Negative experience: Tells you to book online but no appointments online. Tried to call and no one seems to answer the phone. If you’re not taking calls up to 6pm then you should state this on the website to call different times or a voicemail to say what the best times are. Will have to now try call whenever I can during work just to try have an appointment

Negative experience: Terrible dentist no longer have an nhs dentist as of call today 4th Sept and only 1 dentist private at moment. Asked if closing they say not but its a joke now need to move to a better one its gone downhill now avoid

Negative experience: Waste of time my first appointment was cancelled then 2nd one didn’t even tell me it was cancelled. Arrived to be told sorry cancelled due to sickness with dentist . I think it’s disgusting that we have to give notice in cancellations and pay if not yet they don’t even bother to tell you . Twice I’ve tried to approach this dentist as in my area . It’s just not worth the bother , wouldn’t recommend this dentist to any one . What I’ve seen so far receptionist are rude and have no idea what’s going on the place looks unprofessional and dirty

Positive experience: It's a decent dentist.. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. I tend to only come here to see the hygienist privately once every 6 months other than that I prefer to see a NHS dentist elsewhere for my general check up and work as private dentistry costs a fortune! Good luck finding an NHS dentist if you don't already have one.

Negative experience: Had a two fillings both left with big gap allowing food to push against gums causing swelling.

Negative experience: Extremly disappointed and unprofessional staff. Especially the practice manager Lucas. He is just good at wasting time of other people and he is rude and very unprofessional.

Positive experience: The dentist assistants are AMAZING!!! great with advice information , Receptionist however one in particular to be specific is UPRUGHT RUDE!!! (This is one from a different background) however you are engaging with the public people with different needs etc , the bluntness the attitude everything made me infuriated upset and uncomfortable to the point I didn’t want to come back. Maybe some lessons in grace and decorum would be needed from the other lovely receptionists to educate her how to deal with customers. If I owned a dentist and my customers were being treated like this I would want them greeting them or on front of house especially considering she is one of the faces of the buisness

Fantastic experience: Saadiah dentist, Dorothy nurse both very friendly and reassuring. Saadiah explains clearly about issues with my teeth and shows me how best to clean them to combat these issues. She does a clean every 6 months for me, always taking care not to cause too much sensitivity in one area.

Fantastic experience: Two of us had an NHS check up, plus a hygienist appointment today, and we could not have treated more kindly and professionally. I am a nervous patient and the dentist explained exactly what he was going to do, and checked with me all the way through. We have never had anything other than excellent treatment and service here.

Negative experience: today I went to the dentist to have an appointment ,but the new receptient was sooo rude to me .she shout at me them she said I shout at her. event I go there next time will not talk to her I have been told that she is having a problems at home.if she had problems at home she should not blow it on me I don t know how they hire staff like her in a public service The previous lady was sooo nice

Negative experience: Booked an appointment as a private patient, the earliest I could book was a month away. Two weeks later they cancel my appointment without giving a reason or offering to reschedule. Waste of time, I'll try somewhere else that might actually stick to their commitments.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service yesterday. Called 8.45 as part of my tooth had come away, was offered an appt at 9.15. Saadiah did a great job and is a very professional dentist. Very pleased with the result.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient for Berinsfield dental Surgery for so many years now and the service I have been receiving from the staffs are amazing from polite and helpful receptionist to my favourite Dentist Saadiah Uddin. Her knowledge and expertise has helped me improve my oral hygiene. She is thorough and pays attention to his patients needs. Very engaging throughout procedure and communicate every stages to me which takes away the fear factor. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Saadiah was absolutely sensational, I phoned in with awful pain and was seen within 5 hours. Saadiah was careful and considerate throughout the whole process, she performed a root opening and relieved my pain. Following on, an extraction was required and wow pain free, efficient and kept me informed throughout the procedure checking that everything was comfortable at all times. Her assistant was also top quality and together were a great team. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done and fingers crossed that does the trick!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 4 years. The surgery has helped me with all the usual things along with significant gum and wisdom tooth issues. Recently, I have spent a lot of time there! My current dentist is Dr Saadiah Uddin - she is marvellous. Kind, competent, patient and helpful. As are the rest of the people at the surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dentalcare Berinsfield since I moved to this area over 5 years ago, very happy with the service, always helpful when booking appointments and will try to accommodate wherever possible. My dentist is Dr Saadiah Uddin she is really lovely, she always makes me feel confident that she knows what I want from my treatment, she always explains what she will be doing and what the outcome will be. I would happily recommend her to family and friends

Fantastic experience: I came to this practice relatively recently as our family dentist of 30 years in Oxford retired. I left it a while to find another one as I was a little nervous about the prospect. My husband was recommended by a friend to use Berinsfield Dental Practice. After a couple of appointments he encouraged me to try them too as he was so impressed with them. I have now been seeing a lovely lady Dr. Saadiah Uddin and the treatment I have received has been excellent. After not seeing a dentist for so long, she has been kind and encouraging in helping me to sort out the sorry state of my gums (thankfully my teeth have survived!) She has also provided excellent advice on how best to care for my teeth and gums going forward. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Disgusting service and attitude, I was registered at this dentist under the NHS, they cancelled 2 of my appointments and rearranged, then I had to cancel & then was struck off with a marker against my name. Only interested in the money of the private clients.

Negative experience: Don't bother, website doesnt work properly. Cancelled appointment on me after filling in all of my forms and said they arent taking anyone.

