age and the denistry when I was a child is not of the standard it is now. The procedure is painless and I have always felt in safe hands.
