Fantastic experience: I had a very lovely experience with the man dentist he hd dark hair im terrified of dentist normally but he was very gentle and very patient with me n talked me thru everything he was doin. Defo very good at his job thank you for making me less scared of dentist all 3 or 4 times he has made me feel comfortable and relaxed!

Fantastic experience: Had cracked part of my tooth/filling. Phoned first thing in morning, got appt that day and tooth was fixed during my appt. No nasty injections or endless drilling. I am such a nervous patient and could not believe how quick and efficient my dentist was. I have been a patient at this practice for many years. They are the BEST! Negative experience: This place is shocking. Filling has fallen out twice right after the appointment on two different occasions. There are people coming in and out of your room whilst you’re getting your teeth done. Laughing, talking with the assistants in the room. They speak polish among themselves, which is very rude & disrespectful. 0 lack of respect to clients. I would avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Started going to this dentist about 10 years ago and never any problems. In fact when I went there for the first time, it had been many years since I went to the dentist so I was very nervous because I knew I'd require a lot of work done. All the staff there are so nice and polite and helped me to relax and not be scared to visit. They are not pushy at all and give excellent advice and talk through any procedures. I'd recommend Kincorth dental practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have lockjaw and my dentist here is always very accommodating. Despite being quite scared of the dentist with the pain of lockjaw, I'm as comfortable as possible and given breaks. They are always able to book me 6 months in advance for the next check up, and they phone the day before to remind me and make sure I can still attend. Dr Tolis has also done an exceptional repair on a chipped tooth for me.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Love this practice and so happy I found it. I've never had dental issues until my 40s when a health issue started causing issues with my perfect teeth! Not having any experience with fillings I was super nervous but after my first appt I felt really comfortable with my dentist trust him to keep my teeth in good condition. I've had to have a few fillings for first time in my life but I've always feel relaxed. My dentist is awesome and clearly very knowledgeable. The girls at reception and dental assistants are lovely and friendly, always make me feel welcome. Also I'm a scatterbrain so the reminder calls the day before are really helpful. I've needed a couple of emergency appointments after chipping a tooth doing martial arts, they slotted me in right away. Highly recommend this practice, I won't go anywhere else now.

Negative experience: My wife and I took our son for a checkup. His appointment was at 17.40pm we were half hour early and still waiting at 18.15pm so we decided to go as we got treated a bit like 2nd class clients. Will be attending a different clinic as this one is diabolical and a disgrace.

Negative experience: This is a word of warning! Dentists working in this clinic are very inexperienced, they can't even put a fell out denture in its position correctly. They did this with me with a permanent cement and ended up to shape the denture and my lower tooth as they couldn't remove the denture. The practice manager de-registered me with no reason and without sending me a letter! Do not trust them.

Negative experience: this practice is should be reported to NHS, last week i went for tooth filling as my one has felt, the dentist was not polite and had done what called temporary filling which he promise me that is going to last more then two month, my heart was telling me that he did not do a great job, so i paid deposit toward white filling after two hours without eating the minute i start eating the filling has gone, i made a complaint and the shock is coming the manager asked me to meet him in the practice so i got up early and went to see him, i have been told that the dentist are stressed and their heart is banging fast and they can not do my filling and i have to find another practice to do my tooth and they refund me in cash i paid by card. these practices every time i go for check they tell me i need filling in different tooth , for example if you go this year they will tell you back tooth need a filling if you go after 6 month the will tell you front tooth need filling and back are fine, the manager is very rude i had to be quite and left the practice, so be careful with your tooth with these cowboy

Fantastic experience: The lady Dentist (Vivian, I believe) today carried out a check up on our son and, unfortunately found a tooth needing filled. It has been a stressful one for the wee man. The X-ray confirmed it and upon request our son had it done on the spot. It was our child’s first filling which was very nerve-racking for him but the dentist’s excellent approach to the young man built in him enough courage to have it carried out. The son was not the easiest patient but the dentist showed just enough patience to complete the procedure. After we left the practice he said there was no pain just him being scared not knowing what would happen - all for nought in the end. He then went on to enjoy his well deserved treat after. The lady dentist gets 5 stars for her conduct and quality of service delivery.