Positive experience: Been back3 with dentures now having to back to the lab 4 time

Negative experience: Went for dental checkup as arranged only to be told computer didn’t have me down. No apology or attempt to rectify the problem. I have the print off confirming my appointment. Basically very badly handled. I had to sit through 15 minutes whilst my husband was having his checkup listening to 4 girls talking about child care costs, food, hotel bookings and the opening of a private Amazon delivery which had to be Oo’d and aah’d over which didn’t give a very good impression.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this dental practice. We have been patients here for some years. Initially it was great. I'm not faulting the dentists (Sonja who is no longer there or Sanji I think) nor the work they do. I fault their system as we've had our 6monthly checks cancelled I can't even tell you how many times. The check ups have been deferred by 8 months the first time and now nearly another 8 months. It was the final straw you are loosing patients like that. It's unprofessional and rude really. Be aware you may have your appointment cancelled last minute so be weary.

Fantastic experience: I am surprised to see any bad reviews for this dentist. I have been using this surgery for some years and always found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Recently I have to thank Emily for all the work she has done. Brilliant thanks.

Negative experience: The opening times online and displayed at the the front door are completely wrong

Negative experience: Called for an emergency appointment, as a Private patient and pregnant. I was answered by the receptionist rudely who was abrupt and unhelpful she was incredibly unprofessional. She felt to understand to urgency of my request. I called a different dentiste who show me the same day due the nature of the problem. PS: I would not return!!!!

Negative experience: I called to make appointment due tooth ache and was told that I had been unregistered. Which has never happened at any of my past dentists. I asked the receptionist for her advice on what to do I was told to re-register with a dentist when I asked to be re-registered I was told I could not re register. Had I been informed that I was going to be unregistered I would have registered myself at another dentist! I have now been left with no dentist and tooth ache.

Fantastic experience: My children had their 6 month check up today we had such a lovely experience i thought a good review was definitely needed, I'm sorry I didn't get the dentist name but my children had a fantastic experience today at the dentist, he was kind, gentle, really friendly and great with children, all my children come out with smiles on their faces, Thank you so much :)

Negative experience: Not only did the receptionist refer rudely to my wife and I, but we also did not get any notice that we have been unregistered at a time where my wife needs urgent dental care. Last year during covid I also presented myself with my kids and wife for the regular checkups, and they told us that they were going to only take in our kids but not us. Nearly every time I have gone there there have been problems, including a "mix up" of the appointments, and now they turned my wife away (who's in excruciating pain) because they won't take any more patients, not even us who have been going to this dental practice for years.

Negative experience: Turned me away in excruciating pain. I now have to waste my time and that of the A&E dept at the JR in Oxford. Reading the reviews, I can see I have dodged a bullet with this place!

Negative experience: I have phoned numerous times but I don't get an answer, apparently I have been told that I'm in a queue and will be answer in a moment as I'm now in first place this was going on 20 minutes! This was ridiculous, I spent my last week on the phone to the dentist, I've phoned within the times they are open and they can't answer me! What are they doing? Talking teeth on the phone? The first time I went there it was perfect and couldn't fault them but now the dentist has sent me off to somewhere in Reading, also I'm Not happy as within this week two teeth has chipped out

Negative experience: This is a terrible practice. I have had three appointments cancelled. I have to continue living foe months with a missing filling. Do not come here, it us a waste of time.

Negative experience: Shocking. I went to book my appointment and the receptionist advised that she will call me back as she needs to cancel other patients first to fit me in! This is so unprofessional. If your appointment has been cancelled for any reason, this is probably why.

Fantastic experience: For a dentist in a small village I would say it’s one of the best around in Oxfordshire, receptionist Nicola is the most caring and knowledgable lady I’ve ever met, dentist are very understanding with nervous patients like myself... glad I’m getting the help I need here and actually happy to go back in the near future to have more work done to my teeth.. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Chose this dentist based on previous good reviews and I am pleased with my choice. Clear communication about the current wait time, easily email appointment confirmations and reminders, good COVID-19 procedures, and friendly staff all round. Only thing could even slightly note as a negative was my appointment wasn't exactly on time, but it was less than 10 minutes behind which is better than most medical appointments and can understand things don't always fit to appointments!

Fantastic experience: All 4 of us are incredibly impressed with Sahil - he is the nicest dentist we have ever been to (we are quite new to Dentalcare - only our second visit to the practice today)! He has a very gentle 'bedside manner', really listens to his patients and is clearly very knowledgeable we are so glad that we have finally found the perfect dentist. The reception team are smiley and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: Our Dentist Emily is really good with my girls and makes visiting the dentist stress free. Couldn’t recommend the whole practice highly enough.

Negative experience: Missed a cracked tooth, all the way along the cusp on first visit, had to repeat the fact I was in pain multiple times for them even to x ray. I was then given an appointment for a root canal without an actual diagnosis and three and a half weeks after the first appointment. Second appointment they found the crack but by then the inside of the tooth was rotten so had to be removed, if caught and treated earlier I may of had other options.

Fantastic experience: Lets face it. No one enjoys the dentist, but the staff here are wonderful. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful, and the dentist herself makes what is a tedious task less boring. Very chatty and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is my worst nightmare, I have a massive fear of needles… I had to have filling today and they were so understanding and the minute I felt any pain the stopped and tried something else and the whole time they were making me feel comfortable by joking and making me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: After not attending the dentist for many years I had to attend with a broken tooth. After calling a number of the local practices (with no immediate appointments) I contacted Berinsfield and what a joy to deal with :-) had me in straight away and treated excellently. Since the original visit I have now resumed regular checks as I should. I Cannot recommend the practice highly enough and would suggest if you need good dental care with a friendly staff this is the one for you.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment so still early days but there was no waiting around, the dentist was professional and friendly and it seems like a great clinic. They take NHS patients so the checkup was affordably priced, and they have a Hygienist available, though this is private so is more expensive.
