Fantastic experience: All staff are welcoming and friendly. Good attention to detail. Will explain what's going on at any given time during treatments. Was well looked after during a difficult but largely pain-free extraction -- we all managed to keep up a humorous air despite the problems encountered. A recent implant process was all done in-house in an exemplary manner. Generally, any unexpected post-treatment problems are ironed out very promptly and at no extra cost if possible. I can recommend their in-house routine treatment plan into which I pay monthly.

Positive experience: Very happy with the care and expertise provided by Anna and Hannah. Less happy with the Covid -19 arrangements outside of the building. No shelter and no seating. I found the wait uncomfortable but another lady in the queue resorted to perching on a nearby car bonnet.

Positive experience: Generally good. I have had good care from the dentists but the hygienist insists on you turning your head to the right where she sits for the duration of the appointment which is very uncomfortable. I find this quite an unusual and awkward way to conduct a treatment.

Fantastic experience: This is a private dental practice so I guess you would expect better than normal service, but I cannot fault the service I receive. I had need of urgent dental care earlier this year and they were able to expedite my treatment much to my relief. For years my wife has had a phobia of dentists however she is comfortable attending here. All the staff are extremely friendly and polite and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

'Aarti', recommended 'The 6 month smile' for me, as my son was getting married in 5 months, and I wanted my wonky teeth gone for the wedding photos. Aarti was amazing, a real perfectionist. My teeth look better than I could ever have imagined, and only 5 months to do it. Thank you so much to Aarti for giving me my smile back. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Well...this place is amazing!! Teresa (hope this is the correct way to spell this) is wonderful, really great. She put me at my ease so well (as I was being a bit of a wimp) and worked so thoughtfully and thoroughly, she even did an extra filling for me at the last minute as I asked if she could replace an old amalgam one for me after she had done the scheduled work! I really wish I had sound this dentist earlier but I wasn't in the area until I opened my shop in Stockbridge so had not heard of it. The nursing staff and the receptionists are lovely too by the way. Seriously they are all BRILLIANT! Thank you from Carina xx

Fantastic experience: I really cannot rate and recommend The Smile Centre enough, I had always wanted my teeth straightened but I was always too nervous to get teeth taken out and this done and I was always quoted so much It was never an option. Then I heard that The Smile Centre offer a free consult so I thought I would book one and go, I was so welcomed by the lovely team of staff there. Was seen quickly, Aarti was so kind and advisable, so I went for it. Aarti made it affordable, so I didn't have to pay it all in one go. My whole treatment and experience at The Smile Centre was a pleasure, they are so gentle and amazing especially when your nervous, I have just had my braces taken off and the results are more than I ever hoped for. I could not be happier, so cant thank them enough. Very professional, Amazing customer service, Exellent quality.

Fantastic experience: Just left Aarti at the Andover Smile Clinic. Had v gentle facial rejuvenation by this lovely Doctor. Long illness having taken its toll, I opted for thread lift & hyrolonic acid all delivered with very minimum discomfort. I look & feel much better- thank u so much.

I have recently completed the 6 month smile system. All I can say is wow! So quick with a lot of care. My treatment finished in just over 5 months which is incredible as my teeth were very crooked at the front. Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing from start to finish. I thought Aarti did a really professional job with my six month smile braces and I was really happy with the extremely quick result. The centre was really organised and helpful with booking my appointments and were very patient when I was running late coming from London on more than one occasion - and I was always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend the six month smile orthodontic treatment here. It gets five stars from me :)

Fantastic experience: The whole dental experience here is brilliant- especially for anyone like me who is terrified when it comes to dental procedures. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The waiting room area is modern, clean, uncluttered,and comfortable. Aarti, the dentist I see, as well as knowing her job, and being very thorough,, has the patience of a saint and is very reassuring. From a scaredy cat point of view, when you enter what used to be "the chamber of horrors" which for me was ANY dentists treatment room, their treatment room is light, bright, and cheerful. Gone is the black "mastermind" kind of chair, instead it's pink and is shaped nicely so you don't get that feeling of dread when you sit in it. Worktops are devoid of scary looking instruments. Pictures on the wall. Music playing. All those things help me. Everything is explained and discussed with me before action is taken, and I feel that I am looked after and that it's not me versus the dentist, which is how I have felt sometimes with past experiences. Everything is spotlessly clean as you would expect, but without the hospital sort of feeling. Prices aren't extortionate either, and there are plans you can do too. No one really wants to go to the dentist, but Aarti and her team make it the best it can be.

I came to Andover Smile Centre for the first time to have a new retainer fitted by Arti and I was so impressed with the warm welcome at the reception and how friendly everyone was. The practice is beautifully decorated and it had such a professional feel to it. Arti was just as lovely and friendly as always and always gives you the best service. I couldn’t recommend Andover Smile Centre enough.

Negative experience: I have never had any issue at this dentist surgery until today. I cannot believe the rude and abrupt manner of the person on reception. Some customer training or change of job role is definitely needed! The dentist we see has always been amazing, very calming and professional and going way above and beyond to acccomodate our particular needs.

Fantastic experience: As previously, appointment updates and changes were notified promptly. Appointments are kept on time. The most important thing to me was that my dentist dealt with my apprehension positively and was very good at the extraction required.
