Fantastic experience: Amazing care! Smashed my FRONT TOOTH! Playing Pickle ball on a Friday morning going to my goddaughter’s wedding the following day! Called the surgery they said if I was prepared to wait then they would squeeze me in as an emergency. This is the result of the temporary composite. Mark Fryar was right on it and arranged an appointment first thing Monday am with Kathryn Dunning. All sorted in time for my trip to London and kept informed all the way. Fantastic experience: Just had a routine check up today with a new dentist called Kathryn. She gave very good advice on how to keep my gums healthy and how to maintain good oral hygiene. I am interested in having my teeth straightened and Kathryn was very helpful in explaining the procedure and whether or not this may or may not be suitable for my teeth.Very happy.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class. Visited the practice today, for the first time, because my previous dental practice is no longer offering routine dental care. My initial check-up by the dentist Dr Shane McLarnon was most efficient. The dentist managed to identify a potential problem concerning one tooth (a very slight hair crack), which two previous dentists had failed to identify. The receptionists were also most helpful in arranging future appointments etc. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr Shane and his dental nurses couldn’t have been kinder, constantly reassuring me and checking I was ok and not making me feel silly for not having attended sooner. I’ve been treated by Dr Moheen today for root canal treatment and it was a really great service, Dr Moheen and his dental nurse were very kind without being patronising at all and I was made to feel very comfortable whilst he took time to explain the procedures so I knew what to expect. A fabulous service thank you.

Negative experience: Most disappointing after years of being a customer I have recently found services lacking in terms of responsibility. Feel very dissatisfied overall at the end of my treatment plan.. Seeking legal advice.

Fantastic experience: My own dentist recommended Dr Moheen Khan for a complex root canal procedure, that required specialist treatment. As a highly recommended endodontist, and despite the challenging nature of the treatment, my husband had every confidence that Dr Khan had the specialist skills required to save the tooth, and avoid the need for extraction. However, it was during the initial meeting and discussion that it became obvious that Dr Khan is incredibly enthusiastic about his vocation, and takes great pride in his capability as an endodontist. He and his assistant Emma worked hard to both put him at ease and make a reasonably lengthy period in the dentist chair, as comfortable an experience as possible. Emma who arranged the initial appointment and assisted throughout the procedure displayed the same friendly and professional manner as Dr Khan, and both make a great team. Many thanks to you both.

Fantastic experience: As an older patient embarking on specialist orthodontic work was daunting but Naomi has been brilliant in patiently guiding me through the initial process and fitting of braces plus bite blocks. A second appointment answered a number of questions and led to some adjustments all expertly carried out. At an anxious time it is great to feel in such good hands.

I was very pleased with Shane, the dentist that I saw as he was keen to save my back tooth, rather than just get rid. I am very happy about that. Further on, I have just been to see Shane again this afternoon. He was so very gentle with the anaesthetic needle. I could not feel a thing! A very happy patient. 6 months on..regular check up. All staff including Shane the dentist that I saw, are all happy firendly and smiley still!

Fantastic experience: I had root canal treatment with Dr Khan. I was very nervous about initially having the treatment, Dr Khan was extremely reassuring. The whole procedure was over and done in less than 1hr1/2 and was a pain free experience. I would highly recommend going to Dr Khan.

They were, as always, very patient with her and respectful. Only criticism is that we quite often have to wait 15 minutes for our appointments even after we have arrived on time. Otherwise, excellent.

Negative experience: Had a bd experience today after being a client for perhaps more than 10 years.. had Hygienist appointment for 9 AM.. due to my late start of working time ignored my morning alarm and went back to sleep.. woke up at 10 to 9 and saw on my phone calendar about my hygienist appointment at 9. Jumped out of my bed and asked my wife to drive me quickly to the Dentists.. we live 5 minutes away.. i rang the Dentists at 9 to tell the receptionist that I would be 5 minutes late.. she yells at me, and I mean yelled, like a headmistress, ‘AS LONG AS ITS NO LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES “. Anyway, I was there by 9.07 and she took 3 more minutes to find the hygienist, so I asked how long was my appointment, she said 20 minutes and only 10 are left.. i said ok let’s see what she can do in 10 minutes and the pleasant hygienist did whatever she could do in 10 minutes. Normally my appointments are 30 minute ones but in her wisdom they booked me only 30 minutes today. So, at the end of my appointment I was asked to pay 62 £s, which I paid promptly with my card and started walking out .. when another lady ( not the one who shouted because I recognise their voices after 10 years, asked me if i would like to make my next appointment I told her no thanks, I will go somewhere else next time as i felt i did not deserved to be yelled at, not accounting for every single appointment in the past where on an average they run 20 to 30 minutes late .. Sure enough they may have their policy for charging for no-showers or late comers but surely there can’t be any policy for rudeness to clients.. the same message could have been conveyed politely with similar outcome, but the rudeness in yelling have put me off from going back again, which is a shame as i always liked my Dentist Mark and most Hygienists, but not sure i want to go back there again. Fantastic experience: I underwent a root canal treatment undertaken by Dr Moheen Khan, following specialist referral. Dr Khan and his Dental Nurse (sorry I can't recall the name) were both friendly and reassuring in manner. The treatment was carried out efficiently while maintaining excellent communication throughout. It was quite a long procedure (2 hours), however, they were both very considerate of my comfort. The service I received was excellent and the tooth felt instantly more comfortable. Thank you!

He was very thorough and made me feel comfortable throughout and explained everything really well. I am feeling confident for my treatment!

Fantastic experience: I am not a patient at Crescent Dental Care but I am local & had an emergency on a late Friday afternoon. My dentist was closed. So I popped in to Crescent Dental to see if they could help me and they told me they were fully booked and were also running late. I told the kind receptionist my problem and she understood the situation well and discussed with the dentist in private. She explained the dentist would see me at the end of surgery. I had a 50 minute wait as I had to wait until the surgery had seen all their patients and then they saw me. I was so grateful as not only did they see me, they fixed my problem too, thankfully. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I was shceduled to go on holiday in early March this year but was suffering from a gum infection so made an appointment with Dentist Jacob Fletcher of Crescent Dental Care. Jacob saw me at very short notice and cleared me to go on holiday but gave me anti-biotics to take with me in case the infection arose again whilst in Teneriffe ( which it didn`t). On my return I had a further appointment with Jacob and he gave me a costed Plan of the treatment I would require to get my teeth back into good condition. This plan involved Root Canal Treatment , new Caps on 2 teeth and other ancillary procedures. I had my Root CanalTreatment with Dr Mo Khan at Crescent Dental Care on Friday 11th October on a 2 hour appointment which went very well. I had no pain during the treatment, nor have I suffered any pain or discomfort since. I am due to visit Dentist Jacob Fletcher for the continuation of my Planned Treatment on 30th October. I cannot speak too highly of the courtesy, dental care and professionalism of Dentist Jacob Fletcher, Dr Khan and the support staff at Crescent Dental Care.
